I went to Radiant Physiotherapy due to a number of aches and pains; hip tightness, lower spine injury, shoulder pain, neck spine tension. I was interested in the Intra-Muscular Stimulation (IMS) for releasing my pains. I found Maria very personable in general and patient with explaining how muscles and nervous works in everyday language. She had showed me many things to help with my wide range of problems and some I'm too lazy to carry out but the IMS worked well for me and I've gotten much better overall. The clinic is clean and well sized; I always get the appointment time I need and never had to wait too long till I see Maria. I'm very thankful to Maria, Jessica and Marina and will continue to visit them for my physio needs.

Jackie and Jess at the front desk always make everyone feel welcome and run the clinic with incredible organization. Bijish (Physio Therapist): He is a caring, trustworthy and outstanding therapist. Always listens and has been helping tremendously with my pain. Highly recommend him to all. Ryan (Massage Therapist): He gives a very unique, yet amazing massage, which always provides much needed relief. Anya (Acupuncturist): If you've never tried needling, you must! No pain but ample muscle relaxation. She is superb! Long review but necessary because I LOVE Radiant Physiotherapy. Thank you all for everything you do.

I was in a car accident and was recommended Radiant Physiotherapy by a friend. So I went there and met Maria. From the assessment session, I figured out that she is very caring, very organized, very professional and she definitely knows what she's doing. She has a plan, she explains everything and answers all questions and concerns. I am feeling much better. I had a double whiplash and a dislocated vertebrae and stiffness in my shoulders, arms, back, lower back (luckily I made it on my feet after the accident.) So she started with a plan, she is updated and the treatment techniques she got will take away your pain. Above all, she is very kind and she always gives you hope and I can hear her dealing with others, You feel that everybody is a special friend of hers not just a case. I am very fussy about hygiene and cleanliness and the place is excellent in both. She got two ladies at the front (Courtney and Marina) and they are always welcoming and smiling. So when you go to a place like this in pain. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you forget about your pain. Even when she does something that will give you some pain during treatment, she will tell you and cheer you up right after. Maria, I am so thankful for the ability to sleep on my back again. My life definitely has improved and thanks to you and Radiant Physiotherapy.

Certainly and without a doubt, Maria is the best physiotherapist in the city. My family and I got injured in a car accident and from day one of our treatment and the assessment; we (my wife and my 2 sons & I) all felt that we are in good hands and will be very well looked after. Maria is very experienced physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and friendly and she really knows what she is doing. In addition to my back and neck injury from the accident; I was also, suffering from a dizziness and I could not figure out why, Maria explained it very well to me and treated me from it in one session and it’s gone completely….it was “Vertigo”…not all physiotherapists know how to treat it, but Maria treated me from it in one session. Also, the front desk team are very accommodating, friendly and caring. I tried also her massage therapist and she is also great!! I strongly and highly recommend Radiant Physiotherapy Clinic and its owner Maria Tawadros!!

Bijish was the pediatric physiotherapist we worked with, in assisting my 7 month old. He was courteous and friendly at every single visit. He was patient with my daughter who certainly gave him a hard time haha !! He was always kind and patient with her and tried to make her smile and work with her level of endurance on that day. Within the first 2 weeks she began rolling and by 1 month in she is now crawling like a champion and rolling all over the place like a little monkey. We are very happy with this clinic and their excellent services. Everyone was cooperative and patient with us, and we had a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Great clinic that is clean and a relaxed atmosphere! Maria is fantastic! Always very friendly and patient. You are not rushed through any appointments. At the initial appointment she took the time to explain my condition in great detail. I must admit I was skeptical at first with this referral but after speaking with her she put my mind at ease and I saw results after the first session. She gives great instructions with the exercises you can take home with you. I always look forward to my sessions with her to see my progress and also I feel fantastic days after. Front admin/assistants are also very friendly and helpful! Such great patient care. You can tell that everyone there loves their job and is caring and compassionate about all their patients that come in. My only complaint is the hours of operation. Sometimes it's hard to get in for appointments with a full time job. But trust me, it's worth the juggling! Give them a call!

Firstly...greeted by a friendly receptionist is always a plus. This is the initial person that influences the atmosphere. Secondly, the therapist go above and beyond their call of duty to make sure that any of the therapy is comfortable and totally comprehended. Lastly..I am of the older generation where one is felt like just a number in many establishments. However this was not the case here. Outstanding. Went to Maria with frozen shoulder which had lasted 14 months. The first treatment completely freed the shoulder and with two more treatments it was as good as new. Maria said that I should go and have it x-rayed again because she was sure I had a rotator cuff injury and she was quite right. While she was treating me for that she found I had been walking with a cane for more than a year and three more treatments cleared that problem as well. I think she is a miracle worker!
