Being a new client I had to wait almost two months for my haircut appointment. When if finally arrived the hairdresser literally spent 10 minutes on me. It was a nice lady but I didn't feel like she knew what she was doing at all. She cut my bangs the worst possible way, didn't texture it or anything... Anyhoo, I wouldn't recommend for first timers. That was probably one of my worst salon visits ever.

Was just there over the weekend and had a great cut and colour by Alexandra. It was my first time in and would definitely come back if I lived in the city. I went to the salon in need of a change and ended up leaving feeling absolutely horrible. The stylist could not colour my hair but her attitude was horrible there are nicer ways to explain the situation instead of making it seem impossible will never go back there.

Absolutely love this place! Very clean, organized, and best of all friendly staff. I was never one to get my hair done professionally until a few years ago with a hair catastrophy from box dye. I 'cheated' on them once which was a big mistake, but came back and they fixed my hair without making me feel guilty for going to another place. They take the time to explain why they feel doing a certain thing would be best and make my hair look and feel amazing every time. They never even judged me when I accidentally used spray deodorant as dry shampoo by accident (oops!!) and brought my hair back to it's natural ways again! Wispers is the only place I will ever go to. You're all absolutely amazing, thank you!!

I went in with super long hair. I've had short hair many times, and again decided to go short as it suits my life style at the moment. I showed Fatima a picture of what I wanted, it's 6 inches shorter, which is very noticeable with short hair. On top of that, it looked fine when she did it, but now I see the neckline at the back is crooked and uneven. Not only that but there is no way for me to style my hair at all because of the horrendous way it was cut. I hate when things are in my eyes and I stated this a few times, and I have to pin the top back because otherwise it's in my eyes. She thinned out the wrong places and now there's spots that are bulkier and looks awkward. Rather dissapointed because now I have to pay someone to fix it. It's really sad because she could have done a lot as there was the length to literally do anything. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Went to get my haircut, all the staff dressed as if they were going to the Royal Wedding, even customers. If I had known I would have worn a morning suit. At one point I was the only male in there, this place is great, staff, location and your always made welcome.

This salon is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Nannette is an outstanding hair stylist. I am always happy with the way she does my hair. Tiffany is a phenomenal RMT. I leave feeling extremely relaxed every time. Dijah is a wonderful aesthetician who does an amazing job especially on shellac manicures. I would highly recommend Whispers to anyone looking for a new hair stylist, RMT or aesthetician. If you use one of these ladies you won't leave disappointed.

I'm just letting everyone know to be very careful of this place. It's worse than horrible. I'm horrified at how I was treated when I went in there. I showed up with my mother for a bridal trial for my hair and they totally messed up my appointment. Told me that I should come back the next day and there was nothing they could do and that they were sorry. I would never recommend these people to anyone. The lady at the front was apparently one of the owners and I would never ever treat my customers like that. They are totally unprofessional. I would give them -100 out of five stars. You cannot depend on them and I was supposed to go here to get my wedding hair done with six of my bridesmaids. We drove all the way from Burlington to be there and they didn't do anything to make us feel better about the situation. They totally lost out and I'm appalled at how they treat their customers.
