I love this place. Not only do they play Friends for you to watch you could eat off the floor. Place is spotless. I have never ever had a bad shellac manicure. The shellac always last at least 12 days. You guys are great!

I used to be a regular there and always walked away pleased with the work done. A couple months before COVID-19 hit, my friend and I started getting charged $5 extra for no obvious reason. However, when my mom would go she'd be charged something cheaper for the exact same thing I had gotten. Then after COVID-19 the quality just not a nose dive; I got solar gel and it was so thick and unnatural looking everytime. After a week, both my nails and my friends would break and by the time we'd return for our next appointment we'd have minimum 3 broken nails. They'd add tips to match the size of my other nails but the tips were the wrong width so made it look like I had odd oversized nails, I pointed this out to the technician and they insisted that was the right size (but it didn't match my other hand whatsoever). I overheard them tell a new prospective customer that they charge an added $5 depending on what nail shape you want and that's when I decided I was done, I've never visited anywhere that added so many random charges and it was clear that's why I had been charged more previously (they changed their policy on it and didn't tell me or advertise it anywhere). Their pedicures are also a hit or miss depending on what mood that member of staff is in. The 3 different options are a waste too as on one occasion I paid for the most expensive and certainly didn't get all the products advertised whereas on another visit I paid for the least expensive and seemed to get more products than the first time and more attentiveness from the staff member. All in all, I wouldn't mind paying the higher pricing IF the quality matched... but it doesn't.

Atmosphere was awesome, staff was friendly, service I received was ok. Nails have ridges, bubbles, and weren't filed on top properly. Will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, maybe with a different person.

The salon is kept very clean and all the works are very polite. However after my experience there today I will not be returning. I have biogels and came in looking for a refill. My nails are always kept square, and long. I asked for an ombré French tip, and got regular French. My nails were rounded when I asked for square, not to mention some nails were crooked. The biogel was running down my cuticles, and lumpy on the nails. No manicure was provided with the service. I paid $50 and I had to go home and refill and shape my nails, almost considering going to another salon to get them fixed. The environment and customer service is there, but unfortunately the skill is not.

Luxury Nails is, far and away, the best nail salon in Brantford. The quality of work is top notch but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Chi is incredibly thorough, checks in with every client and quite obviously wants everyone to leave happy, going above and beyond to ensure that happens. The nail technicians are very detail-oriented and equally talented. Definitely give them a try!

Beautiful spa, clean, covid regulations being adhered to . I went for a pedicure. I decided to treat myself with #3, "FIREWALKER" Well worth the money. Pedicue included hot towel, massage and other relaxing techniques. Only downside, I was not told that shellac polish would be $10 extra. I am still very happy with results and experience.

I got my nails done before Christmas and Sue-Lee (not 100% sure if that’s her name :() did an amazing job!! I asked for long, square nails and the shape came out great. The designs had so much detail and were so well done, she really took her time and put care into this set ☺️ They also have super reasonable prices! I only paid $95 w/ a tip for this set. Been going here for years to get acrylic nails and pedicures, and I’ve always had an amazing, and quick, but caring experience. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and I love that they always have something playing on the TV while you get your nails done :). Super clean, nice salon.

My experience today was not like any I have had before. I had booked for three pedicures. My moms turned out great. Mine was not, she cut my toe. It hurts now a lot. My friends was not good also. They put her feet under to dry and burnt her. Her feet are red and irritated.

YALLLLLL, lynne did my nails literally like almost 4 weeks ago and they’re so grown out :$ but THEY’RE ALL STILL ON YA GIRLS FINGERZ!!!!! I’m a waitress so this is rare af!! My fingers be hitting everything all the time usually breaking left and right but idk man these nails are A1 for sure, I wont go anywhere else. The price beats everywhere I used to pay in the GTA with the quality being THE BEST. Love it. Thanks so much!

I am so happy that I found this place! Everyone is super friendly and the service is the best! I see Chi and she is amazing! But everyone there does very nice nails. I've been getting my nails done for over 20yrs faithfully and am VERY picky when it comes to nail techs. I am new to the area, walked in here, and have been coming back every since. They make sure that when you walk out the door that you leave completely satisfied. I know nails and I know that this is the best salon around. I highly recommend. Thanks Luxury Nails!!

Went in to get my bio gel nails taken off and get a shellac manicure afterwards. The person I had drummeled them off didn't soak them off. Then rushed through the manicure ended up paying nearly $50 for something that wasn't even done right. Wouldn't suggest going here. The salon is clean but the quality of the work doesn't make up for it.

It was overall a great experience ! everyone was so kind and willing to make me feel comfortable. i had a lot of assistance picking out my shape and colour, and was given results i love. the only problem i had was the papercut from the nail file, but that was nothing. im so pleased with my results and will be returning again!

The first red flag was when 2 of the employees kept trying to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive service when I simply wanted a manicure and acrylic full set. I brought a picture and asked for shorter oval shaped nails with a white chrome colour. I was not informed that the chrome was an extra $20, nor did I even receive a manicure for a total charge of $72. Not to mention the fact that the lady cut my skin with the file and clippers 4 times! Yet she continued to use unsanitary tools and dipped back into the acrylic powder with a brush that touched my blood. I’m seriously concerned I could get an infection! The polish job was also horrible and all over the sides of my fingers, and I didn’t get the shape I wanted even when I asked for it to be fixed. I was also told “the longer nails look prettier on me” and that she cut me because “my fingers were so small”. I’m never one to complain but I was so utterly disappointed in this place and service.

I got a set of nails put on and the person that did them did an amazing job. I got waxing done, it was the result expected but it was okay. If I had known, I probably wouldn't have paid the amount I did to get it done. Overall, nice, clean environment, with good ambiance. I would go back and I do recommend this business.

I just got home from a pedicure and had to write a review! I called today around 5pm and they had an appointment available at 7pm (Friday night). This was my first time here and it was excellent - extremely clean, bright, and new. There were at least 10 nail stations as well as approx 6-7 pedicure stations. It was almost full when I arrived, but since I booked an apt they have a spot for me right away. My technician's name was Cong and he was soft spoken but very nice. He was quick but made sure to be thorough and particular when it came to trimming cuticles, filing, etc. I got the basic pedicure (I forget the name) - but they had a whole menu with different options. It was $35 plus $10 for shellac - very reasonable! They also had a huge TV playing Friends which made it even better :) Best nail salon I've been to in the Paris/Brantford area! :)

I have mixed reviews, the first time I went my nails were great! The second time I went they were crooked and pretty sad looking. Giving the place the benefit of the doubt and I will return for a 3 attempt.

They are uneven and sloppy. The polish is amateur. I had 2 different girls, one on hands and one on feet and my daughter had a 3rd girl on her hands. All polish jobs are sloppy so it wasn't just one to blame.

Went here because of all the good reviews and my original place was closed. She was very rough and quick with her work. I ended up having three toes bleed which has never happened before. She then put something on it that made it burn. My boyfriend also told them he wanted the number one but we were charge with a two… I’ll unfortunately be looking for another place to go. The service just wasn’t equivalent to the prices they charge.

So dissatisfied with this service that my sister, my sister’s friend and I have received! I received a pedicure and manicure. When Jenny painted my toes she did not ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be and if I liked the colour before continuing to do the rest of my toes. When I got my fingers done I told Cong what I wanted done and his response to me was “I’ll try”. My sister and my sister’s friend both got acrylic gel nails and sat at the front windows. They were laughed at and teased for not understanding something being said to them. The girls spoke in their own language and had no conversations with my sister or her friend. My sister’s nails are different sizes on each hand, crooked and not filed the same. The girl my sister had cut her finger with a tool and made it bleed. She did not do anything for her except for apologize repeatedly. None of the work spaces were cleaned or sterilized in between customers.

Environment is relaxing, clean and bright. The staff is friendly and takes good care of you. They use good aseptic technique to keep their clients safe. I always get compliments from others after my pedicure and manicure. I am always on my feet so a pedicure / foot massage always relieve the stress from my feet. They never fail to please!!

The male owner (?) often wears his mask below his nose or not at all. I have seen him remove it when he thinks people are not looking, or when there is only one or two customers in the store and their backs are to him (he doesn't seem aware that the fibreglass panels they've installed for Covid regulations reflect back at the customer). I have also had a manicure by him and found it very poorly done, and his attitude was strange. Very unprofessional and literally endangering people's lives. I will no longer visit this salon until COVID-19 calms down, and will certainly not return after it does since I have had a mixed experience from really excellent service, to very mediocre and occasionally bad service. It really depends on who you get as a staff member, but I don't want to take the risk anymore.

Quite disappointed as I asked for a set of bio gel, ombré nails that cost $75 compared to many other places where I’ve paid only $55. Not only that but 2 nails have split down the middle after only a couple days of having them done, and the shape/ filing job looks terrible up close. I felt very rushed and the pricing is a scam as their sign says $50 for a bio gel set, there is no way ombré design costs an extra $25.

I asked for a simple Gel set, and I ended up getting overcharged by ALOT. $20 for design that took the nail tech not even 10 minutes to do on both hands??. Even then- you advertise Solar Gel at $51 plus tax ( thats $57.63 so far) then, without telling me until my nails were already finished, that the design was $20 it should only be $77.63, but came out to be an $88 total! . So Why was i charged almost $90 dollars for this set?? Absolutely ridiculous.

This is a very nice, professional & clean salon. I went in for a shellac manicure. They were able to take right away. It was very peaceful without a lot of chatter in a foreign language. I would have given the salon a 5/5 if they would have massage my hands after my shellac manicure, but the technician did apply cuticle oil with the brush.

Although most staff were extremely friendly and the place is amazingly clean, I booked an appointment for a pedicure and felt that it was very rushed. Also, not even a week later and the nail polish is already chipping off and I wear covered shoes and socks all week. I wont be returning.

I like the set up, nice clean place, ALTHOUGH, their extremely money hungry.adding Different polishes 5$, adding sparkle 5$, cutting shorter 5$ I had previous fake nails on from a previous nail place the exact same nails they would use to add length they took it off only to to re-add there own to make that extra 10$, They put shellac on my 5 year old daughter to make an extra 10$ I later find out it's extremely unsafe for lttle children to have shellac.. this business is based on pure greed.

Always take the time to make sure what I want for my pedicures. From how short I want my nails to making sure I like the colour I picked. The ladies are always sweet and polite and ask questions if they’re not sure I want something. The foot baths and massage chairs are amazing! So relaxing you could fall asleep. I usually get the luxury package because I love all the creams and massages. Every single time I’ve gone I’ve been treated very well. They take their time and do a beautiful job and if you want a little design on your big toe they’ll do a wonderful freehand design. I won’t go anywhere else, I’ve been to a lot of places and this is the best nail salon❤️ I always tip very well because of ther professionalism and skill but also because I know how hard it is on your back being bent over for hours!

Made an appointment for 5:15, showed up exactly at this time because of COVID and was told we were late and our appointment was at 5:00. We were told they could only take one of us and the other had to sit outside. This was totally unprofessional and they need a better booking service obviously.

I had a mani and a pedi and I felt that both were rushed. The girl cut me on the back of my heel and when I noticed the girl proceeded to talk to the in charge lady (in their language) and basically ignored me and did nothing about the bleeding. Cuticles were also scraped. When I left the store and got home I noticed that all of the nails on my left hand were crooked! Will not return as the staff also was very ignorant and dismissive. Attended as a large group with reservation but judging by how we were all rushed, they did not have enough staff to cover us and walk-ins. Poor planning.
