Manicure and pedicure - I just hated it, and these are my reasons: A) Customer service it's ok - 3 stars, but nothing special B) Manicure procedure was very bad - 1 star C) Material (nail polish gel) poor - 1 star because they are using a tester gel and it was damaged D) General treat cuticle professional skill was super poor - 1 star E) Pedicure procedure was bad as well- 1 star F) Price was super expensive and a complete waste of money - 1 star. G) environment was good - 4 stars They can be good doing other things, but these 2 manicure and pedicure professionals just completely failed trying to do their work.

The staff at Trinity salon and spa are all very nice and professional. Sama did my balayage and I am so happy with my hair! I was a little nervous to get highlights again since I had bad experience a few years ago that left my hair severely damaged. I now have a perfectly blended silky soft head of hair. My visit was during the covid-19 pandemic and I felt very safe, as they had strict procedures in place that included a pre-screening. I will definitely be going back to get my hair done again and am looking forward to trying their other services as well.

I love this place. I have visited here many times and received several treatments. Shine, she is so nice and professional. They have high quality laser treatment programs, especially lifting laser treatment which is I really liked. Highly recommended!!

Trinity salon &spa's Shine has been a great help to me who is tired and in need of care. First of all, I was impressed by the clean facilities and the renovated white-colored interior at the entrance. Also, the machine's performance was good, so right after receiving Inmode Forma lifting, the skin became brighter, the wrinkles around the mouth became blurred, and the shape of the face became prettier. It was really amazing. My friends who saw the picture asked me what I did because I was young.

Molly was listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when warranted and was attentive to getting my hair done the way that I had requested. I had my hair coloring done there, and she did some highlights that were great!! The reason for only 4 stars was because the salon had to change my appt times a few times, but other than this Molly was thorough, efficient and did a great job on my hair.

I got a Shurink treatment (hifu) by the owner today and She took care of all my needs and so professional! Felt relaxed the entire time. I was pretty impressed with the result. Staff was very friendly but this was the worst manicure I have ever had. My nails were not painted fully and withing a few days almost all of them are chipped. On top of that it was double the price of all the other salons.

I had my eyebrows done here a couple weeks ago, it was first time ever stepping into a spa in my life. nervous at first, but all the beautifully decorated interior and the owner's smile calmed me down a bit. She walked me into a room and had conversation throughout the entire session, and I felt grateful for it. She knew I was nervous, so tried to talk me the whole time. the procedure, it was not painful, it was durable. my eyebrows were barely there and now i do not need to buy 30bucks worth eyebrow pencil anymore, bcuz, literally, i do not need it. I really really love the way it turned out and my co-workers and friends are leaning on paying a visit to this spa. and yeah i am going back there again.

So after a long couple months of work my face felt so clogged up and dull! That was when I came across Trinity Salon where I was helped by a lovely worker named Joyce L. She started by asking me how my skin routine was and then suggested some of her options. We decided on the line Eminence which she said is an organic brand which I liked. She went in with a deep cleansing facial and the extraction process was amazing! The products smelled nice, and after my skin felt firm plump and healthy ! I got my hair done (highlights) and brows by Sama at this salon... and I can say WOW! She nailed it! Her work is absolutely flawless ????❤️ She is considerate of all safety measures, asks for photos and your hair goals and makes sure you get the results you want. She has excellent manners and is very fun to talk to during your sessions. Totally worth it and I will definitely be a regular here! I would 100000% recommend anyone to get their hair done here! The place was clean and all safety guidelines were being followed. Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable. The design of the salon is very cute and it smells fresh and clean. ❤️

Came here for a haircut & colour, my hairstylist Molly was amazing, her hair expertise gave me a boost of confidence and taught me how to properly care for my blonde hair with the right products and procedures. She was very gentle, which made me feel more comfortable about how my hair was being handled. I did think it was a tad expensive for a typical pedicure, but the massage was very good and the girl was experienced. I received a little sample of eminence skin cream and I thought that was a nice touch. They seem to take good care of their customers and that was really what matters.

It’s been a long time since I walked out of a hair salon feeling as happy about my new cut as I did yesterday. Molly did an absolutely wonderful job! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and explained to her what I had in mind. She suggested a few things she thought would look nice with the shape of my face (something I always highly value in a stylist because I honestly have no idea) and I was not at all disappointed! Worth every penny.

Cheri is an amazing nail artist. I’ve known her for over 15 years. Over the years she’s never stopped learning new skills and techniques. As a result, I’ve followed her every time she has taken a new job. I wear gel nails and work in an automotive shop which means I’m very hard on them, but, she has never let me down. I see her every three weeks for a fill, but never has there been any lifting or breakage. I trust her so explicitly that she now does my 15 year old daughters nails as well. I whole heartedly recommend you see her for any type of nail work you might need.

She is totally professional and clean and does a fantastic job but most of all she is so kind and funny and she really listens to her clients and their needs and wants and truly cares how you feel. Not happy at all eyebrows completely thin which wasn’t what I was looking for... girl didn’t ask what I wanted and I thought she knew enough about her job to just ask or do a clean up instead I ended up with crooked eyebrows what poor excuse of oh I’m sorry i got it took all my roll power not to scream! I went to the Trinity for nail art and I met master of nail! Her name is Rana. I highly recommend her service! She had a number of shellac color and parts! that I never seen before!! As Rana's parts I can choose a lot of designs. Finally, I had a art on my nail it is the best ever! That was really perfect! In addition, her service is very careful and delicated! I was told that the owner changed just a few months ago and I must say, everything about this salon is top notch. It was my first time at Trinity today, and now it will be my go-to. Amazing! So friendly and professional, even down to the way they answer the phone. I have only had my nails done there and purchased product, but they offer a full range of services. I found them online while trying to find a place that does Bio Sculpture Nails, which they do, and am so happy I tried them. In addition to Bio Sculpture they also have a healthier option of Gel Polish that lasts about a week longer. Give Trinity a try, you won't be disappointed.

I came here last Wednesday for a facial with Sue and she was amazing! I have sensitive skin which gets red easily, Sue was gentle while still getting the job done. My skin felt super clean and moisturized right after. It has been a week and I can definitely tell my skin has been better - no breakouts and no dry patchy skin! Other places that I've been to spends 45-60 minutes for a facial but at Trinity my facial was 1.5 hours long, definitely worth the price!! Sue was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable all the way!

Owner is super nice You walk in the sanitize ur shoes and check temperature etc keep it clean Their booking system is little bit unorganized . One time i waited 1hr. And my friend booked an appt and it wasnt booked lol however owner gives you excellent service and she does apologize and try to offer you deals. Excellent skills for facial and brazilian laser. I got a 800 package to visit 5 times and I am.planning to get another 2000 package for whole legs. They have the best machine and it works very well.

I’ve been getting my lashes done since before I knew Soo. Soo is my only go to lash technician, now working in Trinity Spa. I’ve got lashed done in many other places. now I cant see myself going anywhere else. The whole staff is amazing, friendly and they literally have everything you need from skin treatment, lashes, brows tinting, nails, etc. Soo is so friendly, never fails to give me that beautiful lashes, my lashes look always amazing and most importantly it last SO freaking long. I know she constantly tries all different products and study in order to provide the clients with the best quality of the products possible. Highly recommend Soo for Lashes. Also, look up the INMODE skin tightening treatment... I dont know why I found this machine now, I swear to god I cannot live without this treatment once in a while. what it does it it tightens your skin, lift up, rejevunate, brightens up, YES IT ELIMINATES your wrinkles. YES TRUE. telling you from my own experience. it gives you the filler injection effect without pain, chemical. I am such picky person in terms of the skin treatment as my skin is quite sensitive. BUT, if you ever wonder how Korean women usually have the good skin, yes part of it is from good gene but we do take care of our skin by external treatment once in a while or often! PAIN FREE, CHEMICAL FREE - they often run the promotions, check it out. Thank you TRINITY SPA, SHINE, and SOO!

Actually, when I came here at the first time, I couldn't find parking lot but there is public parking lot near Starbucks and I can park 3 hours for free. Honestly, it was great experience because massage pressure was really awesome and amazing. I has been addicted here massage since at that day. In addition, all staffs are very friendly and make me comfortable during i am getting massage. I felt relaxed.

Very clean, friendly and affordable spa (it’s a hidden gem), location is convenience for public transit or plenty parking spaces if you drive. Hair stylists are professional, make a valid, care and friendly conversations. Had couple facial before party and they were wonderful, use high-end product only and you can see result after treatment/facial. All the Aesthetician are professional, well trained and friendly, know you by name!. You can use the service to treat/pamper yourself or to hide away for few hours from chaos working schedule or busy housewife/mom life. Will make more regular visits to this spa for skin care and hair treatment and will be a guest at this spa for many years to come. Thank you for all the service! Please keep up with all the quality work.

6 out of 5 ! I love Facials and I love products that are natural and easy on the skin - Trinity Salon has got that all covered! One of the best places I've gone for facials. My skin feels revived, smooth and hydrated. And on top of that the treatment was very relaxing as they massage the products onto your face and neck. Pauline and Melissa we're amazing, super knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They had educated me on my skins current stat and recommended products that is best and is needed to maintain that healthy glow and yes, I do see results. ;) Highly Recommend - look for Pauline or Melissa they will take care of you, I promise!

I went to Trinity to get my balayage done and the hairdresser was Lynsey. She is such a sweetheart, loved the service from beginning till end, she took the time to consult and offered me tips on how to keep the colour from fading, and even ways to style my hair. Would definitely recommend her!!

Love this place! Decor is super cute and it’s so clean. Nice spa music on to relax while getting my lashes done. Shine, she has been doing my lashes for almost 2+years n she Is AMAZING. She really knows what i want. So very detail oriented and meticulous with her works. I get compliments on my lashes all the time! After lashes done, i got eyebrow waxing from another staff, and she is super kind and makes me comfortable! I realized all of staffs here are so kind and have great skills. I highly recommend this place????

I just moved into the Burnaby area not too long ago and happened to stumble upon Trinity Salon and Spa. I started with something fairly simple (mani/pedi) and was pleasantly surprised. Since then, I have gone in for a massage and facial and have not been disappointed either time. All the staff are great at what they do and are very friendly. I would highly recommend this spa :)

I've been to various spas for a long time ,but I think this is the place where I have treated my skin with professional knowledge like trinity spa. In particular, the laser technician Trina is the best technician I've ever seen. Her knowledge and techniques are producing the best results . Skin tone and blemishes, which have been bothering me for years, are getting better and better. So I am so happy when I put on makeup. The facility here are very clean and all the staff are so kind that I would like to recommend this place

Around last Christmas I got my first laser treatment called inmode here after a referral from my friend. Along with the inmode laser, I have been getting shrink laser treatments, MTS and eyelash extension as well until now. I never used to be a person who put a lot of money and effort into my skin treatments, but I couldn't stop getting services from here as not only did I find noticeable improvements on my skin but also they offered reasonable price. The estheticians were named Shine(the owner who has almost 20 years of experience in South Korea) and Jisoo. They were such professionals who knew what treatments my skin needed to get and ruled out any unnecessary treatments.
