If I pay 50$ for my nail they need to give me satisfaction. They don't want to ask you anything. And they have very poor customer services. The main thing they are talking in there language that is so rude front of customer. I will say 0/5. I don't recommend to go there.

I was very clear when I walked in that I wanted to see a price list (I wanted to know how expensive it was to get a manicure or a polish change.) I asked this because I want to be able to tip appropriately and check if it's in my budget and I was just passing by. They ignored me asking for a list through multiple people and supposedly the person who spoke better English asked me again what I wanted without providing a menu of some sort. Okay fine. I said I wanted to know how much a manicure was. They said 25 and I pointed at the little UV machines for Shellac and said for the Shellac? They said yes. They proceeded to rush through a POLISH CHANGE, not a manicure!!! A polish change is simply a fresh coat of polish (nail polish color change) while a manicure involves full treatment! Remove the excess overgrown cuticle skin that surrounds the nails, the nails are buffed, cut and filed, lotion + massage, you know?! They said if I wanted that then I should have said so. Since when is a manicure a polish change?! Even if it was gel I was flabbergasted how they can charge 25+tax for a polish change. Never going back. Also while this was going down a lady who had an appointment and was five minutes early was say waiting for nearly 20 minutes. They don't care about customers in my opinion, just getting as much as they can out of customers. I said manicure and they didn't deliver. Won't be back.

I had my nails done 2 weeks ago.I asked for dip but they dont do it the way some other salons do it they only apply the dip a couple of time and no colour dip they use nail polish. My nails look terrible as they are cracking and breaking, I had to file them down and now they look even worse. They are nice there but every disappointed as it cost me over 67 dollars that is with 15%tip. The most I have ever paid and not happy how they look in2 weeks time. I am trying to se e where I can show a picture as you would agree they look awful.

My first time at the salon was yesterday because of a previous bad experience at another nails salon in Charlottetown. Victory Nails is phenomenal! The nail techs are very welcoming, kind, and really take the time to pay close attention to detail. This is my new go to salon! 5/5 recommend

Victory Nails is the best nail salon and I won’t go anywhere else anymore! The chairs for the pedicure are Devine and I have never been treated so well - like a Queen ! ???? they do designs and bling and pick nice dip colours for me! The dip nails have allowed my nails to grow out and this is the first time in my life I have beautiful long nails after only three visits!!!! This nail place used to be pretty good. But since covid hit things have taken a turn for the worst. I made a 1pm appointment, showed up early but was still made to wait till 1:30 before anyone saw me. Then I was rushed through the entire process (and I mean really rushed. My nails came out uneven and thick as hell.. yikes) I will not return or recommend this salon to anyone.

Yesterday was my 3rd visit, and today will be my 4th. They are very professional. The detail is amazing. They take their time and do it properly and the prices are reasonable. Amazing pedicure! Basically 42 minute foot massage, while in a massage chair, and then polish application. Will be going again that’s for sure!!
