I definitely recommend The Ten Spot! 1000/10 service. I have never walked into a place and felt more comfortable then I did walking in there. They greeted me as soon as I entered, there was no wait and all the girls we're great. I wish I could remember all of their names that helped Kate started me off with a brow tint and wax. She made me feel so comfortable and confident and gave me inspiration for a certain situation. I also had a lash lift and tint booked, but because of my eyelashes they pointed me in a different direction but they we're honest even though it saved me money. I would not go anywhere else! By far best place :) will be back!

I had the pleasure of Akeyo doing my pedicure today and she was absolutely amazing. I am currently in a walking boot and she was incredibly helpful in making sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She did a great job on my feet, was so so friendly and so helpful. Kate did my nails for my PEI wedding this weekend. After a terrible experience at a salon back home in Ontario, Kate made me feel at ease and did a wonderful job. The shop is beautiful and clean and you can even order a drink (wine, beer)!! Definitely going to go to The Ten Spot back home in Ontario next time I need a manicure!

I had a Brazilian and a combo brow lamination & lash lift earlier this week. My eyebrows were so swollen after and when I took a closer look I realized there was skin missing from underneath both my eyebrows. The missing skin is now turning into scabs. Thankfully I wasn't getting this service for a special event because everyone immediately asks what happened when I see them. Super disappointing as I paid $200 to have this done...

Very nice looking salon with cute little amenities (free coffee, free female supplies in bathroom) but when I got my eyebrows done they messed them up and really couldn’t fix them. But I did call and complain and they were super great about it. They refunded me and tried to fix it.

Got my first Brazilian at the Ten Spot Charlottetown. I get monthly Brazilians in Ontario but am staying seasonally on PEI and thought I would give it a shot here. I can honestly say, this was the best waxing I have ever received and was by far the most pain-free. The service was great, and judgement free. They are a bit pricey though but you could say it's worth it.

I had my waxing done here. Brazilian to be specific. I was happy at the beginning. Staff was friendly and getting an appointment was hassle-free. However, what disappointed me so much was the seevice. I incurred additional expense on top of the service I got from them because the waxing was very messy. When I got home, I wondered why I feel sticky and it doesnt feel right. I hopped on the shower and found out that there was a lot of wax left and hair still hasnt been removed. This is not just understandable little pieces left. There was a lot left with wax left out. Like a lot of hard wax left. I visited another waxing salon few days after and the new one finished up the work. She even told me that I have lots of bruises. Mind you, I’ve been getting brazilian for years and this is the most disappointing. I never had bruising before from waxing and I never experienced it to be this messy. I will never go back. Overall, I was not happy with the waxing. The staff were very nice tho. It’s just that it was very inconvenient and damaging.

I had a group of 12 ladies in here the day before my wedding. The Ten Spot worked with me to schedule everyone in (even though I kept adding more people) and let us take over the whole space. My friends ended up throwing me a surprise shower while we were there and the Ten Spot were very accommodating. And my nails looked great and lasted for weeks! I would highly recommend The Ten Spot in Charlottetown.

I've been to this The Ten Spot location a few times now, I'm always happy with my gel polish manicure and have always received good service but today the service was exceptionally good. Unfortunately, they were a bit behind, it happens! I was informed about the delay upon arrival and then not long after while I waited I was told I'd be receiving 20% off. I hadn't complained and told them it was okay when I was first told they'd be starting a bit late but they ordered this discount anyway. I decided to just get a "quicky" and have them just do a quick clean up and file and then do the polish because I didn't really need the full manicure and I decided that would be a better option to keep me on schedule. Again, I didn't complain and I told them it was totally fine when they apologized but when it came time to pay the lovely lady at the front desk told me they had decided there would be no charge because they had kept me waiting (not really that long either). I absolutely would never expect to get a free mani but they truly went above and beyond to make sure I still had a quality polish job (not rushing even though they were behind) and then took it a step further by comping my services 100% I definitely recommend checking them out next time you want your nails done with out all the bells and whistles of a fancy (and pricey) spa!
