Owner is very social, professional and kind. She understands what a customer needs and provides an impeccable service. I never had any complaints. Facials are really good and relaxing. In terms of price, it is very genuine considering market. Totally recommend this place for threading, waxing and spa facials.

I highly recommend coming here. I had my nails and eyebrows threaded. My technician was very helpful and offered some suggestions as to what would look great on my nails, they turned out beautifully, beyond anything I would think of. I then decided while I was there to get my eyebrows reshaped. Sara shaped and tinted my eyebrows to perfection!, I now call her the "BROW QUEEN". The environment is clean, airy and very positive. I love the VIBE here. Thanks for looking after me ladies :)

Sara is a true artist when it come to shaping eyebrows to compliment your face. She is very knowledgeable about all the services she provides . The spa is very clean. I had no concernes that infection control and Covid protocols are strictly followed. It is a very friendly and welcoming environmentfrom. The first time I was there I was treated like I'd been a client for years. Pure Bliss is a family run local business. The prices are very fair I don't feel like I'm being over charged but still receiving quality, individualized services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spa to my friends and family. I think it would be fun for a girls day/night out.

She is an amazing person and so positive, we also attended the spa with my daughter's wedding party and all had our nails done, if was a fun fill atmosphere and we all left with lovely nails for the wedding. I’ve been in several weddings . And for whatever reason: it’s always the nails that fall apart (salon doesn’t have enough staff on, didnt properly book the appt or whatever). HOWEVER this was the BEST experience for wedding nails I’ve had ! We were able to easily book a time slot online. The salon was prepared with enough staff to get the wedding party done! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to staff. We were very happy with our nails they looked amazing & just genuinely enjoyed a nice relaxing morning????????!

I went in to get my eyebrows threading and she did an amazing job ! I use to go to Cambridge for years and they could never get my eye brows to look similar and the owner of pure bliss was able to achieve this and she even showed me ways to get my eye brows to grow so I can achieve the perfect shape I’m trying to get. Highly recommend! The owner is so friendly and personable. I told her I wanted a a specific shape and she sat there and showed me how we can try and achieve it. I never once experienced someone taking the time to show me this.

I would rate these guys -0.5 stars. I was in at 11am with no appointment and there was no nail tech there in the salon - the owner had to phone her to come in- the young girl finally came 15 mins later- dirty clothes (which was depressing considering place was nice and clean inside) took me to her station- proceeded to tell me she has only been there 1 month- it took her 2.5 hours to do nails that were absolutely a disgrace to the nail industry. I was kind enough to not say anything rude and continued to pay $50. I should have said something. I IMMEDIATELY went to another place to have them fixed as i was so upset. I regret ever going there. wasted so much of my time as all i wanted was a nice time away to treat myself.
