My mum and I went to the spa for pedicures, brows and I also got a shellac manicure. The spa was beautiful and peaceful. I was attended to by Natasha and had the most amazing calf and foot massage with my pedicure. My manicure was great. I have short nails and very dry nails and cuticles my cuticles were given very close attention and I left with smooth soft finger tips. I will definitely be back in the future for more services with Natasha and recommend her to anyone else. My mom was attended to by Amy the owner and she thoroughly enjoyed her pedicure and was impressed with her brows. We were very happy that we left without a red forehead after getting out brows done as in the past we have always flared up red after an eyebrow wax.

Incredible...Had a spa day with my girls. We had a pedicure, manicure and facial. Boyfriend bought it as a Christmas gift for the 3 of us. We booked during reading week to give my girls a break from university. We had a ball and can't wait to go back. Boyfriend also paid for lunch at the spa. Amy the owner was wonderful and what a beautiful place. Well worth checking out.

I've been visiting Amanda at Cloud Nine for maybe 6 months now for laser hair removal treatments. I had a lot of questions about the process & everything in between to make sure it was a treatment I should invest in. After my first session, I was already seeing results of less hair growth. My second session I was starting to see "patchy" areas where some hair actually didn't grow back! I was so satisfied with how early I was seeing results I added another area of hair removal to the process. I've now done my third of of 6 treatments (about a week ago) and I just can't help but wonder why I waited so long to do this. Amanda is very professional and ensures that you have the most comfortable experience, engaging in personable & genuine conversation, & gives you stress balls to hold onto (because its a little uncomfortable- but helps a lot). Laser hair removal is less painful than sugaring, and when you break it down, less expensive for permanent results as I used to sugar regularly. I would highly recommend her services.

Cloud Nine Spa is the best spa. It is always extremely clean and the owner Amy is very professional and accommodating. The atmosphere is very relaxing and soothing. Amy has a large assortment of amazing product lines for sale including skin care and makeup. Amy is very concerned about the environment and products with natural ingredients. I purchase my Eminence products from her spa. Amy gives The Best Facials! You will not want to have one anywhere else once you have had Amy give you a facial. I live a few hours away and I still make the drive to her spa!

I spent the morning at Cloud 9 and it was a very enjoyable experience! I loved the organic products that they used with my facial! They smelt amazing! I have 3 kids and needed a message bad and it was exactly what I needed! I felt so relaxed! The message chairs for my pedicure were awesome and my feet actually look presentable! Everyone there was super friendly and I will be returning anytime I need anything done! I highly recommend this spa!

After years of bad experiences at walk-in type nail salons, I have FINALLY found my forever home for shellac manicures! I have developed a lot of anxiety about getting my nails done, but Natasha made me feel completely at ease. My nails turned out amazing! Natasha even painted on a few different polishes to help me decided on a color before committing. The spa is quiet, clean, and very serene. Beautiful little spot. Looking forward to going back for a facial! Glad I found this spa.

My sister and I purchased a pedicure and manicure gift card for Mother's Day. My mom went in for her service, and there was so much confusion with the services we already paid for. We paid for both the manicure and pedicure already, so my mom could just go in and relax. They said the amount was only for a pedicure (there was over a $100 on the gift card). Then they clarified it, after like 20 minutes of confusion. After the services, my Mom went to use her gift card and they told her she owes money for the manicure! Manager was called etc. Seriously, I don't know what's wrong with this place. If you can't handle honouring gift cards (after we've paid for it), then here's a suggestion - DON'T SELL THEM! You want to go to a salon for relaxing, not nonsense like this. Never again!
