First off let me start by saying that The Best You has changed my entire image. I had previously had about 12 treatments of Laser hair removal on my face with not a single result. I was very hesitant about trying it again. I am glad I did. From the very first time setting foot in the Best You, they were extremely knowledgable (about the products they carry, their technology and that there may be something else health wise that I may not be aware of) and inviting. I told them what I was struggling with in regards to my skin, and they set me up on a phenomenal face cleansing routine with their Vivier products. Their technicians have done an incredible job with the laser treatments, there is always a phone call the next day to see how I am doing! The results are very obvious after only a few treatments. I have always struggled with my image and during my very first treatment with them they suggested that I go to my family doctor and ask to be tested for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) - and they were right. They know what to look for when my family doctor didn't. I can not express how impressed and thankful I am for them, and because of this I will continue to use their services and urge everyone else to as well.

I would highly recommend The Best You in Brantford. Yesterday was my first visit and I was pleasantly welcomed by a very friendly staff, both professional and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and bright, the treatment room comfortable and spacious. They seem to have the latest technology and are well educated in it's use. Fortunately, they carry the vivier skin care line which is very high quality. I will definitely be back. ( :

Staff is very friendly, I had the pleasure of meeting the new office manager sarah when coming in for a consultation. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. clinic is smaller but beautiful with genuine staff.

While in a consultation for Botox for my girlfriend the doctor seemed extremely polite and well educated. He explained that she would be much more satisfied with a filler which was much more expensive, but based on his opinion it did seem like a better option for what she wanted. She was very excited when he physically showed her what it look like with filler as opposed to Botox and assured her that they would make sure she was satisfied with the results and to come back if she wasn't. After waiting the suggested two weeks. There was very very minimal difference and the results were not what the doctor said they would be. She went in to speak with him to show him the outcome and to her surprise, although after looking at the before and after pictures everyone could see there was very little difference, The doctor refused to fix or adjust her lips using anymore filler unless she paid additional money. It seems as if this Clinic is very quick to upsell customers suggesting better results, but when the results are not What the customer wanted they do nothing to help and leave you very unsatisfied. Do not waste your time or money.
