(Original) Moi et ma copine avons fait changer la toile de notre piscine cette année, donc achat de la toile neuve, installation et changement du drain de fond aussi.... nous étions supposés avoir l’installation début juin, apres maintes et maintes tentatives d’appel souvent sans aucun retours d’appels nous avons fini par avoir les installateurs le 26 juin, avec 10 minutes de préavis seulement .... le lendemain nous avons du nous rendre sur place car nous n’avions pas la poignée sur le filtreur et j’ai tenté d’appeler et parler a quelqu’un mais encore une fois juste des boites vocales. Lorsque nous avons parti la piscine le samedi soir, tout coulais les tuyaux n’avaient pas été vissés, il y en a même un qui coule ou le joint devrait être collé et il y a un plus dans la toile dans le fond de la piscine.... encore une fois saga de boites vocales, quelqu’un a rappeler pour la toile mais cela serait peut-etre normal...... et pas de retour d’appel pour le joint qui coule .... je suis extrêmement déçue du service reçu et je ne conseillerai pas a personne ce commerce...

Le 25 juin, aucune nouvelle ni reçu aucune livraison, je réussis à joindre mon vendeur qui vérifie avec la responsable des installations et me confirme que je suis parmi les 8 prochains à recevoir une pré-visite. 6 juillet, toujours pas de suivi du piscinier, pas de livraison et encore moins de pré-visite. Je téléphone donc au magasin et laisse un message à la responsable des installations. 8 juillet, n’ayant toujours reçu AUCUNE communication je décide de me pointer au magasin. Je me fais dire que mon vendeur est en vacances pour 2 semaines et que la responsable des installations est en congé. Je rencontre un autre vendeur qui veut bien m’aider mais il est incapable de trouver mon dossier et ne trouve aucune note à mon sujet dans l’ordinateur. Il me dit qu’il demanderait à la responsable des installations de me téléphoner dès le lendemain matin à son retour de congé. 9 juillet, pas de retour d’appel. Je laisse un nouveau message à la responsable des installations en début d’après-midi. En fin d’après-midi le 9 juillet, toujours rien, niet, nada. Qu’on ne vienne pas essayer de « m’enfirouaper » avec le fait que la COVID-19 a rendu la situation incontrôlable chez le piscinier et que le mauvais temps ont fait en sorte de tellement retarder les installations! Quand tu te targues sur ton site web d’être au service de tes clients depuis 1974, tu dois être en mesure de bien évaluer combien de piscines tu peux (vendre et) installer dans un été. Tout ça en tenant compte des possibilités de contretemps. Non? L’expérience est tout sauf agréable à date.

Par la suite ça se gâte. Je reçois un courriel quelques jours plus tard me mentionnant qu'il y a un retard dans l'approvisionnement. Je contacte le service d'installation pour connaître les délais pour tenter de prévoir et prévenir notre contracteur pour le deck. Finalement l'installation est prévue pour le 26 mai. C'est parfait, car notre contracteur est prévue pour la 2e semaine de juin. Les installateurs nous disaient qu'ils venaient le matin, mais arrivaient en plein milieu d'après-midi ne pouvant finir l'installation. Ils disaient revenir le lendemain, mais revenaient finalement la semaine d'après. L'installation était mal fait au départ et la piscine avait une fuite. Les installateurs sont venus 5 fois avant que tout soit correct et échelonné sur 2 semaines. Nous avons dû repousser la date de construction du deck et malheureusement nous n'avons plus de place pour cette année. Donc nous sommes pris avec une escalier de deck sans deck. Vraiment une mauvaise expérience et beaucoup de stress.

Ayant payée une pré-visite pour l'installation de d'une cheminée , l'installateur à qualifiée l'installation de dégueulasse, que ça aurait l'air du yiable et qu'il espérait ne pas avoir à passer devant la maison tellement ça serait laid. De plus, j'essayais d'expliquer mes besoins en tant que client et il était impossible pour moi de placé un mot tellement il me coupait la parole et racontait toute sorte d'histoire inutile. J'ai du lui demander de me laisser parlé et que je trouvait son comportement impolie. Bref suite à cette intervention il a décidé de ne pas installer la cheminée. Il est important de mentionner que j'achetais ma cheminée à cet endroit car il me garantissait une installation avant un date précise, que je connaissait l'endroit et le produits vendues. Le directeur ma téléphoner afin de discuter de la situation. Je lui ai mentionné que cette homme était une mauvaise image pour l'entreprise et que son comportement était déplacé. Je me suis fait mentionner qu'il n'ont pas d'autre main d'œuvre du genre.'' Sa doit être le seul au QC j'imagine..........''Il m'ont demandé quoi faire avec cette situation. Je leur ai dit que j'ai signé un contrat dans le but d'obtenir une installation avant une date précise. Maintenant l'installateur décide de ne pas me servir parce que je lui ai mentionné qu'il me manquait de respect. Le résultat final. On préfère perdre une vente et un client au profit d'un sous traitant irrespectueux et non professionnel. Quelle mauvaise IMAGE que cette entreprise encourage.
