Price was right on Groupon for a facial but you get what you pay for. Pretty much the worst facial I've ever had. I could have just vigorously rubbed cream on my face for 45 minutes and I think I would have used a higher quality cream to be honest. Also, they took me a half hour late. I'm not even returning for my 2nd (already paid for) facial because I don't even want to go through that again. The staff were fairly nice.

I never changed my barber for years! As he was infected with COVID-19 I had to look out for new one and when after visiting many saloons I couldn’t find any good my friend suggested me here and I finally got my best Skin fade ever! If you looking for a hot haircut it is the place ! Thanks shear studio!

This place is the worst. The girl who did my fail nails didn’t put enough glue on them so they fell off the next day. She didn’t use a proper dryer to dry my nails. She didn’t file them down or put shellac on like I asked, and she didn’t put much effort in whatsoever. It took less than a half hour! Not to mention the workers are always sitting around doing absolutely nothing when I walk in ALWAYS, they straighten their own hair and take selfies. When I called and told them they didn’t do nothing about it, didn’t ask me if I wanted my money back and didn’t say they’d redo them. I’d highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere if they want acrylic/shellac nails. If I were to rate out of 10 it’d be 1/10.

I recently did keratin treatment and told me that the treatment would stay atleast 6 months. Also asked me to straighten my hair for 3 days so that the bonding seals it meanwhile but, as soon as i washed my hair my hair went back to my original curls. Also charged me $15 as in tax for $60 as i bought my coupon from Groupon but actually for $60 the tax comes to $7.8 which is half of what she charged me. Would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Update: I had a talk with her on phone and she is ready to do the treatment again. Hopefully this time works. ????

It was a 5 on the first visit bumped down to a 3 on the second, paid for a legs and arms wax and a Brazilian for the wife. They have excellent service but when my wife took a bath when she got home she noticed alot no like alot of places that where missed on her legs. Her Brazilian was a bit of a flop as well at least 8 or 9 spots missed. Didn't call to complain or give them a chance to see if they would correct it cause we were going out that night to celebrate... so she just hit everywhere with a razor. Wouldn't have minded if it was a couple spots that were hard to get but there were like 2 inch strips that where anywhere from 6 inches to a foot in length on her legs..

I got my hair coloured and styled with Karm. She was great - she listened to exactly what I wanted, and the end result was perfect. She knew what she was talking about and advised me well on how to style my thick, wavy hair. She was so friendly and sweet too, I felt like we had known each other longer even though it was my first time at the salon. The salon is clean and has a nice, modern feel. Not pretentious like other places. I will be coming back.

I am very disappointed with the service I got yesterday, I got wax my eyebrow and the girl who did it she didn't even make both eyebrow in similar shape and she rubbed my skin so hard to remove excess wax from my eyebrow that my skin came off and it's painful and looks so horrible. ????

I recently went in for a haircut and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Not to mention how kind and friendly the staff was. Also, the salon is very clean and pretty. I never had a go-to place, but I think i finally found one. Highly recommend to everyone!

I had surgery recently and couldn't wash my hair. I just wanted to get my hair washed and brushed out. The woman working (I don't know her name) happily took me in as a walk-in and was able to wash and brush my hair for me. It felt so good and was so appreciated. She was really friendly and kind. The prices here are very affordable for great service.

If I could give this salon 7 stars I would, I was so pleased, the salon is so clean and beautiful, I was so pleased the way my hair was done the colour looks so shiny and healthy, my eyebrows were beautifully shaped and tinted. This is the salon I will be going to now on extremely pleased.

Now they increased prices too high because of covid. For a service of $6, you have to pay $3 covid fee.We need to have our own masks, but still to pay for workers supplies. And don't use card to pay as won't let you move on without a tip. They got excuse that less chairs are used, but really? I never seen another customer when I went there. And it was just drop in. is too much.

I recently had my hair cut from a different salon and they completely butchered it by making it really choppy. I decided to come to this salon as it was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I did! Baljeet had provided phenomenal service as she fixed my hair by blending in my layers. I also got a nourishing treatment done as my hair was so brittle from my previous cut. I left the salon with my hair feeling amazing, truly commercial worthy hair. Highly recommend this salon!

The facial was decent, however, the leg wax was horrible. I have been waxing my legs for years and I'm not sure if it was the brand being used or what but it was truly terrible. The wax didn't seem to come off the skin (multiple application and attempt at removal over the same spots which causes skin irritation - I still have red bumpy legs over 24 hours later), the popsicle sticks being used were so small it took more than 45 minutes to "complete" (areas missed/wax didn't remove the hair) and the dollar store wipes used after to wipe my legs/ try to remove the wax (as so much didn't come off) burned from being low quality and having alcohol in them. The girl was nice but I have to say I would definitely not recommended this place for any waxing. I hope they look into a different waxing product and accessories to fix this. FOLLOW UP changing my review to 3 stars because the owner called and apologized and offered another free wax. Overall the customer service was great good, just the first experience left me a bit disappointed. Thank you shears studio !
