I have been looking for a good massage place for quite some time now. I accidentally found this one and i'm glad I did. Firstly, my therapist Natalie has great personality, she listens and she has excellent skills. It was one of the best massages, if not the best massage I have ever had. Secondly, the receiving area, the greeting, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the smell... everything was awesome. Lastly, the easiest appointment I have ever made. The online booking and online intake were a breeze. I checked their web at night and got an appointment the next afternoon. This will be my new massage therapy place from now on. I highly recomment them to anyone.

This is my all time favorite spot in Galt. Each and every person that works there is a lovely extension of the owner who couldn't care more about her clients and her clinic. She is extremely well trained and knowledgable in her practices and truly does strive to train all of her RMTs in the same way. I highly recommend this clinic and any other clinic this owner takes on! Great to use online apts, with very flexible hrs. A huge selection of services. Products in store are all quality and tested by Laura herself. Only the best products for her minimal shelves.

The spa services (hydrating facial with Lexi for Vicki and a 60min deep tissue massage with Alanneh for me) were superb and very rejuvenating. I work in the area and there's quite a few options for massage services. I tried a few others before finding Pur Balance, and I can honestly say that I will not be trying any others from now on. Pur Balance is simply above the rest. From the moment you walk in, you begin to relax. The staff is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is calming. Each room has a different vibe, with soothing music and pleasant fragrances filling them and putting you at ease. Warming tables and high quality, plush bedding cradle you while you receive a truly superior massage experience. It's truly a pleasure and one of my favourite places I've ever visited.

If you haven't visited this spa yet, you're missing out. The smell, the atmosphere, the staff...all are amazing. And the rooms! Gorgeous! I was fortunate enough to book with their RMT, Tracey, for a facial and a massage. The facial left my face glowing for what seemed like days. And my massage was probably one of the best massages I've had. I like a deep massage and Tracey didn't disappoint! She pin-pointed all my knots (I sit at a desk all day so I had plenty) and worked on them till they were gone. Tracey has strong hands which is what I like in a RMT. I am so happy I found this place and Tracey. I feel like I floated out the door! Repeat client here!

I have had massages at high end spas such as Langdon Hall, Scandinavian Spa, Elm Hurst Inn, etc and Pur Balance is by far the BEST clinic. Pur Balance is a gem of a spa nestled in downtown Galt. You will be greeted by a friendly face who checks you in before escorting you to the lavish waiting room. Each treatment room is uniquely decorated and makes the space inviting for whichever service you have scheduled. My favorite is scheduling time in the infrared sauna before a deep tissue massage. The boutique shopping has great gift ideas or pamper yourself items. The owner, Laura, is amazing and I love the website tutorials she posts on Facebook.

Pur Balance! My home away from home! I absolutely love it here, from the moment I walk in I'm greeted with the kindest people at the front desk "All Smiles" and always there to help. All the staff I have met have been happy and positive, you can tell they love working there! Its so relaxing and a bunch of great finds in there front end boutique. The wide rage of service's they provide are beyond exceptional, also great pricing for the area. I can spend the whole day getting pampered and come out feeling great and looking amazing. This immaculate spa & boutique is nestled amongst the quaint shops in downtown Galt, and offers an exceptional experience. They have several different RMTs available each with unique set of specialties which are all clearly outlined on their website, and I often change up which RMT I use based off my current needs. Their online booking makes it easy to keep track and make/cancel appointments as needed this is huge bonus as shift worker. They also offer weekend and after hours appointments which can be hard to find! I make the 2 hour drive to come here monthly because I have yet to find another spa that exceeds my expectations like Pur Balance!

My partner and I came here for the first time yesterday for massages and we both seen Dustin. The experience we had was phenomenal. We loved the heated bed and the extra heated pad on-top. Kept us very warm and comfortable. secondly the aroma we smelt as we laid on the massage bed was very relaxing and put us in a state of true relaxation. Dustin did a wonderful job with his massage it was exactly what I was looking for. He used more pressure where needed and lighter pressure where needed and it felt exactly how I would have it to myself if could. My partner also had a very enjoyable experience he mentioned he loved the added touch to the aroma, the warmth and the deep pressure massage he requested. Very nice experience and we both will be back.

This clinic is fantastic all around. The building itself is decorated beautifully to create such a serene and relaxing environment. The online booking system is very convenient as well. Laura, the owner, is extremely welcoming represents her business very well. Most importantly, the RMTs are fantastic (I've been treated by Gwen and Kerri). Gwen Rowbottom is extremely knowledgeable and possesses the gift of a very healing touch with a firm hand. I would highly recommend Gwen!!
