Beautiful spa. Great service. When you go in ask for Ron. He’s great at explaining the different types of massages, and he will walk you through every step. He knows the exact technique for bodily aches. And he goes above and beyond to ensure your knots are gone. He’s respectful and maintains your privacy. Amazing strength if you’re looking for deep tissue massage, and amazing approach. Ron is great! I will definitely go back to him.

I don’t recommend this place. The lady who gave me the massage made me a horrible bruise besides my left knee because of high pressure which I didn’t request. When I went there to let them know about what happened, they denied it. Also, the room for couple massage has a lot of furniture inside and it doesn’t look like the appropriate space for a massage. Beds were uncomfortable.

They are not professional registered masseuse. We requested couple massage, neither of the masseuse were able to at least act professionally. One of them answered all phone calls she got, left the room and came back loudly at least twice which disrupted my relaxation. The other masseuse did not have enough strength in her hand and all she could do was fast moves. I asked her more pressure many times but she just moved her hands faster. Both me and my husband was more exhausted afterward. They also failed to give us proper receipt so that we can claim from our insurance company. She said ‘we are not registered, is that a problem?’ I was so shocked but she was not able to give me any explanations! Then she told me if you can write a 5star review in google right now, we will give you 15% off!

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage here! The therapist was incredible, it was a beautiful mix of shiatsu, deep tissue and Thai massage and every moment was heavenly. I left feeling so relaxed and felt like I was floating on a cloud of bliss. I highly recommend this place for an amazing massage. The reflexology is also awesome!

I promised the owner Helen, a well intentioned business woman, I would give a good review as I requested a redo on a poorly done massage on the first visit. And I even agreed to tip well for the massage if it was good. However, to my dismay, my second visit to the Spa was an even bigger disappointment. I give the business 5 stars for trying to accommodate me for trying to redeem the service but zero stars for then handing me over to a inexperienced practitioner for 90 minutes. The average of the two would be my rating here. A good practitioner does not need to be an RMT to give a decent massage. By the way, I still tipped her $20 for her social skills.

Booked the last appointment of the day for a 1 hour body massage. I was told over the phone it would be $80. The massage room was very basic, and clean. The lady that gave me my massage was as small as me but gave such a good massage! I was relieved and happy with the service. I left feeling relaxed! Thank you - I will be back again!

After massage therapy with Ron, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Highly recommend to anybody that needs someone to understand what your problems are and fix them.

The facial was ok so one star for that. The lady on the counter sold me a dermalogica spot fader product for $85, which is for $62 originally when I checked the product price online. I went back, asking her for a refund. She agreed to return me $20 in cash. Realizing it later that she very conveniently saved herself returning me the extra tax that she charged me on the whole amount got me a little disappointed. P.s - I did get a receipt for the final amount paid only. No tax break down.

My mom and I got message here and my mom wasn't satisfied with the message. One of the girl who messaged my mom didn't really use power. However, clean, nice people and free tea was good things about this place. The message wasn't worth the money.

*** Under new ownership *** A year ago this was a 5 star place. New the price has increased for 90 minute deep tissue and doesn't include pressure, feet, hands, head, neck, or shoulders. To be fair the owner agreed to a 50% discount after negotiating for 10 minutes about how we should have complained to the 19 year old employee that still needs a lot of training. So beware and at the first sign stop the session and refuse to pay.

I was taken into a room for a massage and told she would be right back. I was kept waiting for 15 mins. No direction if I should undress or not. 15 mins into my appointment she finally comes back. Massage was alright. Had to ask for more pressure but that was okay and then the massage was better. I was also booked for a 30 min foot massage which was not good. It did not feel good or relieve any type of pain. It’s as if my toddler was knuckling at my feet. The bathroom was also very messy. Overall it was an okay experience. Did not feel like a spa or nice massage place in the least. The whole atmosphere is not relaxing. I would never go back there. Worth spending more money and getting better customer service and a better experience.

We are in town from Washington. We scheduled an impromptu massage and it was the best massage my husband and I ever had (we are in our 30’s). The two gals were super nice and got into the problem areas. My husband and I both like medium to firm massages and this one did not disappoint. I have never had to ask for the pressure to be less as the problem areas were getting worked on. They were able to get in between the muscles to release the tension. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Canada. Thank you!!! :)
