My appointment was for 3:45 First I was to have a Initial Consultation then at 4pm I was to have a Full Facial IPL Photofacial I walked into the Clinic at 3:40 Met Sam whom I thought was the receptionist She asked me to fill out the paperwork which I did She then led me to a room where she confirmed she would be performing my Photofacial We chatted a bit, I mentioned I had, had this before however it was 5 years ago, her telling me she was 20 and she was the only person who worked there, she just finished school and that the Franchisee was a Cop Honestly I was a bit hesitant at first knowing that she had just finished school, seemed very new to this, however I thought we all started somewhere so let's give her the benefit of the doubt She proceeded to put something on my face, I had to actually ask what it was, then she started with the machine which was a little shocking as I didnt realize how hot it would be on my face. She did my entire face, telling me that all my sun spots would be gone, they would get dark and crusty then fall off She applied sunscreen then we walked out of the room, I paid and left She did tell me that I should come back in 6 weeks It took a total of 30 Minutes from me walking in to getting back to my car, with a Cost of $130 !!!! So here's my issue (s) 1) I never had any Consultation in regards to the health of my skin. She didnt ask me anything, as per your referring New Patients to Book a Free Consultation so that your experts can review your Skin Health and ensure that the treatment is the right one 2) At no point did Sam explain the Photofacial too me. Not what she was doing, not how it would feel, nothing about the gel in my face, she didn't exams face at all 3) Sam didn't give me any aftercare instructions at all Nothing about using sunscreen, moisturizing, exfoliating etc Its now been 3 Days since my Photofacial and Absolutely No Changes At All I paid $130 for absolutely nothing And zero outreach from the Owner

WOW! This clinic is beautiful. You walk in and your first impression is everything is pristine clean. I had a free consultation and the staff are very knowledgable. I was able to openly discuss my skincare needs and to feel heard. There is so many treatment options that are state of the art. I highly recommend this business.

We were two girls got the smile 360 treatment for teeth whitening.we were told our teeth will be brightened in just one session and never got any results. We took the before after pictures of teeth whitening. SAMANTHA who did our treatment even didn't inform us that the result was not certain. When we talked to her after the treatment of not getting the good result nd she said it is not their issue and asked us to get in the contact of smile 360 direct company..We are seriously not happy at all and we just wasted our day and 200 bucks....

Went in for a teeth whitening and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. The clinic was very clean, bright and comfortable. I couldn't believe the dramatic results of just one session of teeth whitening. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Got a facial with Sam, she was incredible! She did such a good job and my skin looked so good afterwards. It's been two week and my skin is still looking so fresh!
