I had a service from Noor (sp?) today. It was very pleasant and it was very good value. I was a bit nervous because I read the comments right before I went to the spa but I didn't experience anything negative. Everyone was very nice, not rushed at all.. Noor did suggest follow up treatments but I didn't feel pressure. Lastly, as someone that regularly get skin treatments I know that a single treatment won't have any effect on your skin. You will need multiple treatments and they would not being doing their job if they didn't explain what follow up is needed.

Found this place from groupon. I got a Microdermabrasion treatment with deep cleansing facial for about $40, you cannot beat that (value $300) The lady I think her name was Asya did a fantastic job, answered all my questions & advised me on better ways to take care of my skin. I also bought an exfoliating lotion recommended by her & I love it. It works like magic. I left there with glowing skin, totally recommended

Ana was friendly and did a nice job of my facial and microdermabrasion treatment! She recommended a great balm that made my skin look amazing that I would like to pop by and pick up. She suggested coming once a month is a great thing for my skin. I did not like that I was asked to pay a deposit to book my next appt and for that reason will probably not return for another treatment. I have had many treatments etc done in the past and never asked for a deposit. Just put me off a bit. I also found reception staff to be a little rude when I first called which almost made me cancel. I am a loyal customer when I find a place that treats me well also. Thanks

The staff was super friendly and not pushy with up selling other services/product. I've gotten facials in a few places around the area and their facial felt rushed, and they didn't really do much. They were suppose to clear pores and she literally did it for 1 minute (pretty disappointing). I won't be going there again, their prices aren't worth it at least for facials services.

Come here and your face will feel like a babies bottom! You know that smooth, soft, buttery skin? It can happen for you here...Trust me. I've had microdermabrasion (which is amazing), chemical peels & yellow laser (that's the one that gets rid of those random spots that come out of nowhere). All the girls that work there know their stuff. Cara is super adorable and very welcoming, & so are the rest of the girls. Bella is my go too but everyone there is amazing & super knowledgeable. Your face will be sad if you don't go here :) xo

Bad experience , very rude people, didn’t reschedule my appointment and asked me to pay 100$ for next visit. When I refused to pay for nothing forfeited my appointment.my appointment was on Tuesday and they sent me only text message on Saturday 4:30pm and expect I’ll reply until 5pm . On Sunday I Saturday feeling sick sent them email and tried to contact them no reply from them eve on Tuesday no one contacted me and at end forfeited my appointment. I should say very rude and unprofessional people. Never sent confirmation email and never told about cancellation fee 100$.

So happy to have found a wonderful HW Medical Spa located in Burlington! The team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and pick the best service to meet my needs. My skin has scarring and some other issues and with the custom facials services I have noticeable improved skin, as I have been using their services now for almost 3 years. This spa has great products to choose from with a great quality, and have helped my skin so much! The spa is clean, well kept, has a pleasant and calming atmosphere and parking is free. Buyer be Aware!!!!! Only one Groupon is allowed at this facility!!! I purchased a second and was told upon booking I would have to pay the difference. So I made them money and didn't get the service I paid for. As a business owner myself this is absurd! Business grows on continued customers no matter how they are received. Shame on them for taking my money and telling me to read the fine print. Please be aware before you book any treatments with them. Especially through Groupon. My first treatment was great and spent $160.00 in skin serums which I've never used. Now they are refusing my Groupon and telling me I will have to spend more because I am a returning client. Never heard of this before. Obviously they only care about the money, not returning clients.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The lady who did my facial was forcing me to buy their face washes and creams and when I said I’ll think about it, it turned her off like I said anything mean. The facial was just ok. Nothing special and was done pretty fast. I’m not satisfied. Please don’t come here! (Because I cannot reply, I am writing here. I purchase from Groupon very often, Wonderland, Holiday Inn and many others. I haven’t ever been asked for additional taxes before. That is the only reason I wanted to see the fine print as it wasn’t stated on my coupon anywhere. I have a right to see nothing wrong with that. I don’t know why that pissed you off. My experience at Heritage Way Medical Spa was amazing. The space was clean and followed covid regulations making me feel very safe. The technician Stana was incredible. She was able to decipher my age and diet just by looking at my skin. She is so acknowledgeable and helpful in targeting solutions to my acne concerns. I purchased a groupon and had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, during this time, they changed my appointment time 2 times. When I got there, there was a brown towel that looked used and when I asked the lady if the towel I will be laying on is clean she ignored the first time until I insisted. Worst facial as it felt so rushed! It was just cream, steamer, mask and then done! Never had a bad experience before. Save yourself $$ and go to sephora spend $75 worth of product and you get a free facial. This place pushes sales on products and services but deliver 0. The owner comments that she has no recollection? Lol. Do something instead of hiding. I was there and got my facial by this super tall lady wearing heels. Front receptionist long black hair. It’s one thing to try to find out and another to deny!

If you have a problem with acne, this is the place to go, I once had a ton of them on my face but after coming here, I went from having over 50 of them to almost none. Likeable dermatologist, cleans your face very efficiently and effectively, provides you very helpful advice and creams/oils that you put on to make your face shine. Fully recommend!

I have been searching and searching for a Med Spa that would help me come up with a plan to help me reach my skin goals. At the beginning of the summer I had a consultation at two other clinics and was often left with more questions than I came in with and/or with the feeling that the contents of my wallet were more important than my skin concerns. A friend referred me to Heritage since they had numerous Groupon services that she had tried and loved. From the moment I walked in I felt totally cared for and supported. Wasan is beyond wonderful. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions; she is very knowledgeable. Despite my purchasing a cheap and cheerful groupon she spared no expense treating my face at that first service with what felt like a 12 step process. I have had endless breakouts on my neck for the last few months since needing to wear a mask for work and for the first time they've actually calmed down. Every time I have gone back she has thoroughly assessed my skin’s needs and adjusted her strategy accordingly. Wasan put me on a personalized plan that allows us to work together to achieve optimal results. I'll be going back for months if not years to come. SO thrilled to finally feel like I can relax because my skin is in such caring hands!!! (It should also be noted that Alina at the front desk is a scheduling magician and herself and every other staff member I have encountered there are all very lovely and hospitable.)

I have been coming here for a while and I always leave feeling refreshed. I mean it is a spa! I suffer with a lot of skin texture and to treat that I get microneedling done. Thus far I'm really happy with the results. I also purchased Zyderma recently and one of the ladies told me that its great to put on before working out to control oils. I tend to break out a lot after working out, this did help my skin clear up.

Well, last week, my colleague told me about HWMedicalSpa in Burlington and their mole removing laser. I came in for a consult and the laser technician told me: "I can do it right now, it will take only 5 minutes". Well, she was so professional and explained me well what to expect and I trusted her. My 36 years old mole is gone, skin is healing well and I'm coming for more services.

I was so disappointed! Very expensive for what I got. 4 oxygenate facial treatments for $750, When I spoke to Anna on the phone, the same person who serviced me, she said that: - each treatment includes deep cleansing e.g. extraction - it includes a massage I didn’t get any of that. When i questioned the extraction after my treatment, she said she doesn’t usually do it on the first treatment so she will do it at my next treatment. My first treatment was less than an hour, 10 or 15 mins of it, I was left alone with cream on my face. She did not even explain to me what she was putting on my face, what she was doing and what it will do to my skin. I asked during the first step and she explained but she didn’t continue explaining the rest of the facial. I wish I can cancel and get a refund for the 3 remaining treatments but I was asked to sign a form before my first treatment that said no refund.

I originally found this spa from a Groupon I purchased for microdermabrasion. I have been to a number of spas for facials, but I was so impressed with this place specifically! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable and really cater to your skin type. They offered me advice on caring for my skin and recommended some treatments which would benefit my skin type. I wound up purchasing a package of acne laser treatments and an acne treatment facial and I am so impressed with the results after just 2 sessions! I had my laser on my broken capillaries appointment today with Bella. She took the time to explain the entire procedure with post care instructions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She Lasered all my broken capillaries and it looks fantastic!! The office is nice and clean and is conveniently located near Erin Mills town centre. I purchased a Groupon for microdermabration and had it done today at the Burlington location. I can't remember the name of the esthetician but she wore a head scarf and had beautiful makeup and skin. I came in at 11am and waited until 11:45 , finally getting in. I was offered tea or water while I waited. The atmosphere was ok in the waiting room. The facial room itself was small but clean. The esthetician started by cleansing my face. She had a VERY rough hand, which seems crazy seeing that I told her I have very sensitive skin. After cleansing she went in with the microdermabration machine. This lasted about 3 minutes tops! She didn't even do every area of my facial skin. Microdermabration should take much longer than 3 minutes! I've had it elsewhere and it has taken 10-15 minutes. After the micro she cleansed again and put a masque on to sit for 10 minutes. After leaving me alone to relax for about 10-15 minutes she finally came back and wiped the masque away, added moisturizer and spf. The spf was done using the tiniest amount, not enough to protect my freshly exfoliated skin from the sun. After completion she tried to convince me to buy $500 worth of more micro treatments. HELL NO. HELL TO THE NO. After being rushed through it and not getting what I paid for, why the hell would I buy further packages??? Lol it's hilarious because I lied and said it was my first time ever doing microdermabration just to see if I would be treated any differently using a Groupon. I usually don't use groupons. Welp, you get what you pay for people. Original ticket price on this facial is close to 300$ according to my Groupon. It isn't worth barely the $45.50 I was charged on Groupon. The girl did not even thank me for the tip I gave her. Don't bother going here, you'll be disappointed surely!

*BEWARE* Bought a Groupon for my girlfriend's birthday. Read through all the fine print to make sure that there were no time limits, expiration or cancellation policy posted on it. I did further research to go on heritage way medical spas website to ensure they didn't have any cancellation policy posted clearly on their site, which they did not. My girlfriend booked an appointment and had to reschedule the morning of because she woke up with strep throat. They rescheduled with no problems. 16 hours before our appointment my girlfriend gets a call saying that henwill have to pay for her facial in full upon arrival because the Groupon was claimed on her first appointment that was cancelled. I listened to this voicemail and had called back leaving a voicemail to have a manager call me back to sort this out. The manager then called me back saying there is nothing we can so She has to pay in full. She even agreed that this is not fair but the owners did not care and they were not willing to do anything. I offered to my girlfriend to go and I would pay the amount so She could still have this experience for her birthday gift. She then felt scammed and did not want to go there in fear they would not treat her properly. After all of this I'm out my Groupon and never got to claim it but heritage spa took the money and was unwilling to compensate us in anyway. For less than $100 they have ruined their reputation and get to have this amazing review on their company account which hopefully will stop others from being scammed by this disorganized company. Profit first, customer last should be their slogan.

I give Heritage Way Medical Spa top marks for their treatments. The clinic was beautiful, the staff were all super nice and relaxing atmospher. My technician has been professional, confident, and supportive every step along the way. The treatments made me feel like at least ten years have been lifted off my body. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is! Not only do they have the best staff, but they actually know what they're talking about! I was suffering with horrible adult acne, I visited numerous dermatologists, tried different facials and products and no one was able to do anything for me. I decided to give Heritage way a try on a whim, and started receiving services from Stana. In one visit my skin was noticeably different. I ended up purchasing a facial package of 4, and honestly my skin has never been better! I don't have to wear any make up, I rarely get any spots now, all of my scars are healed and my skin is so clear! Stana is honestly the best!!! She saved my skin!!! I ended up throwing out all my products at home, and anything she recommends I buy for at home care because it works!!!!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Very professional staff, amazing service. I had non-surgical liposuction a new SculpSure treatment. The procedure was explained well and also what to expect in terms of results. I was a bit uncomfortable in a first 5 minutes of the treatment but my laser technician Becky talked me through it. It's only 2 weeks, (the full results are in 6 to 12) and I see a difference already. All staff were very friendly with me. I was a bit earlier for my appointment so I was asking a lot of questions the front desk girls and was impressed by their answers and they keep you well hydrated with their fansy lemon-cucamber water. It was a great spa for my needs.

I purchased from a Groupon. Woman who does facials was rude because I was 15 minutes late. Mind you I am at work and it is Friday with lots of traffic plus I couldn't find the location since it is hidden inside a plaza. Right away she spoke to me in a rude tone on how I was late and my treatment will be shortened. I called earlier and said I'm in traffic is it okay if I'm 10-15 minutes late and she said fine. I am like can I reschedule my appointment and she is like no. You don't speak to a customer in a rude tone and make them feel like garbage. Now I have to call Groupon and see if they can cancel it since they marked it as used. I wouldn't recommend heritage spa to anyone cause of their customer service. I would give a zero if I could. You have some nerve to say to find a spa closer to my home this is close to my home. When you purchase a service, you expect to be treated with respect and not talked down regardless of being late or not. The Aesthetician with too much filler in her lips and plastic surgery needs to learn how to talk to customers. Don't try to clap back with trying to insult me, I'm not plastic Barbie. Accept the feedback and improve the customer service.

This is the worst place you could go to for any cosmetics I highly recommend no one go here they are all liars and are just looking to get your money. I had stretch marks and was looking to get rid of them and I had an assessment with this lady named shusti she’s Indian and she said she will book me in for 6 appointments and it’ll cost 3000 which is a lot but I was like ok and did it I showed up and throughout the whole procedures she rushed them and didn’t even get all the areas and when I asked she said it would have cost me more and I wanted to say 3000 is a lot and she was rushing not caring at all, she seemed like she had no idea on what she was talking about no one here is experienced at all I bet and that lady shusti that took my money and made no improvements on my body I’m really fed up with I wish this place could close down cause she just lied to make money for herself and not care at all about a person.

I have been coming to Heritage Way Medical Spa since January 2016. I started off with a Wagjag purchase and since then have been here at least one or 2 times a month. I started off my treatments with Bianca and since she left I have been with most of the wonderful staff members, especially Becky. I have had microdermabrasions, chemical peels, E Derma, laser and resurfacing procedures here. The goal has been to help heal my ance scars and reduce flareups and the procedures from here have done so! I am finally feeling good and comfortable in my skin . The products recommended are initially expensive but they do work and they last a long time making them worth the price. Most people believe their skin issues are able to be corrected in one or 2 visits which isn't often achievable. I have been a regular customer, completing many procedures and over time the results are showing. Amanda at the front desk is always very friendly and makes an effort to know who's coming in that day and to welcome them by name. I would definitely recommend Heritage Way Medical Spa!

They post way too many deals for services on Groupon. After purchasing a Groupon for two separate services I tried to book one and they claimed I needed to return one (such a hassle) because I am now an 'existing client'. How can I try two of their services to see if they are worth paying full price if they don't allow you to use the coupon, but they allow you to purchase them? On the phone they were not at all understanding, just very 'you need to sort it out with Groupon.' Obviously I'm not the first person this has happened to, so they really need to adjust the way they advertise to avoid inconveniencing potential customers. They should arrange with Groupon to list all of their deals on one page to avoid having people put money down for coupons they will not honour. Having it hidden in the fine print... What a waste of time.

I would NEVER go this spa. They use high pressure tactics to get you to buy a package and I was owed one more treatment and the owner refused to honour my last treatment. The aesthetician who I saw for a year cancelled at the last minute and instead of calling me and offering me a choice to reschedule they were forcing me to see someone else. The owner was rude and claimed the person no longer works there now. She has not returned my email when I said I wanted my money back as I no longer trust the spa. They will take your money upfront and then ignore your emails. DO NOT GO to this spa unless you want to give away your money!!!

I purchased a wag jag for this spa back in March for 3 micro treatments and only ended up going for two because the service was so bad. The first appointment that I went for I had was booked at 6:00pm as I worked until 5:30- half an hour before my appointment they called to try and get me to come earlier and when I said that I could not they got mad. Once I showed up the lady tried to guilt trip me for not being able to make it earlier as she wasn't feeling well. Regardless, it was poor customer service. I felt like my appointment was rushed. The second appointment the exact same thing happened. A different lady phoned me an hour before to try and get me to come earlier again. I found it extremely unprofessional, as her reasoning was that I was the last appointment of the night and she wanted to go home. Both of the staff that I encountered were rude. They were trying to sell me additional services and I was not interested at the time which did not please them. The whole second appointment the lady spent her time trying to sell additional services even after I said no several times. I understand that is there job but she came across very pushy and rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased an online discounted voucher for a treatment at this place. When I phoned to pick up an appointment, the woman on the other end made it sound and look that it would be very rare for me to be able to book an appointment and the appointments are very scarcely available during very few limited times for a month. I guess her attitude was because I was carrying a discounted online voucher and she was trying to create the impression that the establishment was busier than everyone else in the market . I promptly cancelled my voucher with the online website where I had purchased it without bothering to use it. I see many ramblings and complaints from Groupon customers here, well these reviewers should forewarn other potential customers on the website. It would be easier to book an appointment with the Pope instead than getting a time slot in this establishment if you are carrying a discounted voucher. October 29th update : I see the owner response to my review. Simple if you cannot stand by your services don't sell the product. This business has advertised and sold groupon vouchers and their intention was to maximize advertising and now they tire out customers holding discounted vouchers.

Just finished my 3 acne lasers and my skin is a total transformation and no acne. Apparently they using kind of yellow laser to treat acne, and it works on the first session. I’ve also purchased a two small bottles of smelling nasty serums for acne, but my skin can’t survive without it even though my boyfriend is complaining every night. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to visit them if you have acne.

I've been a regular at Heritage Way medspa for almost 2 years and would recommend it to everyone! I've tried other laser clinics, but all the girls here make me feel so comfortable. For any treatment they always start with an overview of the treatment itself and then provide step by step updates. They've also been very attentive if I've ever expressed any concerns. A special thanks goes to Bella who has an amazing personable approach and is fantastic advice for laser and skin concerns! Both clinics are very clean, and in my personal experience, treatments mostly run on time. On the few occasions there are delays (as is inevitable anywhere there is high demand) the girls are super apologetic and very honest in their communication. It's an added benefit to have two clinics to go to as prepaids can be used across both clinics!

I just wanted to say that the Co2 Fractional Laser is the only way to go when it comes to acne scarring and even aging. I have tried so many different procedures such at microneedling (total waste of money), peels, etc. And this is the holy grail. The girls are amazing and honestly book a week off and do it. Your confidence alone is worth it. I got a great deal on a groupon but you will need to pay the taxes and buy the creams which were about $250 :( but it was so worth it. I bought a Groupon that consisted of 3 sessions of Microdermabrasion and 3 sessions of Enzyme peels. Based on people's reviews I chose Wasan (Mississauga location). The session with Wasan was very good, she was extremely knowledgeable and provided great advice for my acne prone skin. Based on my experience with Wasan, I knew I was going to rate this place a 5. For my 2nd session, because Wasan was going to be away she booked my 2nd session with another esthetician. My 2nd session was more stressful than relaxing because of this esthetician. I understand that it is her job to be critical of the skin, make product recommendations and provide advice, but the way she spoke was very negative than positive. She wouldn't stop talking! the only time I was able to relax during this session was when she left me alone for nearly 10 minutes. Towards the end she kept forcing me to buy the products, and after I repeatedly denied (having reasons of my own) not only did her facial expressions turn to downright unfriendly but the way she spoke was very rude. I understand it is her job to do what she's doing but there is a WAY to go about it. Not saying she's not knowledgeable but there is a certain way to treat a person and this lady needs a lesson on it. Your knowledge is of no use when being a part of a service industry you don't have the basic manners. It is because of her that I have decided not only to give this place 1 star but also not go back for my final session.

Stana has been treating me, I love her approach as she goes by how my skin looks and feel every time I visit her. To be honest, its gotten way better since my first visit with Stana. Wasan is fantastic. Before I signed up for my treatment, she explained the procedures completely. What I thought I wanted to fix my problem was not correct. She offered the correct treatment and it didn’t disappoint. I have had a lot of compliments on my complexion of my face. I had a lot of dark marks due to hormones as well as sun damage on my face. I received a Groupon for a Spa Package, which was supposed to include a scalp, back, shoulders and arms massage, as well as microdermabrasion. This was a very sweet birthday gift and I was very excited to get pampered. However when I read the reviews online, I noticed how unprofessional your employee's replies were to customers. That was my first read flag. As a business owner who works in the beauty industry as well, I would never reply to anyone in such a passive aggressive way. Such as mentioning they must of had plastic surgery (making fun of their looks), and telling them to go elsewhere for treatments, and saying you're tired of customers and customers are never right. That is extremely unprofessional and rude. Customers are always right, and it is our job to make sure customers are happy and comfortable. Now fast forward to my appointment. I booked an appointment for 2pm. I walked in and waited. And waited. And waited. I checked my watch and it was 2:20pm. Still no explanation from anyone about why my appointment was so late. I asked two employees to please find out when my appointment would begin, as when I booked the appointment, I was told it would of been done by 3pm, as it was supposed to be an hour long. I watched at both employees went to the little office and mentioned I was waiting. I listened at the employee (Noor) inside the room made it very obvious she did not want to work on me and try to make up excuses as to why I would have to come back another time. Extremely rude!! How dare you treat a paying customer this way! Again I kept sitting there waiting, as I listened to the employees waste time in the office. I checked my watch again, it was now 2:30. This was HALF AN HOUR after the time I had been booked in. Now I remember seeing on a review that your employee's were giving a customer a hard time about being 15 mins late. Saying your time is valuable. Well guess what, so is mine! This is extremely unprofessional and rude of you to make a customer wait half an hour for their appointment when the employees are just standing around wasting time talking. As I was getting ready to leave, Noor, finally decided to come out and take me to the room. I asked her a few times if something was wrong, and she said no. I let her know in a very respectful manner that my appointment was for 2pm and I had to be back at work by 3:30pm. Noor was disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. She did not give me a reason for starting me so late, she was not friendly, and she had no manners! The entire service felt rushed, rough, and stressful. I had been expecting to be pampered and relaxed, however I left there extremely upset, stressed, and feeling far from pampered. I was treated unfairly and in a disgusting manner. All Noor did was criticize my skin and the products I use. She made me leave there feeling ugly and uneducated. She also was extremely pushy for products for her commission, as well as to sell more packages of enzyme peels. I would tell her kindly that I wasn't interested to which she replied for me to put down a deposit. I felt forced to put down a deposit for a spa that was treating me so horribly and making me so uncomfortable. The fine print said there would be a consultation. There was no consultation. In fact, only at the end of the appointment did I bring up allergies, and Noor tried to make me feel bad for not mentioning them from the start. However, it was HER job to begin with a consultation and ask about allergies. This is extremely important. I would NEVER touch a customer without a consultation first and learning about allergies and skin conditions. Lastly, I did not receive a scalp massage. A scalp massage is a $39.00 value,which I did not receive. I was ripped off. Not only that, but my appointment lasted a total of 20 mins, if that! What was supposed to be a one hour long appointment, was only 20 minutes, and did not include everything that was payed for. I will NEVER be returning, nor will I ever be recommending this place to anyone.

The place was nice and easy to find. Its in a plaza at the corner of erin center and erin mills. The ladies are very professional, friendly and welcoming. My treatment was suppose to be a microdermabrasion and a deep cleansing facial, but the lady doing my service swapped out the micro for something else. Im not sure if it was due to what would be better for my skin, or because it was a cheaper alternative or because they were trying to promote something new. Whatever the service was, it felt really nice. That took less than 10 minutes and then the mask was put on. I was slightly disappointed with the time as the services took less than 45 minutes in total. During that time, I did not feel very relaxed. I was hoping for a more peaceful, zen experience. My face looked and felt nice after the services but a day later it doesnt even look like I had a facial done which usually isnt the case after I get a facial elsewhere.

I heard great things about this spa and wanted to check it out myself so I bought a groupon. I booked my microderm facial on a Saturday hoping to relax. The lady who did my facial spent majority of the time making small talk/conversation with me and seemed super distracted. She did exactly 3 extractions on only 1 side of my face. My skin looked the same as it did before the facial, it didn't even feel different to touch. I know what a good facial is and this wasn't it. Overall I did not find this place to be professional and I won't be back.

Very friendly esthetician staff, but the receptionist was very rude. Love the way my face looks. Went there 2 and both times receptionist was rude! I was considering their services in the future, but because of the customer service from the front desk I will not go back.

i have to say i had a great time with microderm and facial. Wasan was very attentive, appreciated her knowledge and calm demeanor. looking to try laser removal of sun spot, will update with results if less than 5 stars. so far so great though!

Called multiple times and left over 5 voicemails wanting to book an appointment , never received any phone calls back, offer expired on Nov 13th so never did get to experienced any services from this place but damn near impossible to speak to a live person or to get a phone call back. Defiantly wouldn’t recommended purchasing anything from this spa as the service doesn’t happen , or in our case you continue to call and get a voicemail with no return.

I have been a client at HW for a few years now. I've gotten microdermabrassion, facials, mole removal and yesterday I got my first yellow laser treatment for brown spots and capillaries. I will be getting the fractora laser treatment done too. I absolutely love this spa. It's very clean, relaxing, the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and sweet. Noor has been doing my treatments and I'm so happy with the results. Having the moles and skin pigmentation issues treated has really improved my skin and confidence. Worst spa experience ever bought a package with a friend came in and was not greeted has to sit for 15 minutes before ever aknowleged then I was served by a Indian lady which was rude from the start rough and had sharp nails that scratched every time she touched my face ...slammed the door every time she left the room, slammed into my bed every time she walked by and Rushed through the entire process.. Needless to say if you want to relax take your business elsewere!!

Well at first I knew about this place through groupon. I bought some packages for chemical peel, microdermabrasion. Anna was very good at what she does but I found she was in a rush to finish. I couldn’t be at a relaxed state of mind. Then she told me about the sculpture treatments in Missisauga. So I purchased up on session for $1200. They were not clear on explaining the sessions. And about the area to be covered. So the one area is the top abdomen and the second is the bottom abdomen. So I was driven by an hour to the Mississauga heritage Spa. I was under the impression that was just one session. Anyways Wendy and I called me to let me know that there was a sale going on for the Sculpsure for $550 for a session. So again I bought two for $1100. As you may know I had two sessions. But anyways somebody called and let me know that I had finished my sessions and that I had used both my sessions for the sale price. I was confused because first time they charge me thousand dollars for one session but at that time the lady worked on my lower abdomen and the upper abdomen so I presumed that was one session but the second time they said that is two sessions. Anyways I think they conned me for $550. They are not very organized as they Mississauga salon does not know what happened in the Burlington Salon.
