I was very offended when booking a fill for my dip nails.. I booked online but shortly after called to confirm I booked the right type of appointment, the lady on the phone ensured that I booked the proper appointment. When I arrive they started doing the wrong treatment to my nails, when I stopped them to ask, the owner then put me on the spot in front of all the other clients saying I booked to wrong appointment and that they didnt have time and it was my fault. I was embarrassed and insisted I leave and come back another day. I have not gone back.

Lavelle is newer to Burlington but I been hearing a lot about them so decided to give them a try! The salon is welcoming, comfortable and girly! The staffs are so kind and friendly. Been 3 weeks and my bio gel look perfect, shellac pedicure have zero chips! I am so happy! Thank you!

If I could give Lavelle more than 5 stars I would. I have been going to this little slice of heaven closing in on 1 year. My friend has taken me there for a pedicure and I have not looked back. I have gotten numerous nail sets and fills, pedicures, facials, waxing. You are met with smiling faces who make you feel comfortable. You need trustworthy people when it comes to taking care of your body aesthetically and Jenny and her crew are the best there is out there. They uphold their reputation with the greatest professionalism but also make you feel like you are right at home in their salon. I have taken people there including my husband and daughter and they have nothing but great things to say about Lavelle's services.

My mother just moved to Burlington and decided to go to this place to get volume lashes done. Before she could even start the lady made it apparent that the picture my mom showed her was done on an Italian woman ( meaning she cannot do volume lashes on my mom because she’s not Italian..?) not only that after 50 minutes of doing her lashes she was done. A usual volume eye lash extension takes at least 2 hours. When my mom saw her eye lashes they didn’t even look done and the excuse the lady said was “you don’t have any lashes”. First of all my mom has been getting her lashes done for years in Brampton with perfect volume & no problems. The lady was giving her attitude, never apologized and my mom still had to pay $140 for basically getting nothing done. If you can’t do volume lash extensions then just say so. If you can’t own up to your mistakes you shouldn’t own a business. At the end of the day in customer service the customer always deserves the best quality and this lady has no respect or sense of integrity. Pretty disgusted I don’t know how you guys won any awards.

I went here for the first time Saturday and chose my colors and the person doing my nails was very nice but then another nail person came and took over and took away my colors I chose and told me it would not look good together and if I wanted blue that I should choose another blue but that is not what I wanted. I ended up with 2 colors I did not want and the job was not great and I cannot even see the design. They rushed me out of there and charged me an extra 10 dollars and I do not know why because they did not do anything except what other salons do and no real design just polka dots . I am not happy with the work. I do not recommend them .

I had a wax here and it was very quick and professional. I booked a facial for the following week and it was very relaxing and my skin felt so refreshed afterwards. The workers there are very kind and knowledgeable. Also the place is so cute!! I highly recommend this place. Looking forward to spending a girls day out here someday.

A friend recommended Lavelle, I came for dip powder nails, there isn't many shop that offer dip powder nails, especially with over 100s of dip colors! The shop was so clean with the cutest pedicure chairs so I had to make another appointment to try it out, and I am so glad I did! The best pedicure ever, they took their time, tools came out of sterilizer, they used a brand new pumice on me than threw it out after! Amazing! Place wasn't expensive either, but I felt like I went to a high end salon. Will be coming here again and again.

Very over priced. My daughter and I came to this salon last Sunday (so not even a week ago) the salon is very nice, but little to no colours to choose from for shellac. I had a bio gel fill, and my daughter got a kids mani with shellac. My bio gel wasn’t even smoothed out after application so my nails are all chunky and bumpy .. when my regular nail salon smoothes it out for an even shape.. so that was odd. The shape of my nails are so awful as well. My daughter got in the car and her nail had already chipped. Needless to say we won’t be back after spending a whole afternoon & $100 not impressed

The first time I went there i thought everything went perfect. At first my nails were looking really nice but after a day they broke one by one. Next time I went there with my mother for manicure and same thing happened to both of us and it completely ruined our nails. They scraped so much of our own nails that nothing was left of it. I thought to book the third appointment online to go there but when I got there they werent welcoming at all and they said that the person i booked it with has already left the store because she had a party at home and that i should come back tomorrow. So basically I wasted my time. I do not recommend their work at all. Its been a month and our nails are still recovering the damage.

After coming here for the first time I was amazed at the level of service and skill the staff at Lavelle offered. I habitually get a facial and my nails done (bio gel) and have been everywhere in the Burlington area, semi satisfied with a few places. This place is so clean and imaculate and I just love the pink decor. I am so glad I found this lil gem. I will definately be a new regular here. Thank you Sue for that great facial, and thank you Jenny for these spectacular nails. I cant stop looking at them :)

Sent a picture of what nail design I wanted to see if they could do it. They assured me they could so I booked an appointment. I was there for almost 3 hours before the tech said she couldn't do what I asked for. I went back a couple days later to get them re-done because I didn't get what I originally asked for. Just got a plain color to make it easier, but they chipped and cracked not even a week later. (I got dipping powder with shellac on top) NOT worth the $75, plus the 2 trips I had to make and the hours I spent there.

Best Bio gel nails in Burlington! Been getting bio gel nails for 4 years, few months ago a friend recommended Lavelle, I haven't gone anywhere else since! I came to visit from Vancouver and my best friend took me to this salon. And I’m so glad she did because it’s such a cute salon. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The pedicure was done perfectly. They took their time and didn’t rush like most salons do. I also had to get my lashes filled and was fearful as I’m from Vancouver, but Jenny did an amazing job. They’re still looking really good and it’s been 2 and half weeks already! I love the atmosphere. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

I had a mani & pedi and was so relaxed in their big pink comfy chairs. I recently had the pleasure of having my nails done at this salon for the first time. The setting was elegant yet modern and provided for a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. I have been fussing with acrylic overlay for the last 2 decades. The smell is horrible and the outcome never really looks natural. On the recommendation of Jenny at Lavelle I agreed to do the u.v. gel. Amazing...no mess...no smell...and so natural. I absolutely love them. My pedicure was so calming. I was sad when it ended. Impeccably clean, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I came for the first time one month ago before going on a trip. My shellac manicure and pedicure lasted all month! no chips at all even-though I was hiking and swimming on rocky beaches. Today was my second visit, I booked online, great website! you can find all prices, informations and time available there, easy to use! When I got to my appointment, I got a very warm welcome by the girls, my appointment started on time, service was amazing just like the first visit, they even asked me about my trip which I was surprised they remembered. Today I got my shellac mani and shellac pedicure again, and a vitamin C facial, oh my goodness, so relaxing, best facial! Highly recommend, great prices, good hearted people. Will be back next month. I went to Lavelle for help after another salon had ruined my natural nails when applying acrylics. Jenny and the other staff were very friendly and took a look. I got my disaster of nails taken off and Jenny did what she could to help my natural nails while also giving me advice on how to grow them out and protect them. Lavelle is my go to place for a spa day now, the staff is so friendly and they absolutely know what they are doing. I recommend Lavelle to everyone I talk to, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails again.

So I was in Burlington to fix my car and had to wait couple hours so wanted to kill some time so decided to go to Lavelle Beauty Boutique for some mani-pedi but I can't even type the experience I got the moment I walk into this place it was so welcoming and the assistant right away greeted me I am used to Toronto locations where u get stare down and ignore for first 10 minutes but this place was totally opposite I couldn't believe how good the service was for a moment I felt like I am rockstar no waiting really knowlabale staff lot of options , lets say this way I live in Toronto but I will only come back to Lavelle Beauty its so worth it the customer service, the speed of the service the place was so clean and nicely decorated can't ask for anything more. if you looking for any skin treatment or any beauty work I would strongly advise you to visit this place won't be disappointed.

Without a doubt the best nail experience I’ve had! The salon itself is impeccably maintained, the staff are courteous and knowledgeable, but most importantly they do wonderful work! The only downside is that I live in Niagara Falls and will now have to commute to Burlington on the regular to have my nails done. Well worth it though, I won’t go anywhere else. a little late but none the less .. I brought my mom here the day before mother’s day to avoid the busyness. Sue did my pedicure and was lovely. However my nails weren’t filed so they were just cut straight accross and were sharp on the edges. My mother’s pedicure was done by Gurpreet. She filed my moms nails down so far to the point that it was painful for my mom and she spoke up and told her.. she still continued to file them too much. Sue halfway through the pedicure told gurpreet to get a new scrubbing padfor my mom and she didn’t and just ignored her. The edges of her nails were super rough and bumpy, by the time we left and got home one had already chipped... needless to say I won’t be going back .. a friend of mine coinsidentally was there earlier in the morning and had the some complains.

So many gel/shellac to choose from! I also got a Brazilian wax and full leg wax, it was quick and clean! Way too ridiculously priced for the the quality you receive. They really need to apply less gel!! The overlay feels looks very thick and feels heavy and not to mention uneven. Not a very professional atmosphere either - I decided to try somewhere new after a long day of work and instead I felt very interrogated with all these questions the nail tech kept asking when all I wanted to do was sit and relax. I went in to do my nails a week ago and within a week, my nails started to ship and I had to glue the nail polish on so it doesn't come off.... because I had 2 events in the row and couldn't go back right away. When I went back she told me I was supposed to call them earlier and she didn't want to do all my nails... which I believe for a 130$ they should satisfy the customer and do a better job finally I explained how I couldn't make it for personal reasons and that I didn't know that I still had to call even if I will not go right away... Finally convinced her to do at least 3 of my nails on each hand... now because she didn't do everything I have 3 of my nails that look square with an edge and smaller looking shape and the 2 others are square.... I didn't have alot of good comments on them from other people... and even someone mentioned how they didn't do a good job painting them correctly.. I left with only 3 nails done on each hand because I didn't want to argue anymore and just wanted to get them fixed and leave because I found it rediculous that as a curtousy they wouln't consider redoing everything. The only thing that was good about it is that its a clean place and doesn't smell all the chemicals but I think there is other places that would do a better job and at the same time being a clean place. ........................................................ Replying back to your non sense comment is i didn't come back because my nails were growing they were shipped and I didn't say I think they're shipping they were I had to glue the nail polish at the tip because it was coming off and she even said it wasn't sealed properly and yes its the least she can do to put a clear coat to make them all look alike even if they don't because the shape is not the same.... and I called Monday and not the 7th which is not 2 weeks... I don't know how you count 2 weeks would be next saturday... When I used to do them in Montreal they never shipped stayed in shape for over a month they only grew but never ever shipped... At the end of the day its called customer service and customer satisfaction and i wish i could put less than one star for this unprofessional way of dealing with a customer.

Our appointments started exactly on time unlike some places you make appointments for you're still waiting. Attention to cleaning our nails and cuticles are just too notch. Nail polish application is perfection. I don't think I've ever gotten this type of service anywhere. I'm happy to say I've found my go to nail place.
