Jenn Vickery is wonderful. She's friendly, talkative, personable, and she's an amazing hairstylist! Jenn cut my husbands hair for our wedding in January, and I am so thankful that we took him to see her, because she did a phenomenal job. In August, I saw Jenn for a haircut and she transformed my hair from boring, drab, and one-length, to voluminous and layered! She is amazing at what she does, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to get her haircut. Jenn is the best!!!

I wish I could have rated this in the negative but Google wouldn't let me. I have just left the salon and let me tell you it was not only hard to find but parking was almost impossible. I have been trying to book an appointment for 2 weeks. I tried on line as this salon has that feature. I was emailed back by the owner that she was on holidays and who was left did not do online bookings. She suggested I call and leave my number. As I am not always home to wait by the phone, I decided to go there and get an appointment. The woman on the desk told me that since school was starting they could only get me in for my colour without a trim for Sept 5! I give up! It is also not disable friendly! Lots of stairs. I really wanted to try this salon but I guess I'll give someone else my business. A colour only takes 20 min at the most. I wasn't asking for a spa day!

Jessica was amazing but other than that I was not impressed. I used to go here as a teenager but it’s gone downhill since. I found the owner to be a bit loud I get the salon is often loud but it wasn’t at this time and it was like everyone needed to hear what she had to say. I haven’t been back for about a year so maybe it has changed. If I could just rate Jessica I would give 5 stars. She brought my hair back from black to brown. But the receptionist was kind rude when I wanted to bring my at the time 4 year old for a hair stating they don’t see kids because they are disruptive and loud to their older clients. A simple “I’m sorry we don’t” would’ve been a better answer.

Honestly best experience! My fiancé and I came here three days before our wedding, and Jen cut his hair and it looked amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, warm, inviting, and professional. 10/10 would recommend! Not to mention, the location is a beautiful Victorian home in Wellington near downtown. Best salon ever!
