Needed an adjustment due to some back pain, and had a pleasant experience on my initial visit. Dr Peter Chang was professional and communicative so that I was informed at every step. Got my back fully adjusted in 20 mins. Convenient online booking. Centrally located in Metrotown with parking, definitely will visit again.

While visiting Vancouver, I was treated twice by the clinic's RMT Josh, an excellent practitioner who is very knowledgeable about his craft, and gave me good insights into the nagging discomforts that had been bothering my body lately. The owner Edward is also a standup guy, who went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and idiosyncratic requests. In short, you'll be well taken care of at Wellness HQ.

Was very impressed with the level of knowledge and treatment I received on my last few RMT sessions with Josh. He is amazing at diagnosing. He took to the time to listen to my concerns and could tell by my standing posture and some other things that my hips were tilted. He could also tell where I carried stress. No one has ever taken the time to diagnose with such accuracy the cause of my back/hip issues and stress. With that information he was able to help tackle the areas that were causing the issue and gave me take home exercises to help me improve the outlook. He is nothing short of amazing! I usually leave RMTs feeling good and then the issue just resurfaces a day later. He was even able to diagnose areas that I had no idea needed attention/work. So far he has helped keep the pain away. He is kind, caring and you can tell he loves what he does— helping people. Recommend you give wellnesshq a try! Plus they have free parking and are perfectly located across from Metrotown—You won't regret it.

Online booking was a breeze and there's free parking on site. I visited here to treat my constant back pain. I have never been a fan of physio so I decided to give acupuncture a try even though I was a little skeptical. Dr. Jenny Yeh was very intuitive in explaining the processes and putting my mind at ease. The procedure was completely painless and she was also able to give me some advise on ergonomics. I left the session already feeling better, it's been more than 24 hrs now and my back is definitely much less painful than before. Will return for further treatments. Highly recommend.
