Wow.....just talking to my elderly father on the phone who lives on his own in Chatham and continues to care for his in-ground pool by himself. 88 years old and doing a fine job again. Today, as he is getting ready for pool closing next weekend, which I will be travelling from the GTA to help him, he stopped by Quality to pick up his algecide and liquid shock. When he asked if someone could place it in his trunk for hime (which has always been done previously, at this store and other stores), he was told by the 2 young girls at the counter, "sorry....can't do that for you". An 88 yr old man, and this was how he was treated at Quality today.......absolutely unbelievable, and as he told me just now....he will not be shopping at this store again, and I certainly don't blame him and I wouldn't want to shop at a store that can't assist an elderly person to load their purchases in his car for him. Totally shocked!!!! Wow!!!!
