I came form Alberta with nails that were in desperate need of a fill, I called this morning and they got me in this afternoon! Great place and the staff were very friendly with not only myself but also my 8yr old. Hailey did a awesome job with my nails, 5 stars all the way!

I've been 3 or 4 times now, and I really enjoy my visits. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the 'buyer' for the merchandise in front - well, her taste is just too good!! LOL I see sooo many things that appeal to me!

Would not recommend this place at all, got my nose pierced and they expect me to change the stud the next day to one that has a back on it when it is swollen and irritated it was not worth $72 !

My wife spent 114.00 to have a set of gel nails put on and within 3 weeks they all peeled off. When she called to complain the owner was very rude about the whole situation. She does not recommend anyone to this business!!!!!

Took my 3 year old niece to get her ears pieced for the first time. Within 48hrs both earrings fell out!! The ladies would not give my money back, and would only offer a discount for another ear piercing. They blamed a 3 year old for the faulty earrings

Went here for a pre-wedding facial and face waxing, and the combination burned/tore-up the skin on my chin, to the point people were asking if I had a biking accident/road rash. The salon still charged me full price, saying it was my fault for using retinol night cream. However I use retinol rarely (max once/week), and have had regular waxing done at other salons without issues. Did not feel great about how I looked on my wedding day thanks to this place.

Horrible service for my girlfriend, she felt belittled by the staff when she went for an appointment. People always do before and afters but every time she goes for self care nobody does for her because she is native. Very racist and rude vibes

Whenever I'm at Merle Normans I always have a great experience there. The staff there are wonderful, there always so friendly and make me feel very welcome. Overall its a great place to be and I'll definitely be going back! Would highly recommended going there!
