Great salon, I'm new to Brantford and went in with 40 mins until closing and they still took me. No hidden fees, the price they give includes gel nail polish which was great and they did a great job on my set. definitely will go back and recommend to others!

Place seems to be fairly clean, well lit and bright. The smell of the chemicals hits you immediately when you walk in so I wonder about the ventilation as well as the products they use. The place is also VERY busy. They do nice work though and the place is not at all run down like others in the area. Polish lasted and didn’t flake.

For nails this place is alright. I got my eyebrows done and I told her just to clean them up. She destroyed my eyebrows I’m crying so hard. She made one bigger than the other and waxed them sooo far apart like what ?! Who the hell gave this woman her license to wax?! I’m so upset she saw I was so upset too and did she order to fix them or did anybody? Nope. Def not coming back not even for my nails. Sticking to nails for you in the mall way better they wouldn’t have done this.

I went in a had my nails done in uv. The guy that did mine cutt my skin right up with the file and my nails all are un even. The paint wasnt done smoothly. The paint job colour wise was great but because it wasnt done smoothly looks odd. Guy with dyed hair. Have someone else do your nails if you go there as my friends nails were great.

I used to think the place was nice but a few weeks ago my friends and i made an appointment which I was ten minutes late to. The girls let them know I'd be late and were already seated getting their nails done when I spoke to the nail tech and said I wanted a Mani Pedi which is what we told them over the phone. I also asked if he could squeeze in my daughters toes which would take five mins. They agreed and went on with their clients. My girlfriends were almost done their nails, my daughters were done and I was getting impatient. We finally spoke up and said "are you still doing mine or..." they looked shocked and impatient and got me in a seat. The girl was annoyed that I wanted a foot bath (again it's what the appointment was for) and they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time. A very rushed job. They convinced me to get shellac as I was going on vacation and it lasts longer- all my nails peeled off within three days of my vacation and my toe nails chipped the first day in the pool. Very disappointed as I previously highly recommended them.

Prices were what you would expect but the service was exceptional. Their choices of nail polish/colours were great and they cater to kids which is always a plus. I always advise people to call ahead of time for an appointment so you aren't stuck waiting and I wish I could remember the lady who I had because she was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to.

Today, January 28th...I visited the OPI Salon in Brantford...the first person performed the pedi...NO ENGLISH...AND tried to say something to me from under her mask...??...another person performed the Mani.....she did not speak not once, and when I asked a question..she stated that "everyone comes in here and want to talk about themselves...I just want peace and quiet"....and then another person performed the waxing....the mirror she handed me to examine myself, was so filthy, that she had to clean it before I could look through it....THE SALON IS NOT AS CLEAN AS IT COULD BE, especially the opening where you need to put your hands to dry....wasn't pleased with the whole experience, however, I did the right thing and left a tip...thanks..

Busy place, be aware of this. My feeling is that due to how just they are, my personal experience could have been much better. When I have to go to.e and correct their work, such as re.oving nail polish on the skin around my nails or filing the rough edges off, clearly there is room for improvement. No compensation offered for a fake nail that lasted 8 days.

Nice place! The salon was very bright and clean. I was taken a couple of minutes before my appointment time and was out in a good amount of time. My pedicure was excellent! I had a manicure with shellac and my only complaint was that she buffed my skin a few times while doing my nails.

The staff at this place were very friendly with my Mom, my Sister and I. We went for Mani/Pedi's. As someone who works at Tim Hortons and on my feet for 8-9 hr shifts, that pedicure was fantastic! I wish the guy who gave me my pedi went up as far as my knees though because my left knee is sore and I feel like it could have used a bit of ama but I wasn't sure if they were allowed to so I didn't say anything.

So I was in yesterday I didn’t make an appointment and obviously that is my fault so I came back in an hour after I made one the laydy I had was very nice I have small hands and she made Shure the tips fit and I absolutely loved my nails unfortunately my polish didn’t set properly on one of my nails but it didn’t look that way when I left so she couldn’t of known she did awnser the phone as I was getting my nails done and made a fue apontments but my nails were in the UV light so I didn’t mind place is nice definitely recommend going to call in tomorrow and see if they could fix my one nail

There was no one there so i got in early. I got acrylic done and asked for round tips. She made a few of my nails are pointy and when i said i didn't want shellac they did a 360 with their attitude and did a not so good job paint job and when i was waiting for my nails to dry under fan the lady left. I asked a different lady if i was done after drying for 15 minutes she had the nastiest most rude and self absorbed attitude all becuse i asked a question. Will mot be going back. Hopefully i can go to someone to fix them.. Also the picture they have with the prices is not accurate information they have a very small paper that says they increased the prices

Had a fantastic experience here today! I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure and it was spectacular! The ladies working were excellent and very welcoming and hospitable. The place was very busy with walk-in customers but there was enough staff to ensure everyone was taken care of. They had a huge colour selection and even helped me match my colours to my outfit for an event. I will definitely be returning for my future nail appointments. Would highly recommend.

Horrible! Went in for bio gel and paint, basically to renew my nails. She never touched my real nails, just added a coat and painted them. They broke in 3 days, hurt really bad. Never going back, and wouldn't advise anyone to go there.

As another girl has said, I used to think they were ok. I went my first time and was not 100% satisfied but, usually they catch on to what you want by the second visit. Not so with these people!! Straight and square clearly means tappered now. 3 nails broke within the first 3 days. A tip was put on crooked!! I complained and went back to have them fixed. Again, tappered!! Clearly, they do your nails the way THEY want them. And, again, a broken nail the day after they fixed them. I won't be going back and recommend others go elsewhere!! Sunflower nails on Kerr St in Oakville is so worth the drive!!!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. This was my first time ever coming to OPI and definitely my last. As soon as I walked in I was not even properly greeted, instead I was asked “you have an appointment?”. I stressed to them over and over that I want bio gel over my real nails and I don’t want the gel thick. For starters, acrylic was put on and second it was at least a centimetre thick, looked absolutely disgusting. By the time I got home my colour was already ruined and in three days time, 5 of my nails had cracked. Service was absolutely terrible, staff was no friendly or knowledgeable about their products clearly and it was very silent in there, not one employee made conversation with their clients. I would highly recommend that you do not go here if you have nice nails and take very good care of them. This place definitely needs to improve if they plan on keeping their business open.

I am a regular for pedicures here and I love their work... however I just came out from an appointment after having my toe cut from the grater to the point of streaming blood. I realize this was not an intentional injury toward me or my toe. However, I just sat through like rounds of burning antiseptic.. didnt even get that foot finished because I was bleeding so badly... and still had to pay the full price. I wish I could post a picture of how badly I was bleeding! Brutal. Im not one to ask for discounts so I left that in their court... needless to say I am disappointed.

I got a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was nice and I was pleased. The polish on my pedicure was so bumpy and rough and I was not happy. I was unaware that it was supposed to be that way. The manager contacted me and was very helpful and willing to make it right. She asked me to come back. She re- applied my polish and now it looks great. I am a very happy customer.

Booked a 5:45 Appointment, for a shellac without manicure, waited until 6:15 and still had 2 people ahead of me. After the half an hour wait I just left, at this point they were still accepting walk-ins telling them 15 minutes. I won't be coming back and I reccomend not wasting your time and to just make the drive to Little Saigon in Hamilton way better customer service.

I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in Brantford trying to find one I really like and OPI Nails is by far my favourite. I get UV gel nails and they’re the best I’ve tried. I think I’ll be making this my regular salon. The artist was so friendly and kind and made sure I was okay with the quality of work the entire time she was doing my nails and she took her time. When I asked for a few adjustments, she happily did them - which is something I can’t say for some other places. The shape is beautiful, the quality of the gel and how well it was done is excellent. The colour is gorgeous. The actual salon is really nice and clean as well and the tools used aren’t worn out and gross - another thing I can’t say for some other salons. Again, this will probably me my regular salon as long as I’m living around Brantford!

Went to OPI on Saturday January 27/18 for the first time. Had a scheduled appointment and didn't have to wait long. The employees were friendly and spoke English fairly well. My pedi was perfect and then I got my mani. I get Shellac. While removing the old, they left the removers on too long. It started to eat through my nails. The lady who did my pedi also did my mani. She filed all my nails on one had crooked, had to ask her to fix it. then when she put the shellac on, she gooped it on so now my nails look lumpy. I will never go back, so very disappointed.

I went in with my bridal party the day before my wedding. The experience in house was less than stellar. communication was a big problem and I noticed the ladies sharing tools. my daughters needed to have there nails redone the next morning because the whole nail of polish was peeling off. I had explicitly described what I was after for my wedding and honeymoon and it was recommended to me that I get uv gels. I know nothing about fake nails so when I sat down to have my nails done I didn't think much of what they were doing. when I returned from my honeymoon I went to my friends salon to have my nails removed. it comes out that they were not up gels at all, they were acrylic and I had been lied to about the product on my fingers. when I called OPI to resolve this issue the women I spoke to refused to give the managers name or tell me when she would be in. she also refused to refund any of my money and in the end hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with my experience and their customer service.

The service I received was absolutely horrible. The lady who did my nails did not speak to me at all, and my nails are all bumpy. Instead of asking me to put my hand in the light she proceeded to slap my hand. Will not go back here again, I am very disappointed with the service I received today.

I visited OPI Nails today and have had the worst experience ever at a nail salon. I told the nail tech that I needed a neutral colour as I was getting professional pictures done tomorrow and after them not having the colour I chose from their options, they suggested I do ombré French. I saw the other nail tech had ombré French and it looked great so I said sure. Well, here we are. My nails have never looked worse. The airbrush is all splotchy and you can see the entire nail is filled with speckled white (not the look they showed). The French tip is all different sizes and no nail looks alike. I have speckles of white paint all over my hands and this was after I asked twice for it to be taken off with the acetone. Even after sharing my disappointment with both the nail tech and the woman accepting money at the front, I was told the service was $50 - which is $10 more than their posted bio gel price. Keep in mind I had 2 week old bio gel on when I came in and I just needed a refresh for professional pictures. None of the nail techs told me it was an up charge when they made the suggestion. I was not once offered to have this fixed and I was charged full price after clearly expressing I was upset with how they looked. I now have no option to fix this before my professional pictures tomorrow which is the only reason I got my nails done in the first place. What a disappointment.

OPI Nail Salon did a great job with pedicure, providing more quality work than their competitors for the same price. They also did an amazing job with my acrylics, meeting my requirements.
