Absolute adore this salon! Vanessa is the sweetest hair stylist and the prices are very reasonable. I got a full head of highlights/lowlights done and I was very happy with the results. Customer service was astounding and I was very happy with the final product. I would highly recommend this salon and will be going to see Vanessa from now on.

I got my eyelashes done. Even though Vanessa was fully booked on a Saturday, she took my name and number and called me as soon as she had a cancellation. She was so nice and the salon is beautiful! And look at those lashes

Learned about this place thanks to Groupon and will definitely be back! Great cut, amazing staff, location and prices. A rare find in Burlington where it's easy to book in, they do a great job, are friendly and do not break the bank (even without the groupon). Definite 5 starts.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Vanessa and Laren were so so sweet. Laren did an amazing job on my hair. Vanessa did the same with my waxing. Waxing is never fun, but Vanessa somehow made it that way. Had some laughs while doing it. I live in London ON, and I will definitely make the trip often to get services done here.

usually have a good experience, but vanessa did not listen to what i asked for. cut way too much. shampoo and hairbrushing was also way more aggressive, think she was in a hurry, usually uses the steampod on me and just sent me on my way with a haircut that i didnt even want! i just asked for a trim and she chopped half my hair and it was too late for me to stop her by the time she cut off the first bit. not coming back. (i usually dont even write reviews like this, especially for small businesses, but this was a BAD experience.)
