I booked pedicures for four of us at Thanksgiving 2021. The staff was very prompt getting us in and settled in our massage chairs (heavenly!). Our pedicures were all of excellent quality and we were very please with the results. It's not a fancy spot (super clean though) but I will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend BC Nails for a great value/quality pedicures! Thanks!

I had a gift certificate for this place. Aside from a mix up with my appointment, my experience was very good. They took their time with my pedicure and gave extra care to the services. Everyone was nice and polite. I will definitely go back.

These ladies were great! Loved the massage chairs, they were prompt at responding on their facebook page, and they are busy bees. Definitely would recommend for a reasonably priced manicure.

The staff here was awesome! They were accommodating, sweet, gentle, and friendly. My nails look amazing and I love the care to detail they put into removing the acrylic and the manicure afterwards. I will definitely be back again!

My girlfriend recently visited here to remove a set of nails that were put on at BC Nails. She made an appointment through their Facebook page for 11am. Upon arrival the staff were completely unaware of her appointment. They decided to take her in anyway. The man handling her nails was extremely rough and did not seem to understand anything she said. She said multiple time how much it was hurting, so much so that she had to pull her hands away multiple times. The end result left her with her natural nails worn down close to the skin under the nail. Her nails are still in a great deal of pain. Just want to warn those who are planning on coming here what kind of service you can expect here.

I went to get acrylic nail fill..one hand done well.the other is a Messi made a comment and the girl said it is okay.i said no but she didn't fix them..definitely will.never go here again

I won't be going back my nails are crooked, and mishaped. There's so much gel polish underneath the nails that you can see the glops of it. They burnt my nails with the drill. I asked if they could do a picture I found on their website, they said yes but once I got in there what they were showing me was not at all the same thing. I had asked if it could be done in acrylic when setting up the appointment they said yes and quoted me a price. When I was in there it wasn't the same thing at all so I ended up getting charged more than I was quoted. I will not be going back at all. Do not recommend this place.

Very rough when getting any type of gel nail off. It took several people to try and get all of the nails off and during the process many hangnails were ripped and started profusely bleeding. Nice people but quite careless as I was also nicked with the electric tools to buffer or whatever the nails. Had to pull hands away from the shock of tool several times. Just wouldn’t reccomend.

I took my daughter and two of her friends here for a special treat. It was the first time going. I got lost and was late. Which they were so kind about and i felt so bad. I also changed out appoiment like 3 times and they were very understanding. So I was coming in there as the worst customer and they treated me and the teen girls i had with me as queens. Honestly I was so impressed with the service. The pedicure I got was amazing. Best iv ever had! The girls nails look stunning. it was clean and very relaxing. I watched my pedicure lady really clean very well my chair when i was done which helped me feel even better about the place. The 3 girls i had with me were all overjoyed with excitement. Its been a few days and no one has any chips in our polish. Very impressed and I cant wait to go back.

It was good until I got Kelly who I noticed hasn't cleaned her tools before she started doing my nails, 2 weeks later when I came for a touch up and the polish came off I realized there there was fungus growing over the nail.. Had to take them all off.. What a shame.. :(

I enjoyed my experience and the place was exactly what I anticipated for their price range. I had a quick manicure + shellac from a lovely girl. She was friendly, professional and gentle. I'm quite tough on my hands and came in with pretty rough looking nails. It was explained to me which length and shape would work best with the short lengths I had. I'm happy with the results, the service and the price. I'll definitely be back for additional services in the future. Parking was easy too, there was lots nearby and I was able to park just out front.
