This was my first time visiting the skyspa. I have been to other spa's in the past and know what to expect. However the skyspa in Quebec City was horrible. Ith bagen with the checkin. The man behund the desk was very rude and impatient. the bistro and relaxation room were both closed for renovations. we went into the spas and while we were there an employee mixed chemicals into the spa right beside us. Now I am not an expert but I ownes a pool and the chemicals that you put in there has warnings on it now to mix it into the pool when people are in it. The ambience of place was not pleasent, you could see the other customers were not feeling relaxed at all. One client was even told infront of all the other customers that it was almost noon and it was time for her to leave. but the way he said it made me feel like he was kicking her out and even though it wasn't said you could almost hear the '' or else '' i hus voice. Maybe they were having an off day, however judging by how empty the place was I don't think so. Overall I would not recommend the skyspa in Quebec city to anyone. Especially when there are much better spas a short car ride away.

Very Nice Spa. The hot spa, the cold spa, the wet sauna, the dry sauna and the rest area was all great. The Skyspa need to work on their reception. They make a lot of confusion, didn't answer our question well, didn't talk to us like customer. We are at a spa, not Mcdonald, I should have a better reception than what I had.

A great experience and a great view on the city. I recommend you to go at night for the city lights. The installations are new and clean. We spent some time at the small bistro, had a drink and a snack. It was surprisingly good considering you typically don’t go in a spa for the food. If you are tired of traveling and you are looking for a place to relax, that’s a good place for you. And the price is reasonable.

Amazing find. Located on the top of an office building with pools outdoors, you’ll find yourself surrounded with a beautiful view. With pools on both sides of the building, one side you can talk and the other side reside the silent pools. Steam rooms and saunas are located on both sides and so are walk cozy rooms where you can rest over looking the view of Quebec City. As must go when you’re in Quebec City. I discovered this spot last year when I was stuck in my hotel room after a massive snow storm. Highly recommended and inexpensive. You can also get a massage at standard rates.

It's a small place. They did not reinforce the silence rule on the silent side of the spa. It's not a good place if you like to go hot tub hopping but it might get the job done if they had better reinforcement of their own rules. I did not try the massages. Just the thermal experience.

The place is nice, it's clean, with an incredible view at the 17th floor of the tower. You can hear the wind against the huge bay window of the resting area which is super relaxing. Left side is a total silence area, but the sauna is less interesting, smaller with little view and only one level to seat. However the vapor room is better with little lights. In early winter only the left cold cascade was working outside for courageous people. Right side is a low voice area, the sauna is amazing with it's view and 3 levels to seat. Californian baths are both good, warm and clean, outside. Even with wind and snow they are delightful. My bonus point: cold little shower inside the vapor room is awesome. Try it! Warning : with the simple entrance you only have 2 towels so bring your own bathrobe. Also flip flops are mandatory, bring your own or pay 10 dollars to have the Skyspa ones (which are basic black plastic flip flops). My only regret/minus point: there is absolutely nothing fancy to drink and eat for free like lemon water fountains and apple. That would be a good plus! But in general it's a good price a clean place and a warm welcome. Also you can see the employees taking water from different rooms to proceed with the quality test which is reassuring.

Thermal experience worth it. We got the "upgrade", which was a no-brainer because during peak season, it's 44$ for just towels and a locker, and for 16$ more you get a water bottle (invaluable), a bathrobe, and a salad/soup, sandwich, and drink. The view of the city lights was nice in the evening. Mostly people respected the silent side vs. The quiet talking side, so it was relaxing to visit both. Note that we visited on a weekday, so it may have been less crowded than usual. There's also an area for laying down (aire de repos). Apparently the thermal therapy experience is 10-15 min of hot, 15 s of cold, 15 min of rest. We didn't follow this, mostly going back and forth between saunas and the hot tub, with dips in the cold pool in between. It was mostly couples and a few friend groups. The staff spoke English and was very friendly. The showers had shampoo and conditioner in them, but bring body lotion. Since they are open til ten pm and have a basic bar, you can really take advantage of it all day. Oh! If you don't have sandals, you can buy them for only $10. It's not that easy to find flip-flops in Québec in January. I wouldn't bother with the massages because I can do that elsewhere for better prices, and the thermal therapy is very worth it and much more unique. I've attached their "menu" which wasn't as clear on the website.

Everything was planned since we are not close to the region and the place call me the same day of my reservation to tell me my massage has been canceled due to “unexpected events”. I understand that with the Covid situation everything is different but I would expected at least some sort of compensation. Try to find another spa that is not full the same day…

We did a ladies day out. All three of us booked facials and massages. After my facial I was told that I wouldn't be getting a prenatal massage. No reason was given. Not sure if someone called in sick or they screwed up their scheduling. After talking to the manager and telling her how disappointed I was they compensated me by giving me the facial for free. My other friends who got a prenatal massage loved it.

This is like a nightclub spa haha. Super rainy day activity. Younger crowd which isn’t bad. We came late at around 8pm on Saturday and most people were gone by 9:30 so it basically as a private spa for a few of us. Amazing experience and I’d come again. Worth the 800km drive to see the skyline at night while you soak, relax, freeze and repeat!
