This place is beautiful. Out in the middle of nowhere. I had a lovely facial, somewhat of a 10 minute head massage (that I paid $35 for). $209 later my face felt good. No difference from a $45 one I normally get. Plus, got a pimple 2 days after the facial. Won't be back

Hubby and I went for our first ever couples massage. AMAZING! We were welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door, the decor and the building itself is beautiful.Our RMTs were friendly and professional. Highly recommend and will defo return!

If anyone is looking for a nice spa to go to, I would NOT suggest Scape Spa in Mount Pleasant. After having my cell phone put through their washing machine and waiting almost an entire week for the owner to return my call... I have just be informed that there's nothing that will be done. They take no ownership for the destruction of personal belongings. If something is destroyed by their hand, on their property, it is your responsibility (even in their lockers [which have keys assigned to them], locker rooms and probably parking lot)... Although none of their policies are listed on their website or in their spa, it is 'common knowledge' that leaving your things in their facility does not ensure the safety of them. For such a wealthy company, I find this all incredibly shameful. I trusted that my personal belongings would be safe whilst I had my treatments done, apparently I was gravely mistaken. The conversation I had with the owner was the farthest thing from customer service I have ever experience, it was an attack filled with insult and threat... so spread the news, let all your friends and family know so that they don't run the risk of losing valuable personal belongings as well!

I visited Scape Spa with my sisters and mom. We all loved our services. I received a facial from Jaclyn, which included a back massage, facial treatment, arm rub and countless hot towels and mists. Such a comprehensive service. OMG I felt so good. The products smelled great and they weren’t overwhelming. Jaclyn was quiet and gave helpful information when asked. Such a peaceful experience. I also had the “Tranquility” and it was so good that I don’t remember much of it, lol.

Went for a 90 min couples massage. Beautiful place and it has a great staff and good service. They give a great experience as soon as you walk in the door. Also they don't try and push creams or rubs on you after.

Booked a couples massage for wife's birthday, masseuse were great. But they put us in a room where construction was being conducted right outside - hammer and drill for 60 mins. Advised management this was not acceptable and immediately no positive response. However, two days later Manager called to apologize and provided a complimentary treatment for my wife. In retrospect I found Scape Spa's response to the original unfortunate experience was properly corrected. I will continue to use Scape services as one day of poor timing should not eliminate years of positive experiences, thank you.

If you want an amazing massage this is your place to visit! Wow. Always a great massage. The price is reasonable and I would even pay more if they asked. Staff is very friendly. Always call back when you leave a message to book an appointment. Water and chocolate while you wait. Can t beat this place!

Myself and a group of 4 coworkers spent an afternoon at Scape Spa. The 4 of them had 1 hour massages and manicures and I had a facial. My facial with Stephanie was INCREDIBLE! Stephanie was very knowledgable in helping me understand my skin and the facial was relaxing and effective, my skin was glowing! Everyone really enjoyed their massages and the manicures were great as well. Amanda at the front desk went over and above to make sure our day was extra special. We were able to bring our own food and drink and Amanda promptly brought us mimosas upon arrival. While organizing our treatments for the day, Amanda always returned my calls promptly and was really pleasant to deal with. The facilities were very nice, super relaxing and nice and clean. Thank you so much to everyone at Scape Spa for making our day so special.

On a Friday afternoon, it was a nice, tranquil atmosphere. Had an hour of uninterrupted time in change room. First time having a body wrap. Overall, good experience, although I wouldn't recommend for anyone with back/neck issues. Unlike a traditional massage, there is no cutout in headrest for your face, so neck is bent when on back and bed is quite firm. Friendly staff and fairly clean (a few dusty corners/base boards). Complimentary robes, sanitized flipflops, hair appliances, smoothies and disposable underwear! They removed whirlpool and now only have steam room. As you can see from photos, the whirlpool area is being converted into a seating area.

Well run, friendly, professional staff and a very clean and updated facility. I have had massages here for years. Ask for a seasoned RMT although some of the new staff are pleasant and trained well they don’t seem to have the comfort level as the more seasoned staff. Product lines are always current, priced according to market value. Sometimes they have promotions. Parking has improved although you may still need to park on the side street during peace hours, such as weeknights or Saturdays. This spa does charge higher rates in competition with spas of the same caliber. The massages are well worth their prices!

I have been coming to Scape for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They have the best facials and I will never go anywhere else for one. Would recommend to anyone !

Whether you are going for a massage, or pampering yourself with additional treatments, Scape spa has the most relaxing environment. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I currently live out of town but I make the 45 minute drive knowing that I get the BEST possible spa treatments, and customer service here. I would rate 10 stars if I could.

I have always had a wonderful experience at scape. I have been several times both by myself and with friends. The experience always feels like a treat. The last massage I had there was the best I have ever had. Unfortunately my manicure didn't even last a day after my last visit which was disappointing.

Worst peducure ever. Basically, she washed my feet and put nail pollish on my toes. No attention to cuticles, not pushed back or trimmed. Did not even trim my toenails, just breifly filed them (even though they were quite lomg). All the dead skin is still on my heals, which were just breifly filed as well, and especially on my toes, which got no attention at all. Very disappointed. I should have spoke up while I was there. I have had my pedicures at many diffeent spas etc. This one did not meet my expectations at all. A waste of my hour and almost $90!( with shellac pollish)

My girl friend was recently at this spa and thought it was a great spot. But unfortunately she didnt enjoy the musty smell of mold/mildew or the sight of bubbling paint in the basement near the change rooms. I would not suggest this just because of the smell and sight of these things

What a wonderful place and so relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facial was fantastic and the massage was just the right pressure. Love the lockers and large shower and the great spa pool and steam room. The place is so beautiful with all the special touches - flowers, offers of drinks, etc. It's great that they make you feel so special.

Starting when you walk in the front door everyone makes you feel like you have just stepped into a welcome retreat. All of the employees are professional and personally take pride in providing the best in services. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your visit is enjoyable and free of every day stresses. I have travelled extensively and visited many Spas around the world including Europe. Scape Spa continues to be my favourite place and is a five star in my books !!

Outstanding spa in our locale. Old estate mansion nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Mount pleasant. Offer a plethora of services be it for pampering or recovery. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Nice to enjoy a juice or fruit infused water and sit out on one of the many patio, terraces, or decks. Great gift for the wife, sister, mother-in-law, and mom. Don't forget the guys though!
