I would go back there because I know that to date I had no problem of this kind my full bikini has always gone well as well as my other treatments especially with the other beauticians including the South American which is my favorite in terms of friendliness, professionalism and technique. But this one I remembered his name and taking my future appointments I would clearly say that I do not want to have it. Et là elle m'a vraiment fait mal car je pense qu'elle manque de technique pour faire un intégrale. De plus cela devrait durer 40 min alloué à cela mais en même pas 20 min elle avait fini ce qui montre qu'elleva vite pour une zone aussi sensible.Elle me tirait la peau et mettait la cire en grosse portion et arrachait les bandes sans vraiment tirer sur la peau mais pour elle c'est juste la faute de mes poils comme d'habitude et aprèstout c'estune zone qui fait mal.Mais d'habitude moi avec les autres estheticiennes cela ne m'a jamais autant fait mal. Je rentre chez moi et je vérifie et je vois qu'il me reste encore des poils en tas vers les lèvres et que je saigne à certains endroits. J'y retournerais car je sais que à date j'avais aucun problème de ce genre mes intégrales bikini ce sont toujours bien passé ainsi que mes autres soins notamment avec les autres estheciennes dont la Sud Americaine qui est mon coup de coeur en terme d'aimabilité, professionnalisme et technique. Mais celle ci là j'ai retenu son nom et en prenant mes futurs rdv je dirais clairement que je ne souhaite pas l'avoir. Même si elle est gentille la technique n'y est pas surtout que c'est dispendieux les clients méritent un travail bien fait. Pour 50$ dollars rentrée chez soi avec encore des poils et des saignements c'est pas agréable. Sinon très bel institut. Mon massage thérapeutique était vraiment parfait et les différentes huiles qu'ils offrent sont vraiment intéressantes et rendent l'expérience différente et personnalisée. Attention : le vestiaire des femmes est très petit. Pas confortable quand on s'y retrouvé à plusieurs... Et je ne le recommande pas pour des personnes faisant de l'embonpoint.

This place was incredible. You'll come in to a super friendly and lovely receptionist. The decor is beautiful and going down to the spa was amazing. Everything is so clean and even the general smell of the place was so relaxing. The spa (sauna, steam room, Hammam) was an incredible experience and so relaxing. I literally felt all the stress leaving my body being in there, my body was relaxed to a point I can't describe. Then the massage was also incredible, taking alot respect towards privacy. The staff was very professional, accommodating and lovely. And they know how to end your experience with a lovely plate of fruit and cheese. Just great, if I lived in Quebec city I would definitely come here often, which makes me disappointed that I don't live here. Anyways I highly recommend it

Je suis donc arrivée 15 min à l'avance pour finalement attendre dans l'entrée sur une banquette jusqu'à ce qu'on vienne me chercher pour le massage. Je m'installe sur le coussin spécial pour femme enceinte et je peux dire que ce n'était pas très confortable couché sur le ventre... J'ai mentionnée avoir très mal au sciatique et dos donc mettre plus l'emphase la dessus. Au final j'ai eu a peine un massage léger du dos et pas du tout le sciatique donc aussi mal qu'a mon arrivée donc je suis vraiment déçu. Ensuite a la fin du massage il me dit je vous attend dehors donc je me rhabille et je sors et il me conduit direct a l'accueil pour payer. Pas de moment pour relaxer après le massage, pas de collation et en plus je regarde l'heure ca ne fait que 30 minutes et non 45 minutes comme prévu. Disons que pour l'expérience et le prix que ça coûte j'ai été très déçu. Le massothérapeute était cependant professionnel et pas gênant. C'était ma première expérience a cet endroit...
