Excellent service and friendly staff. They gave me the best pedicure I've ever had and did a beautiful job on my powder dip nails. They recommended the dip nails for me based on issues I had with other types and it was a great suggestion.

Annie, the owner, is quite the remarkable person inside and out. She's extremely hard working and always gives her best in customer service and detailing. Always on time, knows about quality and performs her services with professionalism. Always had a positive and happy experience there and the staff are extremely friendly and remember about you and who you are. It's almost like visiting family every couple weeks :)

The ladies here are friendly and prices are good. They take their time so as not to damage my nails and end result is pretty. I wish I still had a picture but I recommend dipping powder.

I have gone here for a few years now and they are the only place that I am not afraid of them hurting me when they are using the dremel tool. They are very friendly and I will not go anywhere else.

I am very pleased with how mine turned out, hey may not be on pictures yet but they are baby blue with one sparkly nail. The woman did an awesome job even though I confused her twice????. She was also very careful with the weird liquid in the brown bottle that can sting if it gets on your skin.(another place did that to me when rushing). They were very friendly and speak lots of English, they also have many colours to choose. They also made sure I was happen with the shape,size and colour every time they did something. Very happy and I don't why that weird blue nail pictures are up there.

Got my nails done today here and loved it!! First time ever getting "dip powder" and I'm amazed! They feel like my real nails! They don't bother me at all and I will definitely be back here! I didn't get the lady's name (she may have mentioned it when I booked, but I forgot) she was really nice, friendly and professional. Prices are great too!????????

I booked a mother-daughter pedicure here and the pedicure was amazing that we decided to stay for manicures as well. The owner explained all the great things about the products they used and recommended a special product for my very dry cuticles and skin around my fingers. I did buy the product as she used some on my hands after my french manicure and my fingers felt softer than they gave ever been. We were both very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended Hai Nails. This will be my go to place from now on !

Hai Nail Spa is fantastic VERY friendly staff ... We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and focused on the overall health of nails they are. We had the powder dip done and couldn't be happier .

Different name, same crappy place and staff! It took 2 1/2hr for a mani n pedi I don't think they properly sanitize the tools used. I saw them spray tools with rubbing alcohol.

Absolutely terrible experience. I asked if they had time for a walk in shellac manicure. She clearly didn't as it was super rushed and sloppy. The Polish is uneven and all over my cuticles. Then she was furiously scrubbing it while trying to do the other woman who had an appointment. It wasn't even worth $1 nevermind $33.95. Don't waste your money.

I came to this salon with an unbiast opinion despite the disastrous blue nail polish photos I saw on google. (Everyone has bad days and deserves a second chance) I was pleasantly surprised that the business was under new ownership. The owner was attentive to my concerns and assured me that I would be happy with the service provided. I had bio gel removed from my nails, she applied an acrylic barrier on my terribly cracked nail to protect it from further damage and she polished with shellac. Great job, very happy.
