When making the reservation, he had specified that he was more comfortable with a female massage therapist. When he arrived, it was a very young man who came to pick him up. Finally, the lady said she made a big exception for the neurospa chair and not to withhold expenses for the appointment travel. We have several children and this was a very rare opportunity for him to relax. It's a shame, I thought that by booking a treatment in a 5 star hotel, I would have a safe bet as a holiday gift. Lors de la réservation, il avait spécifié être plus à l'aise avec une massothérapeute femme. À son arrivée, c'était un très jeune homme qui est venu le chercher. Devant les autres clients, il a dû argumenter et justifier sa demande. Lorsqu'il a pu prouver avec le courriel ses spécifications, il n'a reçu aucune excuse et s'est même fait refusé l'accès aux bains et aux chaises neurospa. Finalement, la dame a dit faire une grande exception pour la chaise neurospa et pour ne pas retenir de frais pour le déplacement de rendez-vous. Nous avons plusieurs enfants et c'était pour lui une très rare occasion de relaxer. C'est vraiment dommage, je pensais qu'en réservant un soin dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'aurais une valeur sûre comme cadeau de fête. J'étais très déçue.

many of the amenities weren't working, and the hotel staff gave us contradictory and confusing instructions regarding the covid regulations and regarding what amenities were open and when. although we paid the 'residence fees' the pool was closed earlier than we were told, and the Jacuzzi jets weren't working. We were also told that the Sauna is working but when we got there, we saw a sign saying it's closed. the robs in our room were stained, and we were NOT told that there is no daily cleaning service due to covid, so we ended up having to go to the reception for every little thing. Overall, we paid way to much for a mediocre experience and partially operational amenities.

Il as une possibilité du côté de la terrasse de faire mettre u n monte charge qui pourrait servir autant les personnes en chaise roulante que leur employé de mieux deservire ceux qui sont à piscine et pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
