Good service, but I hope the overall experience could be enhanced by providing/asking for some beverages when you arrive and explaining more about other services they offer instead of a quick Q&A to what to inquire only. That being said, I do recommend the place, it’s decent.

First of all, I am satisfied with the massage given by Ms. Fon. She is truly a professional. Price is affordable, however they only accept cash plus %20 tips. There are some points I would like to mention. When you stepped in receptionist does not ask you what service you would like to get and how long you want. They take you to a massage room directly and start massage without asking any concern. As I said, the price and service are okay but there is no hospitality and I did not feel the spirit.

Arrived 7 mins late for a booked appointment and was told that the room was not ready and will be ready in 15 mins. Michelle, the manager insisted that I get a foot massage instead of the full body massage I had opted for. When I said that I still wanted to do the body massage, the wait hour suddenly jumped to 30 mins. Upon confrontation, the manager started cooking up reasons and excuses. I have had a relaxing time here more than once before, but it seems like I won't be returning.

I was in a jam a few months ago and couldn't get into my regular massage place so resorted to booking with Foot Lounge. First time there and would definitely go back. Service was professional and friendly. A definite recommend if you're in the Burnaby area. Thanks Foot Lounge, each little piggy of mine thanks you.

I'm on vacation right now and already trying to book an appointment for when I return. Great massage and clean rooms. Staff are all skilled. It's definitely my go to place in Burnaby. Judy, Jervis, and Joey are all really good. The private rooms and foot massage areas have a nice zen feel and the ladies at the front desk are always super nice. Tip: I would book ahead if I were you just to make sure you secure a spot, since they fill up quickly.

The soothing spa-like ambience and the respect for your time to relax from your masseuse is what makes me keep coming back here for the past few years. Often than none, I go to other "higher volume" places and my masseuse would be talking to the one next to him/her. Or better yet! They answer their cell phones or replying back to messages. Professional staff, excellent protocol measures and a great foot massage is worth my trip to Burnaby any day!

Honestly my favourite massage place and total hidden gem. They offer such great value on their massages and packages, and their staff are so great. Been going for years, tried other places but this place still tops all I've tried. They just don't have an RMT currently (if you're looking for that), but do call in and check in case they do at some point in the future.

Love this place! I live quite far away but would make a huge effort to see all my fav therapists! Always the best massages ever. You will find it’s very “zen” there. Quiet, relaxing, warm, clean, very clean! The staff there are always sanitizing and cleaning. Highly recommend and their RMT is top notch! There’s like a 2 months wait list!

I bought 10×50 mins packages here. Jackie is the best!!! I have to sit for a long time in front of the computer at work so I have really tight back and shoulders. He did amazing deep tissue massage and put lots of effort to release my tight muscles. Also, it was deep but not rough so I could relax fully and fell asleep. I feel like a marshmallow after the treatment . Definitely recommend!!

Foot lounge is my go to destinations for a professional , proper, satisfying, effective massage. Extremely clean, well scented, proper and professional especially during the pandemic now. Michelle and her staff are extremely friendly, the space is very well maintained and kept very clean. It gives you the piece of mind to be able to relax and enjoy. The masseuse Ariel was very professional and her massage made me feel very relaxed and refresh. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Love this place! Quiet, clean place to relax. Amazing masseuses work here! If you have time go for body massage. If not, foot massage will just do the job. No talking so be sure not to book for bridal shower etc :)

I got the midweek special. 75mins body and 30 mins reflexology. Joey was very good above the hips, very thorough. But lower body (hips and below) seemed to not get to the deep tissues. Would still definitely go back tho. No strong aroma on body after leaving which I prefer.

Booked the day before for two at the same time. Was called 15 minutes before the appointment and told they were hoping we were going to be early cause they had booked in someone else. I got a body message and the girl was doing it so hard even after i asked her to use less pressure. I was in pain after the message then went to the chiropractor two days later. They said my back got siezed up with all the pressure and my neck and back was out of place. I was feeling fine before i went in for the message. I will never go back. Then the receptionist asked me to tip of course. So unprofessional. Don't come here unless you want injury. Not worth it!

I've been coming for a few years now since my RMT told me he came here to see Joey (I'd say that's a testament to her abilities! ) The place is calming, quiet and modern. I always book to see Joey for back massage. She has excellent technique and definitely my go to for non-rmt massage. Good energy here! Recommend calling during the afternoon to book appointments, best to reach a human instead of leaving a voicemail. Tips are in cash. Treat yourself!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and love it. I get deep tissue massages for neck and shoulder tension and it has hugely cut down the number of headaches I get. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, and check in with you to make sure the amount of pressure they use is comfortable. Would recommend to anyone with soft tissue pain or tension.

I have been coming to Foot Lounge for massage for years and this review was long overdue. I love this place! All of their practitioners are great but Jervis and Jackie are my favorites. Jervis is really intuitive about which muscles needs work and is always able to ease the tension without being painful. Not your typical asian massage place, this place is cutely decorated with a soothing color scheme and is very clean (so important!) . They even have a room for couples you could request.

Front reception is extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent! The supposed Covid Safety policy is negligible, there is no temperature checks, was not asked to sanitize or wash hands upon entering session. I strongly recommend not to buy their gift cards as gifts, they say they will honor certain aspects but they will back peddle essentially lying to you and not honor their word! If you do not honor your word you have nothing!

Honestly one of the best and cleanest massage places in Burnaby and Vancouver. Not your typical asian looking place. It is so cute inside and I love the plants in the front and zen vibe. I see Jervis, Joey, and Fon for body massage but everyone else I have tried are also very professional. They have RMT too. The girls at the front desk are very accommodating and often do their best to squeeze me in last min which I really appreciate. Call ahead for weekend bookings as they get booked up fast and bring cash for tips.

He worked only on the spot that was giving me pain. definitely fixed it. Pain was gone the next day. I'm going back again. If these people can't fix you you're definitely broken.

Honestly, i feel they have gone downhill with professionalism over the years. When i started going in 2011 they were very on top of things. Now it seems they are more focused on making money, when it use to feel like it was about the customer and good experience. Also, they do accept debit or credit, but tip must be cash. During covid i am not comfortable with that. The owner had no problem telling me over the phone that i don't have to tip then. It felt disrespectful to the therapist and again like it is about them making money. I called back and cancelled. It just didn't feel right.

I am a deep tissue and sports RMT and come here to CiCi for the 50/50 every 2-3 weeks. My brother, who is also a deep tissue/sports therapist, comes to CiCi. We're very happy we found her. She's strong and has great body intuition. She's been doing massage for 20 years and can incorporate Shiatsu and Thai massage on request. Also, very polite, always very kind. This business doesn't accept tips on behalf of their masseurs, so make sure to have some on hand (masseurs typically don't get a great cut from the businesses they work for so the tips go a long way). One area for improvement would be the music. I've been back a few times and it's always the same tune, looped so that you hear the same bits several times during your treatment. It's a subtle thing but it adds to client relaxation if I'm not always hearing the same loops. Could be just me, though...

I’ve come here a couple times now for my RMT treatments. The place is well taken care of, friendly staff and i’m always greeted with kindness. The RMT is great! She really works on the issues i’ve been having with legs and back and when i leave, i feel much better than when i came in. I highly recommend this location for RMT visits! I’ve still got to try the other services, but i’m certain if it’s anything like what i’ve already experienced, i will be very pleased!

Came here for 50 min foot massage with a friend. Friendly, courteous, and professional service. Minus one star for payment method. Paid with credit card, but was unable to tip with credit card. Had to ask my friend to break her cash and provide tip. Bizzare policy.
