I took my girls in. They are 6 and 3.5. They did an amazing job. They were very patient with my girls. My girls wanted 2 different colours and sparkles... they made sure before starting to have my girls explain to them exactly what they wanted and verified at each step that what they did or were doing is what my girls wanted done. They spoke to them very kindly. They told my girls exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. And answered any questions my ladies had about the equipment. My little ladies were so thrilled with the experience and the job that was done they want to go back again to have them do their nails. We will definitely be returning.

Decided to give this place a try after my usual nail salons have become too busy to get an appointment. Service was excellent, mani and pedi done very well, new & clean equipment, tools from sterilize packaging and pricing reasonable. Will return!

Horrible service! I paid for my girlfriend to have her nails done, they broke the same day by doing regular things like picking up her phone! Had no idea bio gel flies off your finger like confetti. I would give less stars if it possible, I regret sending her here!!

The best nail and spa that I have ever been to! I moved from Oakville to here and no other place has done a French mani and pedi shellac like them! Tammy is amazing at what she does and her team is amazing! I highly recommend!! I have read just the odd random bad reviews nails break when you do rough things! And for them to fix it for free or cheap is outrageous and no one should take advantage of these lovely ladies! It infuriates me how cheap people can be, nails do break obviously cause they did something that made that happen! Doesn’t happen from simple daily life events! To spend time writing a negative review is ignorant. If you don’t like your experience then just don’t go. Find something better to do with your life! Hands down West Brant Nail and Spa is fabulous❣️???????????? Talented ladies!

My girlfriend and I both went here... we both had at least 5 nails broken in less than one week. I had nails break less than 24 hours after getting them done and I went back TWICE to have them fixed and the next day they were broken again. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, unless you have the time and money to keep going back every other day, because your nails will shatter like fine china!

This is the only nail salon that I have been to that applies Shellac polish with care and patience. My shellac pedicure lasted one month with no peeling or shipping, and I can go more than 2 weeks between polish changes on my hands (personal preference - I could have gone longer). At the 2 week point my coworkers were still commenting that my nails looked brand new! Each and every time I call for an appointment they are friendly and polite, and they are very accommodating with appointments. I would highly recommend this nail salon to anyone!

This is a new nail salon conveniently located. It is very clean and the staff is experienced and very friendly. I was blown away by the many color choices leaving it impossible not to find one to like. As for the negative feedback, everyone’s nails take differently to gel , and this should not reflect this salon or the ability of the staff. I recommend this salon and I will be going back.

Unfortunately I had went here for the first time recently. I got shellac polish and it's been 5 days and all nails have chips and wear. I do shellac for past 5 years and this is the first time I've seen the polish wear off so easily. Girls were lovely but what there using is not quality polish.

Came to try this salon for the first time and the doors were locked. The door says open 11-4 Sunday (or by appointment) and it’s 3:10pm. Not good for business.

I had the same issue with my nails. 6 nails broke due to the Polish not adhering to the nail itself. I'm not a person to write reviews, however this experience was something I've never had happen before. Lovely women but unfortunately the product they are using must be very poor. Hope this helps someone looking to go there.

This place was recommended to me by a family member. I called around 11:00AM to make an appointment for 3:00PM and requested to get my nails done by the owner and they said okay to come in. When I got to the salon, they were really rude. My mom asked if they could change her nail colour and although there was nobody in the salon and they were all just sitting around they said no. Then the owner told me to go sit on another chair and the other lady was going to help even though I specified that I made an appointment with the owner. This place is unprofessional and they're really rude for no reason.

I've been to other nail spas in Brantford and Hamilton, but this place I keep coming back to. Fast, but accurate. Friendly, professional and great quality. Usually busy, so booking an appointment is recommended.
