AMAZING experience. Feels like a trip to a luxurious hotel I can't afford. Great food, rooms are gorgeous, the pools are so clean fresh and relaxing. Must go again soon!

Perfect location with incredible views. The pool, saunas, and spa areas are all above anything I've seen. The food at the restaurant was incredible, and to include complimentary breakfast is great. There are a few critiques I could give that would make this place a 5/5: 1) Why do 4-star hotels NOT include two-ply toilet paper?! For $400/night you'd expect normal toilet paper, not the cheap stuff single-ply. 2) I could be wrong, but I believe that my fridge was connected to the light switch that turned on the Swarovski crystal display/wall light. So it appeared as though when I turned off the crystal lights to sleep, my fridge also turned off... 3) There are certain amenities that weren't clear as to how they functioned. I couldn't figure out how to turn the shower wand on, I couldn't figure out the panel inside the toilet area, one lamp did not turn off until unplugged, and the bed lights didn't work/weren't plugged in. Overall a great stay and we'll be coming back!

This used to be a nice hotel. In the last 5 years it’s really gone downhill. Twice we have found food on the floor in our room. The pool decks are covered in dirty masks and garbage. I don’t think anyone cleans up. The food in the restaurant is terrible. We won’t be coming back. It’s a real shame because it used to be a beautiful place.

We were worried when we heard the Saunas were closed, because they are obviously one of the main attractions to this resort. The saunas are closed and I'm still giving a five-star and that shows how amazing this place is. The attention to detail at every corner of the building and in your room is unbeatable and did not go unoticed! The views are to die for and you get them no matter where you are in this resort. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. The continental breakfast was amazing (sit down with a waiter and order off the menu.) We felt like we were at a resort outside of our own province or country for that matter. I will be back again, but I'm waiting for those saunas!!! Thank you for an amazing 29th birthday get away.

This was my first time staying at the resort and my experience was overall pleasant. The view from the rooms is stunning, we stayed on the first floor but will make sure to request a higher up room for the next time. We had drinks on our first night at the Barrique bar and had all of our meals at the restaurant in the resort. Every staff member I came across was very kind to us. We had booked our spa treatments before arriving for our second day, and I had some concerns regarding my treatment as it was not what I expected but the spa manager Rupi was quick to handle our concerns with professionalism and courtesy, and even offered to be our point of contact for future reservations to ensure our next stay was perfect. I am excited to come back and look forward to staying again in the new year. The only thing I would recommend is making all your reservations for the restaurant and spa in advance as they seem to book quite fast.
