It was an ok experience. Nothing special worth the trip. If I didn't have a gift card, I would not go. What kind of spa that doesn't offer massages? That was really disappointing for a mom! Their waxing services are so overpriced! There are cheaper places even in downtown Vancouver. Staff was blah, no personality unless you're a friend/regular and that's where the effort was. Had to make sure my husband didn't get me anymore gift cards from that place again.

I had an IPL Acne Treatment and a 5 minutes eyebrow shaping for what I was charged the full price - $25. There was no waxing during the eyebrow treatment as after the acne treatment I have been informed that it is not recommended, however I got a simple 5 minute shaping, which would be fine if I wouldn't have been charged for the whole pack. I think this was very unfair and therefore I asked for a refund via email, but never heard back. Also, as my first IPL treatment I got zero information about the procedure, I had to ask questions and make sure that what is happening to me is normal or not, zero recommendation on after-treatment and so... I don't recommend this spa!

I was looking for somewhere to get eyelash extensions done and was recommended by a friend to go to the spa at the madison. at first i was hesitant because i never had extensions before but after my first appointment with Aija i was hooked. She does an amazing job every time and is so friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments thanks to Aija!!

I have been a client with Spa at the Madison for three years now. I had never heard of this spa before I used a Groupon to try eyelash extensions for the first time. I've been a frequent returning customer ever since. I have never been happier with a spa facility in my entire life. Aija is my esthetician and I would follow her to the ends of the Earth if I had to. She is incredible at what she does. I am always beaming after every session - she makes my eyelashes look amazing! Aija has always been 100% professional, punctual, and pleasant. I've said before that it's the "cheapest therapy session" I've ever paid for hahaha. I refuse to go to anyone else besides Aija. All the ladies at Spa at the Madison are wonderful and professional. I always refer my friends and family to this Spa, and I will continue to do so in the future. Thank you to all the ladies at Spa at the Madison for making my experience so enjoyable, every single time.

Nothing personal against Caroline but, seriously, what's the point asking where the pain/need is and what to AVOID because of recent health issues (at first I thought it was great asking) on the consultation form if the therapist does not even care? **total waste of time and money**.I have just been told that was the plan for that massage... Not only the pain is still there and even worse on the area she was supposed to avoid since she even started with it... Not sure she knew what she was doing. Manicure was great though. Affordable and good customer service. Would have been 5 stars for it. Overall nice atmosphere and affordable prices.

I have been coming here for over a year now to have my lashes done by Kaitlyn. She always does what I ask and I always leave looking and feeling pretty! She is very quick and each time we have a good conversation as she always remembers what we talked about the previous time. The prices are affordable and it's super easy to book online. I recommend coming here it's a clean quiet atmosphere, and Kaitlyn does well with my lashes!

It was my first time going here, but not my first wax. I went for a Brazilian wax (hard wax), and in the process they stripped off a layer of skin. I bled for a while and now the skin under is now scabbing. [Edit]: I sought professional medical help because I was concerned and they informed me I received a burn (wax burn) due to improper technique. I would absolutely not recommend for waxing.

The ProSkin 60 was a very bare bones treatment for a service worth $85 before tax. No facial massages, steam, or pieces of soft towel/cotton for the eyes. Products were great, facialist was polite and nice.
