My grandma went to this place to get a pedi before she went for a cruse. The lady doing the pedi didn't know the difference between a bunion and a callus and scrubbed the side of my grandma's foot raw till it was bleeding. She went to the doctor and had to go on antibiotics because the sponge the worker was scrubbing with was obviously dirty and old. Her foot hurt so much she can't wear shoes and it was hard to walk at first. It's been more than 6 weeks and her foot is still healing from the wounds. Make sure the salons you go to use clean products and the workers are doing their jobs properly.

The woman whom did my pedicure yesterday didn't know what she was doing, she soaked my feet in cold water, didn't do what anything but put lotion on my legs and then paint my toes. She charged me $45 for this service. If you're going to charge so much then you need to know what your actually doing!!

I had seen Vanna for quite a while getting my lash extensions done. They always held up amazing (even with my thin lashes) and always looked beautiful. She was so kind and friendly, and always did her best to get me in every 2 weeks. 10/10 recommended for anyone, she does such an amazing job every time ????????

Got 5 stars as this place took me in 2 days before Christmas and didn't even complain 1 bit. She was amazing with my daughter's nails and must say look amazing. Only thing is the price kept going up for some reason but was still a GREAT price for the time and what I got. Good place and staff are very nice and courteous. Recommended to anyone looking to get great nails at a great price.

Vanna/flutterfix does an OUTSTANDING job & accommodates to what you would like done aka really fluffy, natural, bold, etc! I was mind blown with how my lashes looked and how long they lasted. I cannot wait to get them done again! I miss my lash lady lol. 5 stars ALWAYS!!! I highly recommend to anyone and every one. Such a kind soul as well & great prices.

I dont even wanna give this 1 star. First 3 visits ok very expensive here. I've been getting nails done for over 15years. The owner dealt with me. She was always obsessed with being on her phone. Last visit real rude. Put earbuds in .I didnt care though just want my nails done right. Didnt happen . Paid 45 dollars for biogel. Not even a week nail literally falls off. Plus bubbling up on other nails. She said I didnt keep hand in Heater long enough. Another week goes by same thing. She said oh you got nails done other place that's why this happened. Ahh no... I was down to my own nails. She worked from scratch. She even told me to go elsewhere to get acrylic done. I went to her for a year .put up with her arrogant attitude. This last visit was horrible. Her workers are nice through.

I’ve been going to VN Nails for over 5 years. Hanna and her esthetician’s are always very professional and friendly. As well the shop is very very clean. I only go to VN Nails!! I get my lashes done but Vana and she is my favourite and always fits me in her schedule! My lashes have stayed on for 4-5 weeks time before a refill. And lashes are always consistent. Prices are good. Also the staff at VN Nails are literally the best, and always so welcoming when you come in.

I've had many pedicures and manicures at VN Nails over the years and have found the service and quality of the services to be much better than other salons. Not only does my nail polish last for longer, but my nails feel stronger and healthier when I get the dipping powder at VN Nails. All of the staff members have been very friendly and attentive to what I am looking for. They always make sure things are perfect and that I am happy before leaving the salon. Without a doubt, this is the best nail salon I have ever been to with incredible staff who clearly truly care about their clients and our families. I have been going to VN Nails for years, and have recommended several others, who are now also regular customers. The salon is always very clean and very organized. Hanna, Thao and their staff are very personable and make sure their clients are happy with all aspects of their work. The salon has a large amount of colours available and they are always re-stocking.. All the technicians are very good at nail design and the latest nail trends. VN Nails, to me, is the best nail salon in Chatham-Kent!!! Highly recommended!
