We went to Nina's on a whim because we called and they could take us right away. We had two kids with us - and both Nina and her husband were so patient and kind even with the kids around! We both got pedicures and they did a great job with both of my friend and I's toes. We both left thinking, "I think we'll go there again". Also, LOVE the colour!

They were neither nice nor welcoming. I felt like I bothered them. I was cut on pedicure. Manicure wasn't good either. I asked to fix some spots and again it was like I ask something extra. No. Thanks. Oh. I was quiet, not mean, very polite. It's not that I got that I deserve. I was a good girl.

Tina & her husband do such fantastic work! Used to go elsewhere in Brantford but now I exclusively go to Nina's. The quality & their skills are unmatched. Also, the hot stone massage part of their pedicure is an unexpected (but welcomed!) treat. Do yourself a favour & become a regular here, you won't regret it.

I have been coming here for more that 3 years and, after tried other places, I feel this is THE one. Nina have the best professional treatment for my nails, which now are a success between my family and friends and... the most important thing for me is how kind attention I received here. Stay enough with Nina and her husband and maybe you will finish with a friend and some nice Vietnamese recipes.

I found this salon by accident, and it was the happiest accident EVER!!!!! The work was incredible and the husband and wife team were so sweet!! I took my Mama there as a treat and we both had Mani Pedi service. We are both still raving about our day. I can't begin to thank them enough for a wonderful day. We will definitely be back and I think lash tinting is next for me!!! Thanks again!!!!

The best in Brantford!!!! I was looking for salon that has the highest rating in Brantford - and this is 5 stars place. Went wth my friend for bio-gel, showed the picture how I wanted and Nina did superb job! My friend had french (bio gel as well). They are very detail in they work, time managed well. I am a very happy customer and will recommend to all my friends !!

Very good the french manicure I had was perfect got many compliments as well as my pedicure. The shellac held up for about 2 weeks without chipping. My favourite part about the pedicure was the stone massage very different and relaxing. Will be back soon.

Amazing job, and considering everything you receive is a very low price. The hot stone massage is a very nice addition. This couple is very welcoming and engaging. The music videos on the wall and big massage chairs are great and very relaxing. They stayed open late to accommodate a client getting her hair done a few doors down from the store. The owner went to find her, and our appointment was for closing time also. Obviously very customer focused and we loved it. They both helped hubby on with his sandals afterwards. So nice. Will go here again and again! The only negative here is that I can’t award them lots more stars! Incredible job!

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST nail experience ever. The woman who owns the place burned me twice with the nail drills and left polish all over my skin. No hand massage when finished or lotion applied save your money and go to TD they always do a fantastic job.

Have gone here for a few years, always pleased, friendly couple who bend over backwards for their customers. Accept walk-ins but as they get busier recommend making an appt. Pedicures are heavenly, use hot rocks, unbeatable prices, music videos, always a pleasant visit.

I will not return I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a pedicure and the owner had to charge me an extra $3.28 for the tax this is brutal and it was said after the pedicure was done not impressed and will not go back

I've been around and Nina's nails always turns out the be the best place to go. They fix their mistakes if there are ever any. They listen to what you want and the outcome is always gorgeous. Been coming here for years now and even if I ever try a new place, nothing compares.
