WARNING THIS IS A MUST READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS SPA! If you don't go to this spa you will be doing a disservice to your soul body and spirit. I love love this place! It's absolutely amazing, I got the Brazilian and underarm hair removal and it felt like a cool breeze touching my pom pom. The microneedling was so relaxing and my skin feels like a baby's bum. When you walk in you'll instantly feel relaxed by the Feng Shui of the place! The alkaline water taps, the clean atmosphere and the highly trained staff will make this experience worth it. Price point is reasonable considering the education you get to keep your skin fabulous so you don't have to keep coming back! I love the girls here, make sure to ask for Jasslyn!!!

The inside of this spa is beautiful!! And they have some lovely plants as well. They offer top notch beverages and the environment is very relaxing. Came here for a scar treatment and the laser technicians were professional and friendly. They also had a buy two get one free hydra facial treatment so I thought I would give it a try and MY SKIN IS GLOWING. Can’t wait to come back again for my next treatment.

I was able to go to Remedi to get the right treatments for my skincare and health concerns. They provided IV boosters before surgery and an excellent supplement plan and supplement products. With the wide range of services they provide, they designed a custom skincare plan that took my concerns and goals into account. As a male client, I feel welcome, and I can trust them. They understand male wellness issues, and it is very easy for me to talk to them about any treatment I may want to do. What is really nice is that they provide additional information about treatments not found on the Internet and propose an alternative way to treat the same issue. They have a great selection of refreshments, including electrolytes and alkaline water which aligns with their holistic approach to wellness. I made the trip from Victoria on a friend's recommendation and I am so glad I did. Sahar is one of a handful of technicians in Canada that has completed her Masters Cool Sculpting Certification and has a tremendous amount of knowledge. I have already begun to see results and I can't wait to come back and try the other body treatments they offer! Great experience!!

I’ve had a few treatments for skin care here and each experience has been great! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The advice on the nutritional supplements is an added bonus to get. I’m looking forward to my next appointments as each treatment I’ve had was well explained and put my mind into a comforting experience. I live in Langley and drive all the way to Burnaby just for their service. I am treated with a warm welcoming each time I come in and instantly make me feel at home. The first thing I noticed was how clean & upscale the place looked with only high end furniture & equipment. I get a HydraFacial once a month and always leave with a healthy glow. What an incredible place! Everything about this establishment is 5 stars. I had my second visit to Remedi the other day where I had a hydrafacial performed by Tina. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was also very informative as she explained every step she performed – she even took the initiative to follow up via phone call the next day to see how my skin was doing. My skin has never felt as clean and fresh as it did after my hydrafacial. Afterwards, Walaa and Laurina got me set up with a new skin care regiment consisting of products from the Zo skincare line. My skin feels and looks better after only a few days of using the products that they recommended. The facility itself is beautiful, and the environment is warm and friendly. They truly make you feel valued as a customer, and it does not have the stuffy or pretentious feel that I have experienced at some other medical spas. When it comes to spectacular customer service, every spa should take a page from Remedi's book. Can't wait for my next visit!

Called Remedi on a whim from a recommendation from a friend seeking help with my stress acne that came up within the month of my wedding! In order to fit me in so I had enough time to heal from the laser treatment they moved somethings around to make availability to get me in right away! (the very next day) My technician was Ale and she was wonderful and very knowledgable! I left the treatment with a glow (as she said I would) and over the next few days that glow stayed with me! I can feel the acne flare ups I did have start to dry and flake away which has been amazing! I am going back once more a few days before my wedding for a Hyrda facial! I know I am in good hands. ive decided to review a few beauty places this last couple of weeks - this one ive been meaning to review for a while - it looks great and is nice inside - but - staff don't know what they are talking about - staff memebr who treated me was not professional and was VERY loud - took about 20 minutes to get my bill settled - prices are WAY above average - owner is extremely fake and tells all clients the same thing - literally heard her voice change after our consult from super fake and friendly to sounding like she was mocking clients (possibly me) within minutes of our consult. place is pretty dead - smelled strong like someone's food which is a pet peeve of mine at an establishment - especially a beauty one - my gf also went for filler with Dr megan and it was the worst job i ever did see! do NOT get filler here!

I did my research before so I had high expectations for the spa and their equipment, and they still managed to exceed my expectations. I have sensitive skin and it was my first time getting any laser treatments done, Jasslyn really took the time to understand my skin and make me feel comfortable. The owner even took the time to talk to me and oversee the treatment (even though I was the last appointment on a Friday and I am sure she had a million things to do). It is clear that this is more than a business to her it is her passion, and that client satisfaction is her priority. There might be cheaper deals out there, but you are not going to find anywhere that cares about your experience and results as much as Remedi!
