This is the only nail salon that I will go to to get any type of nail work done. They always treat me with delicate and amazing care. They are so customer friendly and they are very helpful in answering any question you have and provide options. I have never left Royal Nails upset or disappointed with my new nails; which I usually feel sad leaving other salons. I recommend Royal Nails to any and everybody in Brantford to visit. You'll never go anywhere else.

Great nail salon! I usually have them file my own nails and although they are fairly short, Royal Nails is the only nail salon i've been to that can still file them into a beautiful oval shape. The staff is always friendly and the facility is incredibly clean. Also, they have a salon dog <3

I love Royal Nail and Spa. I used to take my daughter here for mom and daughter day but but being so busy I haven't been in a couple of years. I recently remembered to book time for a pedi (they fit me in same day) and it was amazing. I forgot how wonderful the foot and calf massage was as part of the process. They even had time to fit in a regular mani. I will definitely remember to take time out of my busy schedule and book more "me" time because it's worth it.

My go to spot in Brantford for my manicures and pedicures. All the ladies who work there are friendly and personable, and they always do an amazing job. I usually get a gel or shellac manicure, and the color stays so well- almost 3 weeks before they start to show a little wear (other then natural nail growth). And always willing to customize a design from a photo. Would highly recommend.

Went there on Friday as we had a apt for 12. They are not friendly there at all. Parking is always horrible . I only went there as I had a gift card. My nail chipped the next day on my hands! Not even my toes that I put socks on and boots, not worth going back for them to redo

Bright atmosphere, friendly service and fair prices. This was my first time and it won't be my last! It came highly recommended from friends and they were so right. I received a shellac mani/pedi from Simone and she was great at her job. I'll definitely be booking my appointments with her again. I was a walk in and was helped right away - no waiting. Only downside is that they are cash only although they do have an ATM onsite to help.

I went there November 17th as a gift for my sisters birthday and asked for red and said "107 red" both me and my sister got apricot even tho we said we wanted red loud and clear, and then didn't give my sister gold sparkles like she asked for. So obviously they have more then One "107" colour, which is stupid and they also didn't mention anything about having to pay for your own buffer, which I don't understand why we should in the first place. Only nice person there was cashier. Also overpriced for what we got (acrylics with sparkles on one finger, each hand) wouldn't go there again. I'd recommend going somewhere else

bad. I broke a nail the very next day from getting them done. same with my sister who was with me and got biogel nails aswell. must have cheap supplies. didn't have a good color range either and left with a color I didn't really like.. upsetting.

Professional nail work done on hands and feet with a large assortment of colours to choose from. The little extras like hot towels on your legs and feet after a pedicure make this spa well-worth a visit. Prices are similar to other salons and workers are pleasant, efficient and focused.

Booking was super simple, even for two, and they were so professional from booking to finish. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at nail salons (I’m a nail biter) but everyone was so friendly - and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Also, Lin is the best for getting designs on nails, she is insanely talented and hand paints everything. Visited Royal Nails and Spa yesterday for the first time since they moved into their new location - former Doug's Donuts building in West Brant. They've done a wonderful job in designing the interior. Its bright, clean, beautifully laid out and very esthetically pleasant. I've always been very happy with the pedicures they do for me and was definitely not disappointed this time either. I will absolutely be back visiting them on a regular basis.

I have been going to this salon for over two years now. I have kept going because the work done on my nails by Lynn was always amazing. I sometimes would get annoyed that the price I would pay would vary from visit to visit, whether they decided to charge me more for coffin or not but I enjoyed the experience and continued to go. I went today for my normal 3 week fill. Lynn is no longer there but I was willing to give one of the other girls a chance. Donna did my nails and they look great as always. Today however I was quite disappointed because again a new hidden fee was added to my fill. They no longer charge me the extra $5 for coffin nails but now $5 for matte top coat. When I said they had never done so, the young gentleman insisted they always have. In the 2 years I have been going I have never been upcharged for the type of top coat used. This was not my first time using matte. I had done so just three weeks ago and the same gentleman checked me out didn't charge for that. At this point I'm quite annoyed at not knowing what my charge will be. As low as $40 or as high as $50 for a fill. I am terribly disappointed in their constant changing of prices and add-on prices whenever they feel like it or not. I may shop around for a new nail salon especially since my favourite girl there is gone.

Frankly if you're going to speak ill tell the truth. I, for one, appreciated that staff asked her to leave so that I could enjoy my sitting.

They did not seat my pre booked wedding party together. The girl doing my nails said as little as possible to me. 2 of us were done before the rest and ended up leaving. I had to ask another staff member to clean the polish off my fingers that my worker had left. The shop is beautiful but the atmosphere is cold. My tip reflected my service but I'm usually more generous. After I got home the polish on my fingers started to look strange ...I'm not sure if the polish was too old or just what happened. The wedding is in less than 2 days away and now I need to have the polish redone. Sooo disappointed!

I usually love this place. Very clean very friendly. Only thing is that I got shellac, and in three days it chipped. They let me come in and they fixed 6 nails out of the ten. Perfect I was super happy and thankful! Unfortunately 3 days later they chipped again.. and I’m hesitant to go back. I would get it if I did heavy duty work.. but I don’t.
