I was here for a massage and I was made to feel very welcome and As per appointment, Angel was my masseuse. A wonderful and charming lady. The whole massage was worth every penny. The place was clean, quiet and soothing. Definitely one of the best massage places I have been to. However, the rates were higher than advertised and the choice of music could change a little bit. I would recommend this place for anyone and ignore the negative reviews by some.

Very clean and nice spa, definitely will be returning here. As a truck driver the back massage was pretty good. The room was clean and the girls are really friendly. Made my first time experience feel like a breeze. I forgot the name of the lady who did mine. But she was very down to earth.

I'm one of the fortunate few to discover Ambition Spa when they very first opened. Even though I no longer live in town I still visit here often, whenever I'm in the area. Since day one the spa has always been one of the cleanest, most relaxing and well ran locations I have been to. For the discerning gentleman who is looking for a wonderful treat to himself in the Cambridge/Kitchener area, Ambition Spa has always treated me well and I highly recommend.

Stopped by for the first time and was very impressed. Super friendly welcome, clean very well kept rooms and a wonderful massage from Ivana. Not rushed at all including a friendly chat as I prepared to leave. Will absolutely be back!!!! Addition: have been back twice more and can officially say this is now “my spot”. Won’t be going anyplace else. Second visit was with Ginger and hands down it was the most sensual massage I have ever had. Great personality, fun conversation and just outstanding touch! Third visit was with Karenna. New to the business her session was not as polished as others, but she is jaw dropping pretty, super friendly and while I could critique the session a little, I would (and will) also go back to see her in a heartbeat. In my opinion personality has so much to do with the over all experience and all three of the ladies I have met deserve 5 stars on this alone.

Was recommended by a coworker to come here and I’m glad I did. The rooms are very clean and the receptionist is friendly and nice. Overall definitely the best spa in the area. I forget the name of the girl I saw but she was young , Italian and very friendly with a firm massage and very sansual. Will be back again soon!

I have had many great experiences at the spa. I find it very difficult to believe these reviews. All I see here is sour grapes from a ex employee. Its a shame that this type of blatant attack is allowed to be posted. This review process is supposed to be for real people, not for people trying to exact some sort of an attack campaign.

Have been there once...and it was a great experience I would recommend my friends or anyone need feel of relaxation to this place... it is very comfortable clean and huge shower...the girls are very friendly... it's a very nice place... and most of all very private.

I"ve been there a few time and always had a great time (5 star) but last time I went it was terrible....I was with Candy and I felt like she was worried that she will catch something from me...I don't know if she is a germaphobe or what ..I never ever want to go throught that again...

My scheduled appointment with Ariel was exactly on time. And she was amazing. Ariel has a wonderful personality that was very engaging. 10/10 I would recommend

I always feel safe and at home when I visit. the spa has been clean every time and they follow all the covid protocols. the ladies are just amazing. ignore the bad reviews by some and you will have a blast.

(Warning COVID-19) I’ve had this business account for more than decade thank you very much. If Scarlett had a negative test at work today than why was she very ill, you could definitely tell by the way she interacted with me that she was very stuffed up and had a cold. She also could be A-Symptomatic for COVID-19 and not showing any symptoms yet. Anyone who is sick should be staying home and as a business owner you should address this very concerning. I’ve been a client for a year with Scarlett and she is a doll, also amazing at what she does but I know that something was wrong with her today. Every time I’ve visited I’ve been screened for Covid symptoms and I think it’s time You start asking everyone who is working there especially your self as the owner.

Love this place! Its a hidden gem, its clean, very well kept with nice big showers. I like to book my appointments to avoid having to wait around. The staff is great from the friendly receptionists to the exquisite attendants. Best way to treat myself!

This woman that runs this place has an absolute disregard for her employees as well as public safety. She continued to force attendants to come into work after they had contact with another employee (onsite) who tested positive for covid. There were multiple covid positive attendants that she, instead of taking accountability, chose to ignore their concerns and insisted they come to work. She also sent a mass text too all employees telling them they absolutely cannot ask for vaccine status even though employees are supposed to be 'independent contractors'. She has a complete disregard for the customers, the employees' & customers' families and didnt even inform some employees who were present with the employees who tested positive. As far as I know she also did not report it to the health department either. RESPONSE: This is in response to the very immature response from the owner. Well, first I'd like to thank you for displaying the unstable and exploitative behavior we were talking about. The police that you seem to talk about was already there because of several break ins. Im simply stating facts, didnt need to get that defensive and immature if your weren't guilty. Since you want to get personal, you were having a breakdown that day due to (not known to the rest of us) several employees including one receptionists testing positive for covid and forcing a girl who was symptomatic to come to work. During my questioning about why the police were there (also have proof of that) you started becoming verbally abusive with me. Unlike some other staff I am not accepting of that behaviour. So I asked you to stop being rude at which point you completely went bezerk. Now, as you being the owner of the property I had to leave, to reiterate police were there on the 24th of December because of several break ins in the plaza and area. Now having said all that. I still stand by the facts that you did not do your due deligence to protect the staff or the public. Theres plenty of proof. Including text messages you sent basically warning us not too ask customers about their vaccine status (although we are supposed to be "independent contractors") and of ppl testing positive. So perhaps consider taking accountability rather than putting my real name in and attempt to somehow shame me with your lies. Good luck Amy Csiko. Clean and relaxing environment and very close to the highway exit. It was my second time coming by but certainly not my last. Both times I’ve seen Lilly who is young, friendly and very sweet. She is attentive and her massages make you feel like a million bucks. Will be returning whenever possible to see her.

Charming, aromatic and comfortable place. Rooms and showers are clean. Have seen three different girls of Ambition. Sonia (Tanya), Amy and Elsa. All three are gorgeous and friendly. Receptionist Hanna is cool. Like Sonia's stunning hairs whenever have had sessions with her.

This was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. It's actually been about six months since I saw Ariel on a snowy evening. Both the receptionist and Ariel put me at ease immediately. Ariel is beautiful, friendly and unassuming. I had a fantastic massage and we both had good, clean fun. I reminisce often and I look forward to a return visit soon. I was fortunate enough to stumble on to Ambition Spa when it first opened and for 5+ years now visit every time I'm in town. Ambition Spa compares with the best spas in the GTA and is by far the best spa in K/W/C/G area. 3 well setup rooms, shower in each. Ladies at this spa never disappoint and the value for the money is realized the moment your session begins. As for the few negative reviews on here, bashing the spa - it's clearly obvious a competing spa or a disgruntled ex-employee is spewing their bull crap...anyone has to go only once to know this is a top quality location and worth digging into your piggy bank for.
