Very organized staff and ample details are emailed prior to appointments, wait time is always minimal and procedures are explained in full detail and never rushed. I am pleased with my experience every time I go GLC. Dr. Calotti is very professional and knows exactly how to make his patients feel comfortable and confident. He is gentle with his procedure and always aims for the most natural look. The staff is honest and knowledgeable. I have received IPL (Intense pulsed light) for hair removal and receive Botox treatment regularly. Both have worked great - especially preventatively. After much research the decision was made to have my blepharoplasty surgery done by an ophthalmologist, rather than a Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Calotti was referred to me (I also have a friend that had much success with Great Lakes and his macular surgery) by a friend. After an initial consultation, the surgery was booked and performed shortly after in 2017, at the Brantford General hospital.. I am not good with surgeries, or needles for that matter, and I cannot say enough about the treatment I received. My stress and anxiety alleviated by a mild sedative and a warm blanket. It was quick, and painless, I was informed at every step, and the follow up timely. My experience was exceptional. I would not hesitate to refer the Great Lakes Eye Centre/Cosmetics.

I have been seeing Dr. Calotti and his staff for Botox for the last several years. I can say I am very happy with my experience and the outcome of my treatments. Dr. Calotti always keeps me looking like my natural self. The staff is very friendly and the office very efficient. I have also had IPL for hair removal for my underarms. This has made a tremendous difference for myself personally and its so nice not to shave. I have been getting IPL hair removal treatments on my under arms at Great Lakes Cosmetics. I've had laser hair removal in the past at another facility but I love how IPL doesn't harm my skin and I'm able to function without irritation afterwards. I've had great success and no longer have to shave my underarms which is amazing! No more razor burn or shaving off a skin tag lol. Rachel was very helpful and explained how the process would feel and was very reassuring.

The treatments, staff and Dr. Calotti are great! Treatments are explained well, staff are knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Calotti is fantastic. I've had laser treatment for hair removal in the past but the IPL treatment that I had here was way more effective. Wish I knew about IPL treatments before. Dr. Calotti's assessment and Botox treatment plan was also great. He keeps everything very natural looking and is very gentle with the treatments. I will defintely be going back!

In adulthood I have always noticed excess skin on my upper eyelids, that had become both a functional and cosmetic issue. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Calotti to help me correct this problem. I had an upper blepharoplasty done and am super happy with the results. Dr. Calotti has an amazing bedside manner. He explains procedures and information in a way that is easy to understand and informative. His personality totally puts you at ease and his voice is calming. His team is awesome at facilitating appointments and follow ups even with the Covid restrictions in place. They were super kind and always available to me. They took care of everything so I had no stress. The actual surgery went smoothly as well as the healing process. I had my upper eyelid blepharoplasty done by Dr Calotti and I am ecstatic with the results - I can see my eyelashes and wear mascara again!! I have received so many positive compliments - especially when they say "you Iook 10 years younger" Dr Calotti is extremely skilled in his profession and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly towards their patients. During surgery Dr Calotti and the nurses were very caring and gentle - it was a very calming atmosphere and before I knew it the surgery was done. It was a great experience!
