Went to Fantasy nails in Chatham for first time was excellent service. Very clean professional they had all covid protocols in place friendly and superior service they will be my go to place for mani and pedi my fiance went too for pedicure and loved it. The only thing I recommend is they dry my feet instead of sending me out in sandals otherwise superior service!

Worst place I’ve ever been to cut my cuticles too short my nails were bleeding they do beautiful designs but do not recommend I have an infection on one of my nails it was gushing blood and it’s so painful I went to another salon to see if there was anything they could do but it hurts so bad to touch they gave me acetone but it burns so I cannot do anything.

They never do (long) nails.. I always have a hard time getting what I want and I'm the one paying lol. Constanly swaying me into getting short nails when it's not what I asked for. ???? Very clean though!

Made an appointment and had to wait 30 mins to get in, my friends had to wait over an hour. I got simple acrylic and they were 56$ they are ok quality but not 56$ worth. The workers were rude aswell definitely will not be coming back here

I booked for a same day gel manicure and my service was prompt on arrival. My manicurist was so considerate and checked in with me along the way to make sure I got the style I wanted. She cleaned up my cuticles and I was in and out in 45 minutes. $30 in total for a shellac nail with a design.

Didn’t feel welcomed at all. The lady doing my nails didn’t really talk to me, she rushed on my nails and gave me few cuts on my fingers, they were bleeding!! This place is overpriced for mediocre work! Big and clean place though.

I went here for the first time after hearing amazing reviews and seeing how amazing their work is. I went for my birthday and got acrylics after a day my pinky started hurting and was bleeding I never hit it unless it happened in my sleep I cried the whole day and didn’t know what was wrong even if I hit it I didn’t expect it to hurt that bad I have got acrylics and hit them before and never had this experience before that even happened at the salon the guy cut my cuticles way to short and they were bleeding. I ended up having an infection under my nail and couldn’t even touch it I went to a different salon to see what they could do and since they could not touch it they gave me 100% acetone I could not use it tho because it burned I ended up cutting it with nail clippers which was a horrible pain I put acetone on a Cotten ball to get the rest of the nail off and when it came off I had a brownish tone underneath my nail I just ignored it for a bit but then my nail came off and I ended up having glue underneath my nail not a fun experience and will not be going back

I always give new small local business a chance because I love seeing people thriving. This nail salon was new hence the clean environment which is good and they are very spacious. My experience there was not the greatest. We went in a group of 4 and the wait was so long when they said it would be “20 mins”. By the time we were done, it was 3.5 hours. There was 3 shellac in natural nails and a regular polish on a Young girl. I had requested for shellac on my natural nails. When the nail tech did my nails she was filing my nails as usual. But I believe she was filing way too hard/fast because it started to burn. So I had asked her if she was to file that much and she said yes. I asked her to please go lighter, but she still continued at the same speed. After the appointment my finger nails were so sore to the slightest touch. I thought it would go away, but it didn’t need. As my nails grew out I could see the deep grooves and ridges around the cutical base. So I went back to my original salon and they had soaked it off. When it all came off my nails were so brittle, thin, extremely sensitive and sore. My grooves were so deep that they were red on all 10 nails. Now I am leaving my nails alone to breath and heal because I was told that was the best thing for my natural nails. Please listen to your client’s when they tell you something is wrong or even when they ask you to so slow down. All the best.

I finally went to get my nails done. I have not been to Fantasy nails plus since lockdown occurred. They are so nice and welcoming when you go there. Everything is very sanitary and they are continuously cleaning while you are there to make sure everything is to standards. I will go back as soon as the nails start growing out again.

I booked an appointment for 6 o'clock on a Thursday. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment and had to wait for a FULL hour to be seen by someone. I don't understand why give out appointment to 20 people at once if you don't have enough technicians working? The work done was decent hence the 2 stars.
