His loss he lost 2 customers and we found a. Ew nail place that is cheaper and the people are very friendly :)

I decided to try this place awhile back before Covid-19 when I was in the mall. They kept trying to push me to get my nails painted during a pedicure. I said No thanks more than five times and they weren't friendly. Multiple people were working but when the phone rang my technician answered the phone and left me to have a fifteen minute phone discussion. It wasn't the cleanest of places either and they tried to overcharge me. Not worth the $35 spent for a simple pedicure with no extras. I won't be back and definitely don't recommend. Sorry

It's a strong meh for magic nails. People who work there are nice, but not super friendly. Pricing is not clear and they will try to over charge you. Cleaning is non existent, I would choose to go to another place before coming back to this salon Update: after one day my so called shellac chipped there is no way they are using good quality products. Definitely do not go here. I would suggest going literally anywhere else

I just recently went back after not going for two years and was shocked to learn they actually remembered me and were absolutely amazing at conversing and just being friendly whilst doing our pedicures - two weeks later they still look pristine! I’d highly recommend going, just make sure to go when it’s not busy or book in advance.

I’m only giving this two stars because the staff was very polite but wow. My friend and I went there a few days ago to get our nails done and they did a pretty awful job. We both got acrylic, she got a square shape with regular polish and I got stiletto with shellac. They rushed through the application and shaping so they are super uneven, there’s globs of the acrylic gel under the nail, polish is all over. I would never get my nails done here again.

Asked for shellac only, no mani. They didnt have the shellac nail samples to select colors, it was difficult to look at 50+ bottles, and decide by the colour on the bottle. The lady rushed so much to help the next customer. Only did 1 layer. It all peeled off after 4 days (the reason I get shellac is so it lasts 3+ weeks). Wasn't pleased

Must request Nancy or Kim, they are absolutely amazing at what they do! Hands down, the absolute best in Chatham! I’ve tried few different salons in Chatham but no one can do nails like these girls! Their nail art designs are one of a kind and they can pretty much recreate any pictures of designs you bring to them. The girls are extremely busy so it’s recommended that you call to book an appointment with them!

Decided to try this nail salon despite the many negative comments. Pleasantly surprised. One of the best manicures I've had since I've moved away from Waterloo. The only criticism I can give is that they don't have polish samples - just bottles of polish to look at. Other than that I am very happy and think I've found my new spot! Would recommend.

If you want nice looking nails here, do not go to the old man. He’s very rough & does a sloppy job and never gives me what I want. However, the girls are great here, very sweet and talented. The girls (Nancy &Kim) are fast, efficient and popular, so it’s highly recommended that you book with them. If you don’t book with them, you’ll end up with the old man!!!!

Friendliest salon in town. I’ve been to all of them and this salon is so nice. They are not rude and don’t treat you like a piece of “money to be made”. Lisa is a kind soul - cute and welcoming. Nancy by far the best nail queen in town. She’s very accommodating and patient with her busy schedule: fits you in if she can make it work. Le is hilarious but you need to understand his sense of humour. I’ve been asked why do I go to this nail salon rather than the others in town many times. And the reason why is because they treat me as an important person, even as a friend. They have this warm vibe that they give off that is welcoming. Also, a big reason why is because if i ever have an issue (which I rarely ever do to be honest) I am able to tell them on the spot before I leave the salon and they will try and correct it meanwhile at other salons they could care less. I’ve had Le do my nails before and I wasn’t satisfied with the shape (coffin). Nancy overheard the conversation so, being a sweetheart that she is came and took over to reshape and fix them up! Nancy never lets anyone leave unsatisfied if you tell her what’s wrong even if you were not her client to begin with. If she cannot fix them right on the spot because her busy schedule (due to being by appointment only) she will kindly ask you to come back and she will fix them up for you for FREE. NO CHARGE. She doesn’t have to but she feels terrible when someone doesn’t get a quality job done. I know this is a long review but I wanted to let everyone know that if you tell Nancy, Le or Lisa you are not happy WHILE you are getting your nails done they will correct it. Guaranteed. They can’t do anything about it when YOU the client decides to LEAVE the salon without telling them you were not a satisfied customer ... and then write a bad review. Speak up! If you don’t, you don’t have the right to bash them online or to anyone when you didn’t give them a chance to correct it.

They were closed and I had to get my nails done somewhere else ☹️Never again! I can’t emphasize how much I appreciate them! They go above and beyond for their clients. They even go as far as staying real late or opening up real early just to accommodate you! Sure, every salons has their flaws, but these flaws can be easily overlooked when they go above and beyond for you just so you can be happy. If you have a problem with them, it’s best to address it to them personally , they will correct the problem right away without any fuss or charge. There were times when the older man (lee) did my nails and I wasn’t happy, the girls overheard and came over and took care of it until I was satisfied . And if the girls can’t correct them due to their busy schedule, they will ask you to come back. I love these guys, you can’t help it but keep coming back. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I do not recommend. $30 for a gel polish manicure (average pricing) but the technician was awful. I called to ask for Nancy or Kim as per reviews and she said no problem. Then I get to the salon and the owner said she couldn’t take me since she’s appointment only and was booked. That would’ve been fine if that was relayed to me from the get go. She had her mother do my nails. They had a Corelle dish with lukewarm to soak my nails. No soap and not hot enough so when I switched my hands, the water was ice cold. My nail shape wasn’t asked and wasn’t checked to make sure my nails were even with each other. The polish was applied sloppy. With air bubbles, debris, and uneven layers. Polish left under my nails and on my fingers. I asked her to fix two nails and she just filed down the polish on one nail and put a top coat on... leaving the texture and colour uneven. The other one wasn’t even touched. They also used a used paper nail file vs a brand new one. And they file the tops of your natural nails down for a gel polish with a mechanical grinder when you can easily do it with a nail file. They also don’t offer hand massages,hand lotion, or a hot towel for your hands as a service so not sure how this was a true manicure. They take only debit or cash.
