Have been coming here for a couple of years now and will continue to come for all my massage, cupping and acupuncture needs in the future. Helen and her staff are fantastic and made me feel right at home. My family doctor recommended I try physio or acupuncture for the tendonitis on my rotator cuff. Went for a massage, cupping and acupuncture session today. Masa's technique and customer service is second to none! Highly recommend Masa Saga to anyone looking for a regular spot to frequent.

The massage itself was ok, nothing particularly exceptional or bad. What was truly unacceptable was that the masseuse answered two calls on her mobile phone while in the middle of my massage. Once massaging me with one hand while talking on the phone and then even stopping my massage and left me exposed with the door to my room open while she went out to book an appointment for the caller! She spent at least 5 minutes on these interruptions but even ended the session a few minutes early. This was my second visit with them and I even gave her a generous tip the first time. This also happened the first time although there were two of them the first time and it was the second person who was doing the cupping on me that went out to answer the calls. However, she did leave two cups on me for too long and then they had a hard time removing one of the cups and I was visibly bruised for over a week. I thought to give them a second chance to prove themselves since there were so many good reviews. Never again!

Highly recommend this place! I came in 3 times over the past week to get acupuncture sessions on my hip and legs. After the 2nd treatment I've noticed my mobility and pain has improved significantly. Her technique is superb. Sometimes before the session she would warm up the area with a light massage and it was amazing. Going to have to try a full out massage soon. Also a great bonus is that they provide a formal session slip I can use to make a claim on the health insurance my work provides.

I have been going to Masa for regular massages almost a year, and she has helped me tremendously with my back, shoulder, neck pain/tightness, and also circulation and toxicity. Her massages are the best I have experienced! For a long time, I have been searching for a masseuse who can provide enough pressure to ease the extreme tightness/fibrosis of my muscles. Her massages are the most innovative and creative I have ever had, including cupping, hot stones when needed, acupuncture at times, even hot towel at the end. Masa is extremely knowledgable about Chinese medicine, and incorporates valuable advice and tips for improvement of your condition. After seeing Masa regularly, my neck and upper back muscles finally became more loose, discomfort improved, my toxicity levels decreased and my circulation improved. I would highly recommend Masa, especially to people who are not looking for a conventional massage. And remember pain is necessary at times before one feels better. Thank you Masa!

After my open heart surgery I experienced a numbness with a burning in the upper part of my left leg. I went to this business for acupuncture. After the needles were inserted there was a tremendous burning sensation. Two days after the acupuncture the leg was normal with no numbness. I am very pleased with this business.
