Customer Service: 5 ????- Sydney is absolutely a delight. Thoughtful, sweet demeanor, along with enough depth to qualify for meaningful exchanges in conversation. Bonus for patrons with a love for horses :) that's not me, but I completely appreciate her down to earth take on life and passions. Services: 4 ???? it's difficult to be objective here because 1) I have big city mentality and 2) Sydney really is such a delight. To start I did Mani and pedi, registered polish for each. I am accustomed to a hand/foot rub and scrub as a part of my standard service. These weren't included in what I received today (perhaps it's a different service?). The rest was simple and met and the polish application was well done. The waxing was thorough and done with excellence. I had half leg (and feet) done, eyebrows and bikini. Sydney was diligent to return to stubborn areas with tweezers. My eyebrows are stunning. I left bikini details up to her discretion (I prefer brazillioans but this is not a service offered here). I'm happy with quality any attention here, too. Lastly, I had lash lift and tint done. This was my first time having this done and I agreed to try it on Sydney's recommendation, since I told her I do enjoy natural, sparse eyelash extensions; she suggested this might be a better fit for my needs. Less maintenance, better cost to me. I love it. So pretty looking. Throughout, Sydney told me what to expect, how long each step would take, checked in with me for any discomfort, etc. Excellent service. Hours: 5 ???? with already-available evening hours available, additional times can be set up at their discretion. I asked for an early Sunday morning, and a rather large order of service all at once. Have I mentioned that Sydney's service is excellent? Prices: 4 ???? I found their pricelist fair and now that I know the person behind the service I am VERY happy with their fees. This isn't a cheap shop with quick impersonal service; this is quality. And is priced for quality. I have no qualms at all about the fees because of the great service; I only docked a star because there are better prices out there and I don't want to mislead the reader into thinking this is a bargain shop. It's not. It fair, good quality though and deserves every single solid star. Atmosphere: 5 ???? I love the contemporary-country look! Their use of wood and barn door and barn wood, their charming decor choices - not pretentious-spa decor at all. So so comfortable and authentic. Just like Sydney.
