Wonderful staff!! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The best way to spend an afternoon. The spa pedicure is lovely and very relaxing, my aching feet feel much better. Thank you and I will be back soon!

Wonderful service, caring staff, and a very nice facility. However, there’s room for improvement. One the prices here are a bit high (especially the package prices), and two the appointment booking process needs to be a bit more organized. I have experienced (more than once) an issue with booking an appointment here.

The prices online are not up-to-date; I was expecting to pay $28 for a manicure and ended up paying $52... The manicure itself was a very enjoyable experience but I requested a shellac and it started peeling within a day. Upgrading a standard manicure to a shellac manicure costs $16 which I think is quite steep for something that doesn't last the expected 2 weeks.

My elderly mother wanted to go to The Spa on King Street in Cambridge for a mani/pedi this week, as she had gone there many years ago. When I booked her appointment I told them that she was diabetic, and again when she arrived she told them that she was diabetic. (readers: this means to be extra careful not to damage the skin, in case you are not aware) So good grief, wouldn't you think they would take extra care with her feet! NO!!!!! They did NOT take extra care. The girl that did her pedi, cut her big toe so badly that it bled. Her polish looks terrible and her big toe nails on each foot are visibly two different lengths. What kind of nonsense is this for a spa charging almost 80 bucks for a mani/pedi. I am so angry. To top it off, mom felt like the girl was in a big rush, as she mentioned that she had to get home to meet her child getting off the school bus. How unprofessional! So DON'T expect a relaxing and pampered experience at THE SPA. Maybe you might want to pack some bandages for the trip home....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA. They should not have even charged my mom, but they did. My mom, being the sweet lady she is, did not put up fuss. SHAMEFUL.

I have been a regular customer at the spa for over 5 years now. I have monthly massages and the staff are very knowledgeable. I honestly think that if someone becomes a regular customer then they are doing their job well! They will adapt to your needs each session make sure that your needs are being met. I feel very relaxed after and my muscles less tense or knotted. I like to stick to the same massage therapist, however, both can get the satisfaction you're looking for. The receptionists are pleasant and can always help you out should you have any questions.

Very nice place from what I saw and the woman I talked to I went in to get a gift for my wife. Honestly if not for that reason I would never have went in there but I felt comfortable standing there having never been to spa before and the questions. We will. See if the spa is what is soon but this was a very good optimistic start

I came in for eyebrow threading and ended up leaving with waxed eyebrows instead. Lived the outcome and the lovely Alison (Susan) who did them. Very calm and soothing atmosphere! Will definitely be returning for other services they offer.

Booking a last minute getaway at the Langdon Hall Hotel and Spa, Cambridge, ON, we were disappointed their own spa was fully booked for the length of our stay, so thanks to Google Maps, we found The Spa! I’ve got a 2h body wrap treatment- which I totally loved: from the bubbly massage bath, to the amazing body scrub and also the massage at the end, leaving my skin softer than a newborn’s, and my husband got an 1h treatment massage for his back and then a facial: he also loved the quality of each service, the professionalism and how clean the place was. I was amazed with the results of his facial treatment: just amazing! Now I just wish I could go back soon to get a facial myself...

The employees at The Spa went above and beyond to give me a fantastic experience and made my 30th birthday something really special. The RMT offered to come in on her day off just for me and even arranged to have a cupcake delivered from a local bakery down the street. A friend of mine recommended that I try The Spa for waxing services (a year ago) and recommended that I see Mihaela. I am so grateful for her recommendation because I have been seeing Mihaela ever since. Mihaela is the BEST esthetician I have ever encountered! The spa has a friendly environment, however if you are going for a relaxing massage or facial forget it because its extremely loud! You can hear every person in there talking and laughing which makes it Impossible to relax. As for service I was happy.

Went for a massage and facial combo with my wife. Massage was good. As for the facial the esthetician showed up 30 minutes late yet we were still billed the full amount. The service wasn't extended either to go the full length. When you are paying per hour you expect to get an hour, not 30 minutes. Update: after 3 weeks I haven't been contacted.
