Shanna and May are the best in the game and have easily convinced me not go to anyone else for a relaxing facial anymore. They're very professional, caring of your skin needs and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Bonus that there's also a mini massage with the facials.

Spa Belle was recommended by my nephew’s girlfriend and I was hesitant at first as I am allergic to scents. Shana was super kind to let me come in to check out their products to ensure I’m ok with the scents. And today I had the deep cleansing and I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed…I didn’t want to end. Eun-Jin is really, really good. The place is clean with modern look, very nice staff and a great place to treat and pamper yourself. I’m so glad I came and I will definitely go back for sure. After I had my session, I actually shared and promote Spa Belle on my FB and Instagram.

Spa Belle is amazing! Best facial in the lower mainland, Korean style which includes a little neck and shoulder massage - so relaxing! So good for self care. Reasonable prices too and a great deal for first timers with 50% off your first! Would defo recommend, I have bad acne and it made my skin so fresh and clean for weeks, honestly took all the stress off my face!

This was the best Aqua facial I ever had in Burnaby. I am certain I will be back for another facial now to drag my mom and my sister in law this time around. Professional people. Respectful and soft spoken. Knowledgeable on skin type conditions & will education you on the best facial needed for your skin. If you decline that and had something else in mind due to pricing that’s totally fine too, they’re smooth about it and happy to have you and it will be transparent. I love the face and upper chest/shoulder massage during facial. It is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt reborn during this 1+ hour session. On top of that first time customers get 50% off! So my facial only came to $68 with tax. That’s unheard of. Can’t wait to go back and experience other facial methods!

I came here for a facial but i was not sure which facial I wanted. When I stepped in, the place is nice, clean and bright. There is parking in the back and paid street parking in the front. I had Shanna who is one of the owners and she briefed me on which facial she recommends. I had the Aqua Peel Facial and she recommended this for me based on my skin type and age range. For first time clients, you get 50% off your first treatment. Upon going into the treatment room, it was clean and relaxing. The whole experience was great from the cleansing to the very end. They give you a nice shoulder and back massage while you are lying on the treatment table. I would definitely come back!

I called last minute wanting a facial and Shana was super accommodating. They were fully booked but somehow was still able to make arrangements for me. I forgot the name of the lady who attended me but she was very nice and knowledgeable about skincare. I loved my facial, it left my face clear and hydrated for weeks! The massage is a huge bonus, she was surprisingly very strong which made the experience more impressive! Took me awhile to come back due to my schedule but Spa Belle is definitely now my go-to whenever I need a facial!

The two women who own and run Spa Belle have a sense of clean and fresh esthetics which is very appealing to me. The Spa itself is immaculate, they are very careful with sanitary measures, and also the energy in the spa feels clear and healthy. Good vibes. I went in for a mani/pedi and the results were EXACTLY what I had hoped for. As the other reviewers mentioned they really do focus on the details. They cleaned up my hangnails and neglected cuticles so perfectly and as requested, gave me just a simple coat of sheer pink polish. If you are like me and just want to feel clean and polished without all the tacky bling-bling excessively fake nails that seem so popular these days - then let the women at Spa Belle take care of you. Price for mani pedi was slightly more than at nail salons nearby but worth every penny as Spa Belle is in a category of it's own. I will be back for sure - thinking about taking them up on their current promotion of 50% off laser hair removal. Its a good deal. *edit* just wanted to add that both owners are Korean and they speak English, we had no problems communicating.

I did my shellac manicure with May and pedicure with Shanna, they both were super lovely, gentle and very professional; great customer service I had! They did the best job ever and I am so happy with my nails! They were very through with my cuticles and polish they recommended suits me very well! I've tried different facials at different places, but Aqua Peeling that I had at Spa Belle is phenomenal, for me it was the best I ever had. It's a Korean style facial, I was given a facial massage that included upper body as well. There were lots of stages of deep cleaning, I added ampule of Vitamin C that was absorbed even deeper because of special cooling machine. I highly recommend this spa and can't wait to go for the next appointment. It's been second week, my skin looks fantastic. I am glowing:)

I visited here last week, i am having a problem with acne so bad for the last few months and the lady recommended me ‘aqua peel’ i had so many blackheads, whiteheads too and right after i tried this, its almost gone. I also added vitamin C ampul (extra $15) you can get 50% off if its your first visit. neck, arms, shoulder, upper back massage included in the facial treatments. Everything was just AMAZING! It has been a week since i got facial here but my skin looks so much better than before and still super smooth. One more thing i want to mention is the lady who gave me massage she washed her hands every single time after she touched something, i wanna give 10 stars if i could. I have tried many spas for facial and i hate that when they don’t wash their hands before touch my face. I will definitely go back
