Nice hotel, not very far from old Quebec. It was so easy to go back and forth to see the attractions. Located on a good street close to some fast food and restaurants. Perfect place for families.

One of the best hotels I have been to.Rooms are spacious,Clean and is near lots of tourist attractions like montmorency falls. Wifi is amazing.Bed was comfortable.Washrooms were nice.

I was there for a shuttle bus pickup for a whale watching tour. Reception was very friendly especially with my lack of French.

A nice place to stay because of it's location to old Quebec City and Mont Sainte-Anne/Le Massif. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bed is a little hard for me, but I was able to get a good night's sleep every night. I wanted to visit the spa, but there was no availability for the days of my stay.

The hotel surprised the whole group. Location is driving distance to old Quebec City but is in a convenient distance. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything is in great condition with what looks like recent renovation. Great rooms for 4 people.

The massage was good but the service at the reception is the worst. We asked them to order us a taxi and had to wait 2 hours for a taxi to come. There are tons of taxi services. If one could not come fast couldn’t they call another company? Instead their response was sorry that’s how the taxi service works. Instead I sat outside the spa and called a taxi service myself. They showed up 5 minutes later.

Hotel is charming! A bit language challenged but with google translate we made it. Sadly very disappointed we tried to book the spa for three people but all booked they tried to accomadate 1 person on different days which did not work but it's okay we will survive without the experience. I must say this is the difference between a big hotel chain and smaller hotel.
