I've had a membership here for years. They have a pool, track, courts, and a good selection of cardio equipment and weights. Staff are always friendly. Some of this might be a matter of personal preference, but I can't think of much in the way of negatives.

Good sized gym with lots of equipment, I spent most of my first day learning what each machine does. It’s never been overly crowded and it’s great to get to cool down in the pool after a workout and then warm back up in the sauna.

I love it here! Just started going back for the first time in a few years. Loved it then and the same now. I’ve tried others in the area but don’t like quite as much. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

My go to gym but wasn't a fan of the face we couldn't swim due to swim lessons from open til close on Sundays

Best gym in town! Many services included in an affordable membership. I'm on my third year and I wouldn't consider switching gyms. And, they handled covid like champs! 10/10 would workout here again!

This place is lit Literally fire Smokin hot The sauna caught on fire while we were playing squash and we needed to evacuate lmao Staff handled it super well though, evacuation went smoothly

Friendly, warm staff, excellent variety of gym equipment, huge indoor track.....this gum has everything you could possibly need and more to achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you're at. So glad I didn't go with Goodlife (such rude staff). Spa total Fitness is the best!!
