My sister and I went here about a month ago or so. We arrived at 2pm and we were the only customers there. Only one women worked on both of our nails while 4 other workers were in the store eating and doing each others nails, it was quite ridiculous. The staff were also very rude and inconsiderate. We finally left at 4:30pm. It took two and a half hours to do two acrilic finger nails. We would never go back there again!! It was definitely not worth 35$ for what we got. The nails also chipped the second day.

My wife went for a polish change, not even a full manicure and was there an hour and a half. The girl working said she would take my wife when she walked in and then took another girl while my wife was sitting at the manicure station. She went back and forth between my wife and the other girl. Horrible service.

Under these times they were good...nice and did a decent job on my feet. I believe they could have done a better job on my cracked heels.

I want to say thank you to these ladies today! I had soaked and cleaned my feet yesterday and thought I would like a professional to paint my toenails. I walked in this am, they were fully booked but said yes come in. I said no yo a pedicure but the lovely woman fixed up my nails and used my color. I find this salon and the one in Gan to be the best. My last pedicure was $60 at Aquala in Brockville. Worst I ever had. H&T are the best!

Made an appointment for 5 for a pedicure. There were at least 4 of us waiting for 5 o’clock pedicure appointments . No staff acknowledged it would be an extremely long wait, they just had us sit at the front. 5:40 I was finally in at a pedicure station. Overall, I didn’t leave until 7:30. No apologies were made for the wait or for overbooking. Unless you have an entire evening to sit and wait around I wouldn’t bother wasting your time or money. I do not recommend this place.

Not even worth the one star ... I asked for a fill on my up gel and a different paint... I got a thin Acrylic and the colours wrong the ring finger was supposed to be a different colour and I repeated 3 times that it was a different colour .. she told me I could leave ...my nails weren’t dry...they looked awful totally distroyed by the time I got to my car... a day after I was crawling behind my daughter and got a nail caught and it snapped accross my nail (ouch) ....I have had I’ve hel nails many times there strong and withstand the chemicals and heat for work and my ruff home life that’s y I ask for them ....then she charged me $60!!! I was too late to argue as it took an hour and a half

I went to the nail bar because I got a gift certificate. Glad I didn't pay full price. Worst acrylic set I have ever received even after I offered advice. Nails are crooked and some are over filed on the corners making them look wonky.

They are great people! They are funny people to be around!! They always say I'm so sweet and such a kind person. They are also great with doing their own designs!! They differently love what they doing their job everyday!! That's a for sure!!! They also love a challenge when I come in! Try to challenge them!

Save your time and go elsewhere. If you go, don’t bother to make an appointment. Over 45 mins late, no explanation, greeting or apology. They just take every walk-in irregardless of appointments. Pedicure was sloppy at best
