First time try the Acupuncture in my life, painless, not even feeling the needles go in, I was so impressed how he can do it. Differently I will keep follow up all the acupuncture treatments with Dr.Harry until my life completely changed and referral all my friends to come too and make them believe acupuncture works.

Amazing experience at the Spa, me and a girlfriend had the relaxing massage done here. I don't visit a lot of whole body massage but I was stressed that day, with a slightly sore back from sitting. They are a new establishment, not very big but wow they did a good job. The lady made me feel relaxed, welcomed me personally, lead me to a dimly lit room with big fluffy towels, and the bed was warm! It was summer and I didn't think I would want a warm bed but it was so nice, it turns out I do want a warm towel bed when I lay down. She start by asking me how's the pressure, do you want it softer, harder, but it was just right. She started softer but then did increase the pressure when she's been working on an area, and Ooooo it feel so good. They finished the massage with a hot towel rub so I don't leave feeling oily and sticky. I believe I left the place renewed!!

I am lucky enough to live only 5 minutes from this wonderful spa so I already tried both the Thai deep tissue and relaxing oil massage within the same week of grand opening. I enjoyed both massages so much but my favourite was the oil massage because it was absolute bliss! I loved how they used the hot towels to gently wipe off the oils - felt so pampered. Next time will definitely go back for the 90 minute massage because 60 minutes was not enough. So, so good!

I had lot of massages in my life and go all the time in spas around the city and when I travel as well, but this place took me to paradise :) I like light massage, I'm not in pain or stress in my life, so I really like the soft and gentle way to relax, I almost fall asleep and Simmi was great, I booked 1hr oil massage, but next timet I'll book longer, she was great. Nice place and great staff

I had gone to this place twice! I had a wonderful experience of Thai and deep tissue massage. I felt so fresh and relaxed.Both Sukhi and Huma are my favourite! They released my knots and stretched my body! You guys are doing a great job. I would definitely come again. Dr Harry is also very kind. I didn’t find the owner very nice.She was not very welcoming.Hence, 3/5.

Just had traditional Thai massage today as my mother's day gift from my husband. It is absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff. May did an excellent job on treating my shoulder pain. The place is very lovely, clean and beautiful lounge too! Highly recommend it and will definitely go back to try the oil massage too!

This spa opened up earlier this year, and I have quickly become a regular! I found it through Yelp and decided to give it a try. It is clean, smells good, relaxing and staff are friendly. I recommend Huma, who only works Mondays and Tuesdays. She is amazing and will have you feeling refreshed. Huma gets all the knots out of my neck and shoulders. She constantly checks in, asking about pressure, if I'm doing ok, etc. Beds are heated and thick. The massage ends with a delicious, warm, comforting ginger honey tea that is caffeine free. You can also easily book online. Highly recommend this place and ask for Huma!

Great way to start a day off! Visited the Thai Wellness Spa on Hastings on Sunday morning. Nice location, beautiful sounds and aromas. Opted for a deep tissue oil massage. A little over an hour later I felt like a new person. These girls obviously know what they are doing. Super friendly staff and easy parking. I will definitely be back.

Wow. Worst experience of my life, ruined my night. Disclaimer, my girlfriend brought me here for my birthday for some weird reason because I thought someone that knew me for several years would know I would hate something like this. But I stayed optimistic and thought it could be relaxing. It was the furthest thing from relaxing. I'm a pretty tough dude and I find it very hard to tell someone to ease up on the pressure. After 10 minutes of having my muscles jabbed into by this lady I told her to ease up. For a tiny bit she relieved some of the pressure. But not long after, I was in a lot of pain. To be clear, I've ran marathons, I've broken bones in my face in rugby and I've been in amateur kickboxing fights but this was another level of pain. I told her again, to soften up but she hardly did anything this time. I felt bad because my girlfriend was paying for this and I didn't want to upset anyone. Again, I have a hard time as it is telling a masseuse to ease up on the pain. I was actually saying OW towards the end and grimacing in pain. In all honesty, I should have just got up and left. This is not how a masseuse should act and they should listen to their clients queues if they're not enjoying what's happening. This has left a terrible impression on me of Thai massages and I will never be getting another one. I will never be recommending this place again and I'm really surprised by all the positive reviews that this lady would not listen to me. I will stick to a regular massage from now on where I can actually relax and not be tortured by a lady for an hour straight.

Rose & Dada were both so amazing. They were both incredible at finding those pressure points that cause pain and were able to work through it. It was by far the best authentic thai massage we had ever gotten. 10/10 recommend. They brought out ginger tea at the end to finish the session. I had the most amazing massage by Huma today. She works every monday and tuesday. The place is so nice and clean and the workers there are so kind. Right from the start I got a positive vibe there. I've been to many massage places and they tend to be too light even after telling them I like the pressure firm and hard. Huma was on point and I was so impressed she used so many different techniques. It felt like heaven. My neck and back has been so tight. I felt instantly better after the appointment and the Honey ginger tea after the massage was so delicious. I highly recommend !!!

It's okay. I have been to a lot of massage places in my lifetime so know ... and the technique they use is barely any different from other places. Especially when they market and promote themselves as "thai" style ... I really do see ANY difference in the methods that were performed on me. The procedures are just like a massage you would receive if you went to Big Feet for instance ...

Amazing Thai massage spa! It was super clean and cute! They provide a set of loose fitting clothes and work through any aches and pains you might have. With working from home, I have super tight shoulders, but I felt 100% better when I left! My masseuse was super sweet and had moved from Thailand not long ago. I have gotten massages in Thailand, but this one was even better:) Highly recommend it!

I got the Wellness Orchid Package (foot scrub, facial and Thai massage) with Katie and holy, my life is changed. That's the first Thai massage I've ever had and by far, the best massage I've ever gotten in my life. Thai massage or bust from now on. It worked out a lot of my tightness and the stretching combined with massaging was amazing since I was sore from working out. Also, facials might be my new favourite thing. Loved this place and highly recommend! Everyone was super friendly and very easy to book online. I'll be going back for sure.
