My dad walked in to buy some PH+ & they took advantage of the fact that he knew nothing about pools and he ended up walking out with everything EXCEPT the PH+... More than once. My father is very trusting, & when a "professional" tells him something will work better, he's inclined to listen. The sales rep may have genuinely wanted to help & thought that his idea was better. Finally my brother came over with some PH+, and the following day when we tested it, the pool it was fine. I get that sales people are there to SELL you stuff... but this is my experience. Trevi is who we ended up with after that & not once did they try and sell us something we didn't need & when it came to figuring out what was wrong with our pool, all we had to do is bring a water sample & they tested it in front of us with their computers & what they sold us worked the first time we'd try.. so that's where our business goes now.

Communication inexistante. C'est très décevant et ça ne me donne plus du tout envie de faire affaire avec eux.

Purchased a replacement pool liner in March 2021 and gave a deposit. Salesman indicated that his quota of 24' foot pool liners for the year was only 23 of various sizes and of that there would only 5 24' available, therefore, if purchased right away, it would be installed beginning in June. After calling the dealer during the 2nd. week of June, I received a callback indicating that they would come on July 4th. to install the liner. This date came and went without receiving the new liner installation of an update from the dealer. Yesterday I went to the store in Chateauguay to enquire when the liner would be installed. Staff was not really interested in my concerns and could not provide an installation date, only excuses. This is the second time I've purchased from this dealer, no after sales service after the first purchase and absolutely no satisfactory resolution or dealer commitment with this second transaction. There will not be a third.
