Bien croyez le ou non, ils ont refusé de venir m’aider prétextant que le spa n’avait peut-être pas été acheté là... qu’ils réparent UNIQUEMENT les spas acheté chez eux, même ceux qui sont de la même marque qu’ils vendent. OUF ! Quel bon service! Si un jour je désire avoir une piscine ou un autre spa, vous pouvez être sûr que ce ne sera pas là!

He then told me my chlorine sucked and asked if I had had the salt cell checked. I told her no, but that I would come back to have it checked. I mentioned that I would take the products anyway but would return them if the cell was still good. The technician then told me no problem ... no comment from the technician on the impossible return of chemicals. When I entered the business, I washed my hands wearing a face mask and went to the cash register. Without saying hello, a woman stupidly tells me that I cannot return the products, she mentions that this information is plastered on the walls and also appears on the invoices. You should know that I returned the same day to have the cell tested following questioning from the technician ... it (the cell) was still good. So I came home without using the purchased products and increased the chlorination and everything was okay again. It must therefore be concluded that the products sold were not necessary, it was enough only to increase the level of chlorine. So I tried to explain the situation to this lady (pit bull) who didn't want to hear anything. The technician comes to meet me and asks me to follow him to check the last water analysis. He mentions that indeed the chlorine level was low ... he had however told me that there was no chlorine. I return to the cashier where Mrs. Pit Bull is there in the presence of another lady who appears to be the owner. They ask me to lower my tone while they use an aggressive tone. The owner tells me that the technician has been working for 3 years in his business and that he cannot have been wrong ... how can she make a similar comment without having been present at the discussion !!! I explain to him that if the technician had mentioned this to me, I would not have bought the products before having had my cell tested. She did not want to hear anything telling me that the products purchased will be able to be used one day. I therefore cannot return products following the error of his employee !!! Conclusion: Do what I say and not what I do ... I am referring here to the high talking tone! Disrespectful "Pit-bull" employee !!! Poorly trained technician who does not give the right information !!! Company that does not put its pants on when an employee makes a mistake. So, before buying any products in this store, be sure to read all the signs that are on all the walls !!! Be sure to read what is written at the bottom (final sale) on the sales receipt !!! It is easy to come out with a water test with a multitude of products to buy ... we ordinary consumers do not know anything in this area but it is clear that the products that were recommended to me had no use, all that was needed was to increase the chlorination of my salt system with the push of a small button. Il m'a alors dit que mon chlore était nul et m'a demandé si j'avais fait vérifier la cellule de sel. Je lui ai répondu que non mais que je reviendrai pour la faire vérifier. J'ai mentionné que je prenais les produits quand même mais que je les retournerais si la cellule était encore bonne. Le technicien m'a alors dit pas de problème ... aucun commentaire du technicien sur le retour impossible des produits chimiques. À mon entrée dans le commerce, je me suis donc lavé les mains en portant un masque au visage et me suis dirigé à la caisse. Sans me dire bonjour, une femme me lance bêtement que je ne peux retourner les produits, elle mentionne que cette information est placardée sur les murs et apparaît aussi sur les factures. Il faut savoir que j'étais retourné la même journée pour faire tester la cellule suite au questionnement du technicien ... elle (la cellule) était encore bonne. Je suis donc revenu à la maison sans utiliser les produits achetés et j'ai augmenté la chlorination et tout est redevenu correct. Il faut donc conclure que les produits vendus n'étaient pas nécessaires, il ne suffisait que d'augmenter le niveau de chlore. J'ai donc tenté d'expliquer la situation à cette dame (pit-bull) qui ne voulait rien entendre. Le technicien vient à ma rencontre et me demande de le suivre pour vérifier la dernière analyse d'eau. Il me mentionne qu'effectivement le taux de chlore était bas ... il m'avait cependant dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chlore. Je reviens à la caisse où Mme pit-bull est là en présence d'une autre dame qui semble être la propriétaire. Elles me demandent de baisser le ton alors que celles-ci utilisent un ton agresseur. La propriétaire me dit que le technicien travaille depuis 3 ans à son commerce et qu'il ne peux s'être trompé ... comment peut-elle avancer un commentaire semblable sans avoir été présente à la discussion !!! Je lui explique que si le technicien m'avait mentionné cela, je n'aurais pas acheté les produits avant d'avoir fait tester ma cellule. Elle ne voulait rien entendre me disant que les produits achetés pourront servir un jour. Je ne peux donc retourner des produits suite à l'erreur de son employé!!! Conclusion: Faite ce que je dis et non ce que je fais ... je fais référence ici au ton de discussion élevé ! Employée "Pit-bull" non respectueuse !!! Technicien mal formé qui ne donne pas les bonnes informations !!! Entreprise qui ne met pas ses culottes quand un employé fait une erreur. Donc, avant d'acheter des produits dans ce commerce, assurez-vous de lire toutes les pancartes qu'il y a sur tous les murs !!! Assurez-vous de lire sur le coupon de caisse ce qui est écrit dans le bas (vente finale)!!! Il est facile de sortir un test d'eau avec une multitudes de produits à acheter ... nous les simples consommateurs ne connaissons rien dans ce domaine mais force est de constater que les produits qui m'ont été recommandés n'avaient aucune utilités, il ne suffisait que d'augmenter la chlorination de mon système au sel un appuyant sur un petit bouton. They offer a comprehensive on the spot water analysis and recommend exactly what chemicals you need, the quantity and frequency you need. Their prices are reasonable.
